Abstract

Konsumen anak mulai aktif membeli jajanan ketika memasuki usia sekolah sehingga bagi Taman Kanak-kanak, penting untuk menanamkan pembelajaran tentang jajanan sehat sebagai bekal ketika masuk sekolah dasar. Permasalahannya adalah sekolah belum memiliki materi jajanan sehat dalam materi ajar dan program edukasi jajanan sehat yang menarik bagi anak. Mitra program adalah sekolah Taman Kanak-kanak Yayasan Kolese St. Yusuf (Kosayu) Malang. Tujuan dari program pengabdian kepada masyarakat ini adalah memberikan pelatihan tentang jajanan, kantin dan lingkungan sekolah yang sehat, konten dan metode pengajaran dalam jajanan sehat, serta alat bantu pengajaran jajanan sekolah yang interaktif dan menarik bagi siswa yakni dengan food model. Hasil pelatihan yang diperoleh adalah bahwa sekolah dan para guru telah memahami pentingnya pembelajaran jajanan sehat dalam kurikulum, mampu membuat materi, metode dan model contoh belajar interaktif untuk siswa. Tindak lanjut dari pembelajaran ini adalah bahwa materi tentang jajanan sehat diadopsi dalam konten belajar/kurikulum sekolah.Kata-kata kunci: Jajanan sehat, Taman Kanak-Kanak, Media belajar interaktif, konsumen anak, sekolah Child consumers start actively buying snacks when entering school age so for kindergartens it is important to instill learning about healthy snacks as provisions when entering elementary school. The problem is that schools do not have healthy snacks in teaching materials and healthy snacks education programs that are attractive to children. The program partners are the Kindergarten College Foundation St. Yusuf (Kosayu) Malang. The purpose of this community service program is to provide training on snacks, canteens and a healthy school environment, content and teaching methods in healthy snacks, as well as interactive and interesting teaching tools for school snacks for students using food model. The training results obtained are that schools and teachers have understood the importance of learning healthy snacks in the curriculum, able to create interactive learning materials, methods and models for students. Abstract

The story of Panji is a native culture of Javanese society that has spread to foreign countries. The human values in the Panji stories are an integral part of Javanese culture. The Panji Museum which is a place to preserve and maintain that the Panji culture is not lost to the times will soon be ready to be opened to the general public. However, the Panji Museum currently does not have a visual identity to introduce and promote its existence. The purpose of this study was to design a visual identity design from Panji Museum in the form of corporate identity as a promotional medium. It is hoped that this research can produce corporate identity designs in the form of logos, museum catalogs, museum merchandise, posters and booklets that are in accordance with the characteristics of the Panji Museum.

Abstract

The pandemic outbreak has had an impact on the field of employment in general, so the Al Ittihad BLK (Balai Latihan Kerja or Work Training Centre) is trying to improve the digital skills of the learning participants to be more competitive during and after the pandemic. BLK, whose participants are the majority of alumni from the Al Ittihad Islamic boarding school, is expected to get additional ability to increase competitiveness in the world of work. The Ma Chung University community service team, which had discussed in a brainstorming session with the BLK managers, then agreed to provide videography training with the PBL (Project Based Learning) model with the assumption that the model was better able to increase the enthusiasm for learning and optimize the creative potential of the participants. The training, which was carried out offline for a limited time in the Poncokusumo area, Malang Regency, was proven to be able to improve the skills of the participants in learning and more visible learning outcomes based on the video project made by the participants. So it can be concluded that the implementation of the PBL model in this training process can be more effective in the limited training period.

Abstract

The application of digital marketing requires planning in displaying the advantages possessed by the product, like a school with many features and facilities that can not only be displayed in one image. So, they need video media that can display what is owned by the school. This also applies to Al Jannah Islamic School, which is located in Pakis District, Malang Regency. Based on the results of observations, surveys, and brainstorming, the school agreed and supported the service team's activities to carry out the process of making school profile videos for the benefit of digital marketing. This community service activity aims to produce a video profile that can show the competitive advantage so that it can be displayed in various digital marketing channels. The steps taken consisted of: (1) observation and survey, (2) the process of shooting and finishing the video, and (3) brainstorming for publication. While the outputs produced are (1) digital marketing material content in the form of video profiles, (2) changes in the mindset of school managers in determining CA, (3) assistance in publications on various media channels, and (4) assistance for awareness in digital marketing. The conclusions of this activity are: (1) the results and outcomes are by the situation analysis, (2) the targets set at the beginning have been completed efficiently, and (3) the assistance provided by the team can help school managers.

Abstract

Usia Dini, baik itu usia Kelompok Bermain (KB) maupun usia Taman Kanak Kanak (TKK) adalah usia emas untuk perkembangan sosialisasi anak. Anak-anak memerlukan lingkungan yang baik untuk mendukung perkembangan sosialnya. Akan tetapi, sungguh ironis, di masa pandemi Covid 19 ini anak-anak justru tidak memiliki lingkungan yang baik untuk perkembangan sosialnya. Anak-anak terkungkung dan terbatasi geraknya karena situasi pandemi Covid 19. Akibatnya saat ini banyak sekali anak-anak yang memiliki permasalahan perihal kemampuan bersosialisasi. Sesuai dengan hasil penelitian Broto (2015) dan Ambaryani (2014), metode permainan tradisional mampu menstimulus dan mentriger kemampuan bersosialisasi anak, maka sangat urgen jika permainan tradisional kembali lagi dihidupkan dalam proses belajar mengajar di KB dan TKK. Atas dasar inilah program pengabdian ini diadakan. Ada empat metode yang dilakukan dalam pelaksanaan program ini, yaitu (1) Focus Group Discussion (FGD) mengenai permainan tradisional, (2) Workshop pembuatan modul permainan tradisional untuk KB dan TKK, (3) Pelatihan permainan tradisional dan (4) Evaluasi. Keempat kegiatan ini dapat berjalan dengan baik dan lancar. Luaran dari kegiatan ini diantaranya adalah video kegiatan, berita media massa online, hak cipta buku modul permainan tradisional untuk KB dan TKK dan draf jurnal ilmiah untuk pengabdian. Hasil evaluasi menunjukkan bahwa pertama program ini sangat menjawab permasalahan sosial saat ini dimana sejak masa pandemi Covid 19 kemampuan bersosialisasi anak sangat menurun, kedua sekolah mengapresiasi secara positif program ini dan berharap ada tindaklanjut pendampingan saat implementasi. Abstract Early age, both the age of the Play Groups (KB) and the age of the Kindergartener (TKK) is the golden age for the development of children's social skills. Children need a good environment to support their social development. Ironically, during the Covid-19 Pandemic children lose this good environment for their social development. Children are confined and their movements are restricted due to the Pandemic. As a result, there are currently many children who have problems in their ability to socialize. In accordance with the results of Broto's (2015) and Ambaryani’s (2014) researches, traditional game methods should be able to stimulate and trigger children’s social skills, so it is very urgent to revive traditional games in the teaching and learning processes in KB and TKK. On this basis, the current community service was conducted. There were four methods carried out in this program, namely (1) Focus Group Discussion (FGD) regarding traditional games; (2) Workshop on making traditional game modules for KB and TKK; (3) Traditional Game Training; and (4) Evaluation. These four activities ran well and smoothly. The outputs of this activity include videos of the activities, online mass media news, copyright of traditional game module books for KB and TKK, and a community service journal article draft. The results of the evaluation indicate that firstly, this program was able to answer today’s social problems where following the Covid-19 Pandemic children’s social skills have greatly declined, and secondly, the school involved appreciated this program and expected a follow-up to the mentoring during the activity. Abstract

The story of Panji is an oral literature that tells the story of the love story of Raden Panji Asmarabangun, a crown prince of the Kingdom of Jenggala, with Dewi Sekartaji, a princess of the Kingdom of Panjalu. The romantic journey of the two characters did not go smoothly, but there were many adventures and disguises so that the story of Panji spread with various versions in the form of fairy tales and other folk tales. Panji's story is displayed in the form of literary and performing arts. This story also appears in various versions. The differences in the version are generally caused by the personal creativity of the adapters, the flexibility of the story in the form of oral traditions, and the adaptation of stories to myths and legends in each area of ​​its distribution. Of the various types of stories performed by various regions, Malang is one of the regions that has a distinctive artistry, Malang puppet mask. Puppet mask is a performance of the type of drama that emphasizes the aspects of dance as its main presentation and mastermind as the organizer of the story. Each dancer wears a mask that differs according to the character he plays. Malang wayang topeng art has become an art that has been inherent in the Malang community since long ago and has become part of the identity of the Malang community. In this study, the author describes how the process of designing art videos is based on Malang puppet mask stories under the title "Panji Romance".

Abstract

Malang City is a famous tourist city because of its nature tourism and also its culinary tour. There’s plenty of culinary spots in Malang City that has been around since 50 years ago and has become legendary. Even so, the lack of conservation efforts and knowledges will make these culinary spots to become forgotten. thus, there are appropriate alternative media that can be used to introduce these legendary culinary spots. One of them is documentary video. Qualitative method is used for this design, qualitative data is gathered through observation, interviews and documentation. This design’s output is a documentary video entitled “Legenda Kuliner Malang: Ragam Rasa Ragam Budaya” with 8 minutes 44 seconds duration, and a teaser with 32 seconds duration. The concept of this video is to show the connection between culinary and culture. Also some secondary output such as x-banner, cover and CD label, hat, totebag, sticker, t-shirt, and postcard.

Abstract

At present, specifically millennial generation, both children and teenagers in Indonesia are more familiar with the popularity of western-style astrology than Chinese astrology. Chinese astrology is assumed with ancient and boring things. That is because the way how to present eastern astrological merely informative content, such as history books, eastern astrological knowledge, etc. without containing of visual storytelling content. For this reason, there is an alternative media solution to solve these problems, named "Designing Chinese Astrological Storytelling Artbooks for Children". The method used is non-metric (qualitative). Qualitative data obtained from literature studies, observations, and interviews. The outputs are two-dimensional illustrations of the Twelve Chinese Astrology's Artbook.

Abstract

AbstrakKopi adalah salah satu hal yang menjadi daya tarik Indonesia dimata negara lain. Cita rasa yang unik dan beragam membuat kopiIndonesia bisa sukses mendunia. Tidak hanya itu, budaya danbisnis kopi di Indonesia sendiri mengalami peningkatan yangcukup signifikan. Namun ada efek negatif dari munculnyafenomena ini. Tidak bisa dipungkiri bahwa seni dan kualitas kopidi Indonesia mulai menurun karena adanya persaingan bisnisyang sangat tinggi. Hal ini membuat para pengusaha lebihmengutamakan kuantitas dibandingkan kualitas untuk bertahan.Selain itu, banyak orang yang memulai usaha kopi tanpa dasarpemahaman yang benar mengenai kopi. Tujuan dari perancanganini adalah membuat video feature yang menceritakan prosespengolahan dari kopi mulai dari tahap penanaman hinggapenyajian. Metode pengumpulan data yang digunakan dalamperancangan ini adalah metode kualitatif deskriptif. Kemudiandalam perancangan akan digunakan metode perancangan video.Dari perancangan ini diharapkan masyarakat bisa lebihmemahami tentang proses pengolahan kopi serta memaknai kopisebagai suatu minuman yang memiliki kualitas dan seni yangtinggi Hasil akhir dari perancangan ini adalah sebuah videofeature berdurasi 05:08 menit, lima buah video teaser dengandurasi kurang lebih 15-30 detik, serta satu set buku foto essaiPerjalanan Biji Kopi.Kata kunci: Kopi, Video, FeatureAbstractIndonesian coffee is very popular in other countries. Theuniqueness and the diversity of its taste make Indonesian coffeesuch a worldwide success. Not only that, but the coffee cultureand coffee business in Indonesia also experienced a significantincrease as well. However, there are some negative effects thatemerged from this phenomenon. In fact, the quality of coffee inIndonesia has begun to decrease due to high coffee businesscompetition. This makes coffee entrepreneurs prioritize thequantity over the quality of coffee to survive. Moreover, manypeople start a coffee business without proper knowledge aboutcoffee itself. The main purpose of this design is to make a featurevideo about the coffee process, from harvesting to the brewingstage. The data collecting method used in this design is aqualitative descriptive method. And the design method used inthis design is the video production method. From this design,Hopefully, the society can understand the process of coffeemaking, and interpret coffee as an art. The final result of thisdesign is a feature video with a duration of 05:08 minutes, fiveseries of teaser video with a duration of approximately 15-30seconds, and one set of Perjalanan Biji Kopi photo essay book.Keywords: Feature, Video, Coffee
