Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan menganalisis pengaruh desentralisasi fiskal dan kinerja keuangan daerah terhadap kinerja ekonomi, pada Kabupaten/Kota di provinsi NusaTenggara Barat. Variabel penelitian yang digunakan dalamanalisismeliputi:desentralisasifiskal, kinerja keuangan, kinerja ekonomi, Data penelitian menggunakan data Panel yang terdiri dari gabungan 10 Kabupaten/Kota dengan rentang waktu selama periode tahun 2008 –2017 yang diperoleh dari departemen keuangan, badan pusat statistic provinsi NusaTenggara Barat. Teknik analis data dilakukan dengan menggunakan model PLS. Hasil analisis menyimpulkan bahwa:(1) Desentralisasi fiscal berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap kinerja keuangan;(2) Desentralisasi fiscal dan kinerja keuangan berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap kinerja ekonomi; (3) kinerja keuangan merupakan variable mediasi secara penuh (fullmediasi) dari desentralisasi fiscal kekinerja ekonomi.

Abstract

This research is aimed to know students’ errors in using direct and indirect speech in past form, a descriptive study at the second grade students of MA Palapa Nusantara NW Selebung in the school year 2016/2017. The numbers of population were 32 students which consist of one class. The researcher used a cluster sampling which took whole students of the second grade students of MA Palapa Nusantara NW Selebung in the school year 2016/2017 as a sample that were 32. In collecting the data, the researcher used a written test in form of completion and questionnaire. A test consists of 25 items of direct speech that would be changed into indirect speech. After the data was gathered, the researcher used qualitative descriptive method in analyzing the data where the researcher described the data qualitatively. Based on the result of data analysis, students encountered some types of errors in using direct and indirect speech in past form such as: omission, addition, miss formation and miss ordering.Key word: Students’ Error, Direct and Indirect Speech, Past Form.Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui tempat kesalahan siswa didalam menggunakan kalimat langsung dan tidak langsung dalam bentuk lampau. Penelitian ini merupakan penelitian deskriptif yang dilakukan di kelas XI MA Palapa Nusantara NW Selebung Tahun ajaran 2016 / 2017. Jumlah sampel dalam penelitian ini adalah 32 siswa dalam satu kelas. Peneliti menggunakan teknik klaster sampeling didalam menentukan sampel penelitian. Ketika mengumpulkan data, peneliti menggunakan tes dan kuesioner. Tes dalam penelitian ini terdiri dari 25 pertanyaan kalimat langsung yang dirubah ke kalimat tidak langsung. Setelah data terkumpul, peneliti menganalisa data dengan menggunakan teknik kualitatif diskriptif. Berdasarkan hasil analisis data ditemukan beberapa jenis kesalahan siswa dalam menggunakan kalimat langsung dan tidak langsung seperti : penghilangan, penambahan, kesalahan bentuk dan kesalahan susunan.Kata Kunci : Kesalahan Siswa, Kalimat Langsung dan Tidak Langsung, Waktu Lampau.

Abstract

Though code switching research may vary from context to context and situation to situation, thecommon factors for code switching will be threefold. That is, code switching deals withlanguages in contact. In interactive social situations code switching will be the use of more thanone language. For example the interaction during various social events involving interlocutorswho know more than one language. Gumperz (1982) while discussing the communicativefunction of code switching, claims that the speaker plays upon the connection of the we-code tocreate conversational effect. Thus code switching is seen as fulfilling the relational andreferential functions of language that amounts to effective communication and interlingua unity.As an increasing number of children enter the school, districts are faced with meeting theiracademic needs. These children enter into the classroom with varying language (mothertongue). Some schools have adopted bilingual education programs, teaching subject matter inIndonesian and English. Others believe in immersion, or placing the students in mainstreamclassrooms in which they are expected to learn the English language and subject matter taughtin English simultaneously. Still other schools hover somewhere in between, striving to find thebest way to reach these children/students. What factors can affect/force students to use codeswitching in their discourse? What are the benefits of code switching for L2 children/student?What are the communicative functions of codes switching? These questions are the debate ofbilingual education throughout the country. In this study, explore the effects of difference typesof education such as bilingual education. Specifically, this paper discuss of the role of codeswitching (the use of both Indonesia/Sasak and English within the same discourse) in bilingualsettings.Key words: Communicative function, Code switching, bilingual and multilingual.

Abstract

This research is intended to describe the types of Sasak speech levels, the phonological,morphological, and lexical variations, and the contexts that determine the usage of eachtype of Sasak speech levels. There are three steps applied in this research; datacollecting, data analysis, and result presentation. The data are taken through in-depthinterview method by employing recording and note-taking techniques. The data are alsogathered from some literary sources as well as the writer’s insight and understanding as anative speaker of Sasak people in Keruak Community.The results of this research indicatethat there are three types of Sasak speech levels, namely, bahasa Sasak Jamaq(intimate/ordinary), bahasa Sasak Alus Madya (medium/moderate), and bahasa SasakAlus Utama (high). Several factors are addressed to have affected the unfavorable use ofSasak speech levels among the youths. First, there is the environment factor, which is notconducive enough to allow people to use to hearing and practicing the honorific Sasaklexicon. This is due to the assumption that Speech levels belong only to the bangsawanaristocrat family members. Second, the numbers of the noblemen family members whouse this variety are also decreasing. Third, the widely use of Bahasa Indonesia in almostevery domain of language use cannot be avoided to influence the young generation tocommunicate in it wherever possible. And fourth, it appears that the time allotment to theteaching of Sasak as local content in the school curriculum does not allow covering theteaching of the speech level.Key Words: Address, Sasak Language, Sasak Speech Levels.Penelitian ini dimaksudkan untuk menggambarkan; jenis tingkat tindak tutur, aspekfonologi, morfologi, dan variasi leksikal tindak tutur bahasa Sasak, dan konteks yangmenentukan penggunaan setiap jenis tingkat tutur Sasak. Ada tiga langkah strategis yangditerapkan dalam penelitian ini, yaitu, pengumpulan data, analisis data, dan presentasianalisis data. Data yang diambil melalui metode wawancara dengan merekam danmencatat. Data juga dikumpulkan dari beberapa sumber sastra, wawasan penulis, danpemahaman sebagai pembicara asli orang Sasak di desa Keruak. Penelitian inimenunjukkan bahwa ada tiga jenis tingkat tutur bahasa Sasak yaitu bahasa Sasak Jamaq,Alus Madya (sedang), dan Alus Utama (tinggi). Beberapa faktor yang ditujukanmempengaruhi penggunaan bahasa Sasak di antara pemuda. Pertama, faktor lingkunganyang tidak kondusif untuk memungkinkan orang untuk menggunakan leksikon Sasak. Halini disebabkan asumsi bahwa tingkat tindak tutur hanya milik para bangsawan. Kedua,jumlah anggota keluarga bangsawan yang menggunakan varietas ini juga menurun.Ketiga, banyak penggunaan Bahasa Indonesia di hampir setiap domain penggunaanbahasa tidak bisa dihindari untuk mempengaruhi generasi muda untuk berkomunikasidimanapun. Dan keempat, tampaknya saat penjatahan pada ajaran Sasak sebagai kontenlokal dalam kurikulum sekolah tidak diimplementasikan.Keywords: Nama Panggilan, Bahasa Sasak, Tingkat Tindak Tutur
