Abstract

As the present era progresses, information technology (IT) is expanding enormously. In the world of education, mainly primary and secondary school, some jobs carried out manually. SMK Avicena Rajeg is a place where the writer carried out practical work, still inputting data using Microsoft excel — analyzing the SPP payment information system in SMK Avicena Rajeg which is means for supporting TU staff performance. The method used by the writer includes interview method, observation method, literature method and Unified Modelling Language (UML) to describe a running model system and proposed system. With the production of an SPP payment information system analysis in the discussion that the writer described could be used as consideration in the process of developing student payment information systems. The writer suggested that the student tuition payment process should be computerized, as of the data that managed can be well-integrated, for example, by using the PHP programming language and MySQL database server.

Abstract

Analysis and Design of the decision-making system for the appointment of permanent employees is done at PT. Aerofood ACS. The problem with appointment of permanent employees is that the selection process for permanent employees is still long, it is difficult to determine which employees should be taken if the number of qualified employees is more than needed. This research is a system analysis conducted with the aim to provide analysis and design results making it easier for management to develop into web-based applications. the method conducted in this research is by communicating with management and employees, determining problems, the process of finding data, making plans about the research to be carried out, conducting analysis followed by making a design proposal given to management, the latter being the process of making reports . The conclusion from the research carried out can find out how the process of hiring non-permanent employees to become permanent employees, giving design proposals to the management in detail so that hopes can be developed into a web-based decision support system that has the goal so that the system uses the most suitable method.

Abstract

Perguruan tinggi memiliki peranan yang signifikan dalam pengembangan kualitas pendidikan manusia. Merancang kurikulum dan strategi pendidikan yang tepat dapat menghasilkan lulusan yang berkualitas. Tracer Study menjadi salah satu metode untuk melacak status pekerjaan alumni setelah lulus dari pendidikannya. Fasilkom Unsika adalah salah satu fakultas yang ada di Universitas Singaperbangsa Karawang. Dari banyaknya jumlah lulusan yang dihasilkan, sejauh ini di Fasilkom Unsika belum pernah dilakukan pelacakan terhadap status pekerjaan alumni. Oleh karena itu pelacakan perlu dilakukan untuk nantinya dilakukan proses Data Mining. Dari proses Data Mining kemudian dihasilkan suatu pengetahuan. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk memprediksi waktu tunggu alumni mendapatkan pekerjaan dengan menggunakan algoritma Naïve Bayes dan dibandingkan dengan algoritma Naïve Bayes dengan fitur seleksi Backward Elimination. Metodologi Data Mining yang digunakan yaitu Cross-Industry Standard Process for Data Mining (CRISP-DM). Penelitian menggunakan kelas label CEPAT dan LAMBAT dengan menerapkan sembilan skenario K-Folds Cross Validation. Hasilnya menunjukkan bahwa algoritma Naïve Bayes dengan fitur seleksi Backward Elimination meraih performa terbaik dengan nilai Accuracy 68,52% dan Kappa 0,370. Kesimpulan dari penelitian ini yaitu algoritma Naïve Bayes dengan fitur seleksi Backward Elimination terbutki dapat meningkatkan hasil evaluasi pada prediksi waktu tunggu alumni mendapatkan pekerjaan.
