<![CDATA[ABSTRAKPenelitian ini bertujuan untuk menganalisis pengaruh pengembangan karir dan dukungan pimpinan terhadap kinerja aparat yang dimediasi oleh variabel motivasi kerja pada Kantor Kesyahbandaran dan Otoritas Pelabuhan Parepare.Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa 1) Pengembangan karir berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap motivasi kerja aparat pada Kantor Kesyahbandaran dan Otoritas Pelabuhan Parepare; 2) Dukungan pimpinan berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap motivasi kerja aparat pada Kantor Kesyahbandaran dan Otoritas Pelabuhan Parepare; 3) Pengembangan karir berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap kinerja aparat pada Kantor Kesyahbandaran dan Otoritas Pelabuhan Parepare; 4) Dukungan pimpinan berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap kinerja aparat pada Kantor Kesyahbandaran dan Otoritas Pelabuhan Parepare; 5) Motivasi kerja berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap kinerja aparat pada Kantor Kesyahbandaran dan Otoritas Pelabuhan Parepare; 6) Pengembangan karir berpengaruh positif namun tidak signifikan terhadap kinerja aparat melalui motivasi kerja pada Kantor Kesyahbandaran dan Otoritas Pelabuhan Parepare; dan 7) Dukungan pimpinan tidak berpengaruh terhadap kinerja melalui motivasi kerja aparat pada Kantor Kesyahbandaran dan Otoritas Pelabuhan Parepare. ABSTRACT This study aims to analyze the effect of career development and leadership support on performance mediated by work employee motivation variables at the Maritime and Port Authority of Parepare.The results showed that 1) Career development had a positive and significant effect on the work motivation of the officers at the Maritime and Port Authority of Parepare; 2) Leadership support has a positive and significant effect on the work motivation of the apparatus at the Maritime and Port Authority of Parepare; 3) Career development has a positive and significant effect on the performance of the apparatus at the Maritime and Port Authority of Parepare; 4) Leadership support has a positive and significant effect on the performance of the apparatus at the Maritime and Port Authority of Parepare; 5) Work motivation has a positive and significant effect on apparatus performance at the Maritime and Port Authority of Parepare; 6) Career development has a positive but not significant effect on the performance of the apparatus through work motivation at the Maritime and Port Authority of Parepare; and 7) Leadership support does not affect performance through apparatus work motivation at the Maritime and Port Authority of Parepare.Keyword : Career Development, Leadership Support, Motivation, Performance.]]>
