Abstract

Yayasan Pendidikan Adhiputeri merupakan salah satu lembaga pendidikan non formal yang menyelenggarakan berbagai macam kursus, salah satunya adalah kursus menjahit. Warga belajar kursus menjahit Yayasan Adhiputeri terdiri atas remaja putus sekolah dan ibu-ibu rumah tangga yang masih tergolong sebagai tenaga kerja produktif, dimana sangat memungkinkan untuk menambah keterampilan dan menjadikan ecoprint sebagai peluang usaha guna meningkatkan pendapatan keluarga. Adapun tujuannya pelatihan ini adalah selain untuk menumbuhkan kesadaran dan kemandirian dalam berusaha juga dapat memperluas lapangan kerja guna meningkatkan pendapatan keluarga dalam usaha mencapai keluarga yang bahagia dan sejahtera. Pemanfaatan bahan alami untuk pembuatan ecoprint merupakan usaha yang sangat mudah dikerjakan karena ecoprint memiliki keunggulan diantaranya yaitu ramah lingkungan, tidak menggunakan bahan kimia, proses pembuatannya mudah, bahannya mudah diperoleh karena berasal dari dedaunan, bunga maupun ranting tumbuhan serta tidaak memerlukan mesin sehingga dapat memberikan lapangan kerja yang baru bagi para masyarakat khususnya dalam hal bagi warga belajar Yayasan Pendidikan Adhiputeri. Metode yang digunakan adalah: ceramah, demonstrasi, tanya jawab dan praktikum. Hasil yang dicapai adalah : (1) mitra memiliki pengetahuan dan keterampilan mewarnai dan mencetak motif di kain menggunakan teknik ecoprint, (2) mitra mampu mengisi waktu luang yang dimiliki dengan keterampilan mewarnai dan mencetak motif pada kain dengan Teknik ecoprint, (3) mitra sudah memiliki pengetahuan tentang cara membuat kerajinan tangan berupa cetakan motif pada kain dengan teknik ecoprint dan menerapkan pengetahuan dan keterampilan tersebut sehingga dapat dimanfaatkan untuk manambah penghasilan keluarga, (4) Hasil akhir dari karya mitra dapat dikategorikan cukup rapi meskipun masih diperlukan latihan guna menghasilkan warna dan cetakan motif tumbuhan (daun, bunga dan batang) yang semakin menarik

Abstract

Partners of the Community Partnership Program (PKM) are people in Laguruda Village where the community in reality does not fully understand and know the procedures for preventing the spread of COVID-19 infection according to WHO standards. The problems are: (1) lack of knowledge on how to prevent the spread of COVID-19 according to WHO recommendations, (2) lack of knowledge on how to wash hands as recommended by WHO, (3) lack of hand washing facilities used to prevent the spread of COVID-19, and (4) not yet available practical hand washing tools to prevent the spread of COVID-19 . The external targets are (1) the people of Laguruda village understand how to wash hands properly according to WHO standards and (2) be able to reproduce practical hand washing tools that can be placed anywhere as an effort to prevent the spread of COVID-19.. The methods used are: lectures, demonstrations, discussions, questions and answers, and companion partners. The results achieved are (1) partners have knowledge of how to prevent the spread of COVID-19, (2) partners have adequate hand washing facilities to prevent the spread of COVID-19, and (3) partners have practical hand washing facilities to prevent the spread of COVID-19.

Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui pengaruh suhu gelatinisasi dalam memecah kristalin pati sagu dan pengaruh waktu sakarifikasi dalam produksi sirup glukosa. Penelitian ini dilakukan pada bulan Oktober 2017 – April 2018 di Laboratorium Kimia dan Analisis Pangan Universitas Hasanuddin. Penelitian ini menggunakan rancangan acak lengkap (RAL) dengan variasi suhu gelatinisasi (87°C dan 121°C) dan waktu sakarifikasi (36 jam dan 72 jam), dengan formula sebagai berikut F1 (87oC; 36 jam), F2 (87oC; 72 jam), F3 (121oC; 36 jam), dan F4 (121oC; 72 jam). Data penelitian dianalisis menggunakan metode analisis histogram. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa perlakuan terbaik diperoleh pada variasi F4 (121oC; 72 jam) dengan nilai tingkat kemanisan 23,22°brix. Bedasarkan hal tersebut menunjukkan suhu gelatinisasi dan waktu sakarifikasi mempengaruhi tingkat kemanisan sirup glukosa sagu yang dihasilkan.

Abstract

Abstract.  The problem is that housewives in Panciro village lack knowledge about the importance of increasing skills and knowledge about making jam, Panciro village women do not meet standards (under quality standard), and are less serious in seeking efforts to overcome how to increase knowledge and skills in making jam. The potential of mothers to support the improvement of skills and knowledge requires training. However, knowledge and skills in making jam are still limited or less skilled due to lack of understanding or knowledge about making jam. This PKM aims to increase the knowledge and skills as well as a clear vision of the participants in the training activities so that the partner group of Panciro women is more engaged in the business of making jam as a business field that has the potential to become a creative economy industry. The methods and approaches offered in this activity are lecture, discussion, question and answer, demonstration, and training methods. The success of this program is assessed through the indicators used to measure the extent of the success of this program if the partner mothers who have been trained are able to apply the knowledge and skills independently, reaching <50% and are able to make 3 types of prototypes planned in this activity”. Based on the results of the implementation of this PKM activity, it can be concluded that the implementation of making jam for the women of Panciro Village can increase the knowledge and skills of the participants in making jam as a skill and knowledge that can provide income if done professionally as evidenced by beautiful, neat packaging. and attractive with a variety of aromas, flavors and hygiene. Keywords:  Knowledge, Skills, jam making

Abstract

The partner of this Community Partnership Program (PKM) is the teachers at Vocational High School 9 Makassar. The problems were the teachers at Vocational High School 9 Makassar still constrained in carrying out classroom action research which included difficulties in understanding the specific learning problems in their class whether in the area of media, methods, class organizing, policies, or evaluations so as to hamper the fulfillment of requirements in improvement rank/section. With the training in making classroom action research the teachers can be more productive in developing various types of classroom action research. The methods used were: lectures, discussions, question and answer, and demonstrations. The results achieved were (1) the partners know about basic concept of classroom action research, (2) the partners can develop methods/ implementation of class action research,  (3) the partners can make the proposal of classroom action research, (4) the partners can carry out the classroom action research, and (5) the partners  know how to make classroom action research report.

Abstract

Abstrak. Mitra Program Kemitraan Komunitas (PKM) ini adalah guru SD Inpres Kassi Kassi 1. Adapun permasalahan mitra adalah: (1) kurangnya pengetahuan tentang jenis pembelajaran berbasis multimedia, (2) kurangnya kemampuan untuk menggunakan media pembelajaran berbasis multimedia. Sasaran eksternal adalah seluruh guru dan siswa SD Inpres Kassi Kassi 1. Metode yang digunakan adalah: ceramah, diskusi, demonstrasi, pendampingan dan tugas mandiri. Hasil yang dicapai adalah (1) mitra memiliki pengetahuan tentang jenis pembelajaran berbasis multimedia, (2) mitra memiliki kemampuan untuk menggunakan media pembelajaran berbasis multimedia, (3) mitra memiliki kemampuan untuk mendesain pembelajaran berbasis multimedia yang mudah dan sederhana.  Kata kunci: media, multimedia, pembelajaran

Abstract

Opportunity to use sago as a basic ingredient for syrup glucose is very large because of the high carbohydrate content reached 75.88% - 85.08%. Sago starch contains 27% amylose and 73% amylopectin. This study aims to determine the effect of sago starch substrate concentration on reducing sugar, total dissolved solids, dextrose equivalent, and sweetness level from the glucose syrup produced. This research was conducted in 3 stages, namely gelatinization, liquefaction, and saccharification. The use of sago substrate concentrations were 25%, 30%, and 35%. The use of amylase enzyme is 0.1% dry weight and glucoamylase enzyme is 0.008 g/g dry weight. This study used a completely randomized design with a factorial pattern with two replications and data analysis using Duncan test. The use of α-amylase and glucoamylase enzymes in the manufacture of glucose syrup from sago starch affects the glucose syrup produced. The best result is obtained from 30% substrate concentration with reducing sugar value is 186.07 g/L, total dissolved solid is 36.13%, dextrose equivalent value is 62.02%, and sweetness level value is 33.92 ºbrix.

Abstract

abilities of students who studied with conventional methods and those who studied with the write-pair-switch method. This study was carried out at one of the public high schools for the 2022–2023 academic year. A posttest-only control design was used in the quasi-experimental research methodology. The study sample consisted of 85 students, consisting of 43 control class students and 42 experimental class students. Each class is subdivided into 3 levels based on their initial mathematical ability, namely low, medium, and high levels. Two-way ANOVA is the method of data analysis employed. The findings indicated that students' mathematical reasoning skills were impacted by the learning strategies used. The degree of a student's initial mathematical proficiency affects their capacity for mathematical reasoning. There is no relationship between learning strategies and the degree of pupils' innate mathematical competence in terms of their capacity for mathematical reasoning.

Abstract

The goal of this study is to provide rigid body equilibrium and rotational dynamics learning materials for mobile devices using App Inventor that are viable, efficient, and usable and that can enhance students' critical thinking abilities. This study used a 4-D development model as its research methodology, with just the development stage included in the steps of define, design, develop, and disseminate. Students in the class served as the study's subjects. Tests and non-tests (questionnaires) are the types of instruments employed. Test instruments were given to 30 students, and assessment questionnaires were given to experts (learning design, language, media, and materials), students (limited trials), and two physics teachers. The resulting media were considered appropriate by experts (learning design, language, media, and materials) and effective in training critical thinking skills with an N-gain value of 0.49 in the medium category and an educator effectiveness questionnaire with a percentage of 86% very effective category. Students rate the practicality of mobile learning material utilizing App Inventor at 78.5%, while teachers rate it at 92%.

Abstract

Pelatihan Penggunaan Media Pembelajaran Berbasis Teknologi Bagi Guru merupakan kegiatan pengabdian kepada masyarakat yang dilaksanakan secara online pada bulan Februari 2023 dengan peserta dari Kabupaten Tabanan, Provinsi Bali. Kegiatan ini bertujuan untuk meningkatkan kompetensi guru dalam penggunaan media pembelajaran berbasis teknologi, yang masih banyak dihadapi kendala seperti keterbatasan akses dan pengetahuan teknologi serta kurangnya dukungan dari pihak sekolah. Metode pelaksanaan kegiatan meliputi tahap persiapan, pelaksanaan, dan evaluasi. Hasil dari kegiatan ini menunjukkan adanya peningkatan pemahaman dan keterampilan guru dalam penggunaan media pembelajaran berbasis teknologi. Oleh karena itu, diperlukan upaya untuk terus meningkatkan kompetensi guru dalam menghadapi tantangan perkembangan zaman yang semakin cepat.
