Abstract

The complexity of motivational problems has always been an obstacle to employee performance. Therefore, it is important to do research on the causal factors. To answer this problem, quantitative approaches and regression analysis are used. The population in this study were 70 employees of Sasmita Jaya Foundation and the sample technique used was census. The results prove that workload has a significant effect on work motivation with a regression coefficient of 0.569. Compensation has a significant effect on work motivation with a regression coefficient of 0.478. Simultaneous analysis prove that workload and compensation have a significant effect on work motivation with a determination coefficient of 72.5%, while the remaining 27.5% is explained by other variables outside of this study

Abstract

The cause of employee performance up and down, due to many factors. including bad leadership and organizational culture. Therefore, this research was conducted to see the extent of phenomenon and how to solve it. The research approach used quantitative. The method of analysis uses descriptive and inferential. The number of samples in this study were 52 respondents, using the census sample method. The analysis method is multiple linear regression. The results show that leadership has a significant effect on performance with a regression coefficient of 0.484. Organizational culture has a significant effect on performance with a regression coefficient of 0.572. Leadership and organizational culture simultaneously have a significant effect on performance with a contribution value of 30.2 percent. This research confirms that leadership and organizational culture directly influence performance. But at the same time, leadership is perceived to be still low and the organizational culture is still conservative

Abstract

Low public trust in public services became a warning to the regional government, especially the Tigaraksa religious court to organize a good governance system, and one of the efforts is to improve employee performance. The purpose of this study was to analyze the effect of motivation on employee performance. The research method uses quantitative, object of research is Tigaraksa religious court, research sample is employees, sample technique uses simple random, research instrument uses questionnaires, and analysis method uses multiple linear regression. The results showed that internal and external motivation had a significant effect on performance. This finding explains, so that the task is done well then the motivation factor has a big influence, especially the support from the organization in the form of material motivation

Abstract

There are two ways to survive, first work and second entrepreneurship. Choosing to be an entrepreneur is not easy, many things to learn, including yourself. Starting from building a business spirit, having knowledge, studying the market, creating products, and management. In this dedication opportunity, a qualitative method was chosen. Where all parties are directly involved in learning and practice. Activities carried out for 3 days, covered by studying theory, practice, and providing motivation. Where participants are encouraged to awaken the spirit of entrepreneurship by looking at the reality of business and business knowledge. The results of the activities provide conclusions; 1) to increase entrepreneurial activities in the community, the first thing it takes is building a business spirit, with routine business practice. 2) the role of tertiary institutions is mentoring by educating entrepreneurship. and 3) tertiary institutions bridge the community to get business assistance to the government

Abstract

Discipline is an organization attitude, whose mistakes affect balance. Even in the worst cases, discipline can damage the environment. This condition should be avoided. Because really discipline is the attitude of success. This study aims to explore information about discipline, especially individually, how and what discipline they have. The method used in this research is survey. Then the derivatives use observation, in it there is an interview. The results of the study revealed, 1) the background dominated the attitude of the discipline. 2) knowledge or education strengthen discipline. and 3) rules are instructions on how to be disciplined. This confirms, discipline in principle the individual part. Therefore placing and treating it must be a humanitarian approach. However, organizations can mix disciplines as the goals of the organization

Abstract

The purpose of this study was to determine the effect of work complacent and motivation of job on the employees working performance either partially or simultaneously.  The object research carried out to the employee stamp of PT. Bank Panin BSD Tangerang Selatan. Design research conducted in the preparation of this is associative quantitative that aims to determine the influence between two or more deeply variables describe or reveal a problem, situation, event or revealing fact as they are deeply and try to find a solution or solutions to problems. The results showed that work content based on partial test was positive and significant effect on the achievement capability of 51,7% and then work arousal  also was positive and significant effect on performance of 52,6%. The result of determinate coefficient (R2) of 63,8% can be summed up the effect of the variable job satisfaction and work motivation toward employees performance where the influence are positive. The results of calculation for 41,458 F-value further consultation with the F-table with dk = k numerator and denominator dk = (nk-1) with a 5% error level the importance of the F table = 3,18. Provisions applicable for F-value greater than F-table (41,458  > 3,18), it can be stated that the multiple correlation is significant. Thus the null hypothesis (H0) that states there is no effect between work satiation and work motivation influence on employees performance is rejected, while the alternative hypothesis (Ha) are accepted

Abstract

Building public trust is the core of public services, but currently at the Regional Office of Banten Religion Ministry, public trust has not been built. The negative stigma of society, such as lack of transparency, many civil servants who act on behalf of religion take advantage of the public's ignorance on Hajj and Umrah management, and poor management of religious education. Therefore, this study was conducted seeing to what extent the employees of Banten Religion Ministry performed, and to analyze work culture factors had an impact on performance. This study uses quantitative methods, research sample is 67 respondents, sampling technique is simple random, research instrument uses a questionnaire, and the analysis method uses linear regression. The results showed that professional work culture contributed dominantly to performance. This finding confirms that the professional working model in the Banten Religion Ministry is more prominent than other cultural values
