Abstract

ABSTRAKLatar Belakang : Penyakit diare masih merupakan masalah kesehatan masyarakat di Indonesia, di Kabupaten Sleman insiden rate diare 34,8 per seribu penduduk atau 2909 balita dengan cakupan pelayanan 70% di Puskesmas Gamping I sekitar 325 balita (Profil Dinas Kesehatan Kabupaten Sleman, 2013). Kolaborasi perawat dan sanitarian dalam pelayanan kesehatan di komunitas menggunakan pendekatan input-proses-output-efek-outcome.  Input meliputi jumlah penderita diare balita, perawat, sanitarian, program lintas tuntas diare. Proses meliputi penemuan penderita diregister di Puskesmas, pemeriksaan balita, botol susu, sumber air, terapi, desinfeksi, klorinasi dan konseling.  Sedangkan output meliputi jumlah balita diare yang dilayani dua kali selama empat belas hari. Efek berupa penurunan skor dehidrasi out come berupa turunnya angka kesakitan diare. Tujuan :Penelitian ini bertujuan secara umum membuat model pelayanan kesehatan kolaborasi perawat sanitarian penderita diare balita dikomunitas yang dapat mencegah dan menurunkan derajat dehidrasi. Secara khusus bertujuan menetapkan pengaruh pelayanan kesehatan kolaborasi perawat sanitarian terhadap penurunan derajat dehidrasi.  Metode : Jenis penelitianQuasi eksperiment dengan rancangan“Pre test Post test with Control Design“.Penderita diare balita3 (tiga) bulan yang lalu dicatatan medis Puskesmas diambil secara sistimatis random sampling 15 (lima belas) balita untuk kelompok kontrol dan 15 (lima belas) balita untuk kelompok perlakuan. Uji analisa data menggunakan t test. Hasil :Ada pengaruh kolaborasi terhadap penurunan skor dehidrasi anak balita diare, tidak ada pengaruh kolaborasi terhadap penurunan jumlah kuman botol susu anak balita diare. Ada pengaruh kolaborasi terhadap penurunan MPN E Coli air bersih anak balita diare. Ada pengaruh kolaborasi terhadap penurunan MPN Coliform air bersih anak balita diare. Kesimpulan :Ada pengaruh pelayanan kesehatan kolaborasi perawat sanitarian terhadap penurunan skor derajat dehidrasi penderita diare balita. Saran : Dalam kolaborasi perawat sanitarian ditingkat internal program Puskesmas perlu dibuatkan panduan yang memuat etika profesi sesuai lingkup kerja dan fungsinya.Kata Kunci : Model Kolaborasi, Perawat, Sanitarian, Pelayanan Kesehatan, Penderita diareABSTRACTBackground : Diarrhea disease is still a public health problem in Indonesia, in Sleman District incidence rate of diarrhea 34,8 per thousand population or 2909 under fives with coverage 70% service in PuskesmasGamping I about 325 balita (Profile of Sleman District Health Office, 2013). The process includes the findings of patients enrolled in Puskesmas, checking for infants, bottles of milk, water sources, therapy, disinfection, chlorination and counseling. While the output includes the number of infant diarrhea that is served twice for fourteen days. The effect of decreasing the dehydration score out come is the decrease of morbidity rate of diarrhea. Objective : This study aims at generating a model of healthcare services for the collaboration of sanitarian nurses with diarrhea in children under five who can prevent and reduce dehydration. Specifically aimed at establishing the influence of sanitarian nurse collaboration health services on dehydration degrees reduction. Method : Quasi experimental research type with "Pre testPost test with Control Design"  Patients with child diarrhea 3 (three) months ago medical Puskesmas was taken by systematic random sampling of 15 (fifteen) children under five for control group and 15 (fifteen) children under five for treatment group. Test data analysis using t-test. Result: There is influence of collaboration to decrease dehydration score of children under five diarrhea, there is no influence of collaboration to decrease amount of germ of baby milk bottle diarrhea. There is a collaboration effect on the decrease of MPN E Coli clean water for children under five diarrhea. There is a collaboration effect on the decrease of MPN Coliform clean water of children under five diarrhea. Conclusion: There is influence of health service of sanitarian nurse collaboration to decrease of dehydration degrees score of diarrhea sufferer. Suggestion: In the collaboration of sanitarian nurses at the internal level of the Puskesmas program, it is necessary to create guidelines that contain professional ethics according to the scope of work and function.Keywords: Collaboration Model, Nurse, Sanitarian, Health Service, Diarrhea Patient

Abstract

ABSTRAKLatar Belakang : Gangguan pendengaran yang terjadi pada anak perlu untuk dilakukan deteksi seawal mungkin mengingat peranan pendengaran dalam proses perkembangan bicara sangatlah penting. Fungsi pendengaran dan juga perkembangan bicara sudah termasuk ke dalam program evaluasi perkembangan anak secara umum yang biasa dilakukan mulai dari tingkatan Posyandu oleh profesi di bidang kesehatan khususnya profesi perawat. Perkembangan bahasa anak tunarungu pada awalnya tidak berbeda dengan perkembangan bahasa anak normal karena bahasa sangat dipengaruhi oleh pendengarannya sehingga perkembangannya terhambat.Pada awalnya perkembangan bahasa anak tuna rungu tidak berbeda dengan anak normal, pada usia awal bayi akan menangis jika lapar, haus, buang air besar, buang air kecil, atau sakit. Tujuan : Diketahuinya pengaruh Auditory Visual Therapy (AVT) terhadap perkembangan bahasa anak gangguan pendengaran usia sekolah (6-12 Tahun) di SLB Daerah Istimewa Yogyakarta (DIY). Metode : Jenis penelitianQuasi eksperiment dengan rancangan?Pre test Post test with Control Group Design?. Rancangan ini ada kelompok pembanding (kontrol), observasi dilakukan dua kali. Observasi pertama untuk mengetahui perkembangan bahasa anak gangguan pendengaran usia sekolah (6-12 tahun) sebelum diberikan Auditory Visual Therapy (AVT) dan observasi kedua sesudah diberikan Auditory Visual Therapy (AVT). Pengambilan sampel dilakukan secara purposive sampling dengan kriteria anak gangguan pendengaran usia sekolah (6-12 tahun) di SLB Daerah Istimewa Yogyakarta (DIY). Data hasil pemeriksaan dianalisis secara diskriptif  dan secara analitik dengan bantuan program SPSS for windows versi 16.0 menggunakan uji pair t-test, wilcoxon, mann whitney dan uji beda delta dengan taraf signifikan 0,05.  Hasil : Perkembangan bahasa anak dengan gangguan pendengaran pada kelompok eksperimen kategori kurang dan pada kelompok kontrol kategori kurang. Nilaipre test dan post test dengan p (sig) 0,000 < 0,05 berarti ada perbedaan antara pre test dan post test pada kelompok eksperimen. Nilaipre test dan post test dengan p (sig) 0,001 < 0,05 berarti ada perbedaan antara kelompok eksperimen pre test dan post test. Hasil uji beda delta pada kelompok eksperimen dan kontrol p (sig), 0,05. Kesimpulan : Ada peningkatan pengaruh pemberian Auditory Visual Therapy (AVT) Terhadap Perkembangan Bahasa Anak Gangguan Pendengaran Usia Sekolah (6-12 Tahun) di SLB Daerah Istimewa Yogyakarta (DIY) dengan nilai p (sig)< 0,05 berarti Ha diterima dan Ho ditolak.Kata Kunci : Auditory Visual Therapy (AVT), perkembangan bahasa, anak gangguan pendengaran, usia sekolahABSTRACTBackground : Hearing loss that occurs in children needs to be done as early as possible in view of the role of detection of hearing the speech development process is very important. Hearing and speech development is already included in the evaluation program of child development in general is usually done from IHC levels by profession in the field of health, especially in the nursing profession. Language development of deaf children at first no different from normal children's language development because the language is strongly influenced by his hearing so that its development is hampered. At first the language development of deaf children are no different from normal children, at an early age the baby will cry when hungry, thirsty, defecation, urination or pain. Objective : Knowing the influence of Auditory Visual Therapy ( AVT ) on the development of hearing impaired children's language school age ( 6-12 years ) in SLB Special Region of Yogyakarta (DIY). Method: Quasi experiment with the draft "Pre test Post test with Control Group Design". This design is no comparison group (control), observations made twice. The first observation to determine the child's language development of hearing impaired school age (6-12 years) before being given Auditory Visual Therapy (AVT) and a second observation post given Auditory Visual Therapy (AVT). Sampling was done by purposive sampling with criteria for hearing impaired children of school age (6-12 years) in SLB Special Region of Yogyakarta (DIY). Data examination results were analyzed descriptively and analytically with SPSS for Windows version 16.0 using test pair t -test, Wilcoxon, Mann Whitney and different test deltawith significance level of 0,05.Results : The development of children's language with a hearing loss in the experimental group category is less and less in the control group category. Value pre-test and post- test with p (sig) 0,000 < 0.05 means there is a difference between pre-test and post-test in the experimental group. Value pre-test and post- test with p (sig) 0,001 < 0,05 means that there is a difference between the experimental group pre-test and post test. Different test results delta in the experimental group and control p ( sig)  0,05. Conclusion :There is an increasing influence of Auditory Visual Therapy (AVT) On Language Development Hearing Impaired School-Age Children (6-12 Years) in SLB Special Region of Yogyakarta (DIY), with p (sig) <0,05 means that Ha accepted and Ho rejected.Keywords :Auditory Visual Therapy (AVT), language development, hearing impaired children, school age

Abstract

Background: The role of nurse in guiding, directing and managing the child is required to establish an independent children's personalities. Child's independence is marked by the ability to perform simple daily activities. Independence is not&nbsp; a&nbsp; skill&nbsp; that&nbsp; appears &nbsp;suddenly,&nbsp; but&nbsp; need&nbsp; to&nbsp; be&nbsp; taught&nbsp; to children. The role of nurse is intended to foster the ability of the child's independence from&nbsp; an&nbsp; early&nbsp; age, so it will be able to grow and develop optimally. Objectives: To know the relevance of the role of carer to preschooler?s independence in Aisyiyah Perumnas Condongcatur Yogyakarta Playgroup. Methods:&nbsp; The&nbsp; method&nbsp; used&nbsp; was&nbsp; descriptive&nbsp; correlation&nbsp; with&nbsp; the&nbsp;&nbsp; cross-sectional approach. Samples were obtained by the total sampling&nbsp; technique&nbsp; and&nbsp; hypothesis&nbsp; test was done by Kendall?s Tau test to know the relevance of the role of carer to preschooler?s independence at Aisyiyah Perumnas Condongcatur Yogyakarta Playgroup in 2012. Results: (1) The role of carer in fostering independence preschoolers mainly categorized good as many as 50 people (96.2%), (2) preschooler?s independence according to their parents mainly categorized medium as many as 26 children ( 50%), (3) The result of Kendall Tau test obtained coefficient Kendall Tau as much as 0.455 with a significance of 0.000 (sig &lt;0.05). Therefore, there was the relevance of the role of carer to preschooler?s independence in Aisyiyah Perumnas Condongcatur Yogyakarta Playgroup. Conclusion: There is the relevance of the role of carer to preschooler?s independence in Aisyiyah Perumnas Condongcatur Yogyakarta Playgroup. This study recommends that the carers (parents and teachers) can be carers and friends of children with affection, attention and understanding the needs, desires and character of foster children. Abstract

Background: Children’s growth and development need to be stimulated by parents in order to be optimally achieved. Children with directed stimulation will develop faster than children with less or without stimulation. Language and verbal disorders are common problems in children with1.94% incidence in children under-five years old per year. Mothers tend to let the children’s language development flow naturally. Objectives: To investigate the correlation between language stimulation and language development of children under-tree-years oldin integrated care center Wirastri RW 14 Central Gamping, Sleman. Methods: Research was an analytical survey with cross sectional approach. Data were collected using questionnaires and DDST. Kendall’s tau test was used with significancy level of α <0.05. Results: Most of respondents applied language stimulation to their children (77.14%). The language development of children was mostly normal (68.6%). The p-value= 0.000 showed that there was a significant correlation between stimulation and language development, with a coefficient correlation of 0.597 that indicated a correlation in a medium strength. Conclusion: There was a correlation between language stimulation and language development in children under-tree-years old in integrated care center Wirastri RW 14 Central Gamping. Abstract

The development of autistic children both physically, emotionally, intellectually, and psychosocially has a problem that results in the inhibition of children reaching a level of emotional development that is appropriate to their age. Applied Behavior Analysis (ABA) in children with autism includes autistic children providing emotional, social, informational, and practical support. An autistic child will feel that he is loved and wanted if more and more people in the family environment love and care for him. The purpose of the study was to know the effect of Applied Behavior Analysis (ABA) on the emotional development of children with autism. This type of quantitative research uses a Quasi-experiment with the design Pre-test Post-test with Control Group Design. The observation was carried out twice. The first observation is to determine the emotional development of an autistic child before being given Applied Behavior Analysis (ABA) and the second observation after being given Applied Behavior Analysis (ABA). Sampling was done by purposive sampling with the criteria of parents and autistic children aged 6-12 years in the autistic schools of the provinces of Yogyakarta and Ponorogo, East Java. Analyzed analytically using paired t-test and Wilcoxon, with a significant level of p <0.05. the emotional development of children with autism in the experimental group before Applied Behavior Analysis (ABA) was given to most categories were good of only 34 children with autism (73.9%) and after Applied Behavior Analysis (ABA) most categories were good for 44 autistic children (95.7%). In the control group before most were less as many as 28 children with autism (60.9%) and after most good as many as 17 children with autism (37.0%).The experimental group pre-test and post-test with a value of p (sig) 0.000, meaning there is a difference between pre-test and post-test in the experimental group. In the control group pre-test and post-test with p-value (sig) 0.000 meaning there is a difference between pre-test and post-test in the control group. There was an effect of Applied Behavior Analysis (ABA) on the emotional development of autistic children.
