The author does the learning process by using the quantum teaching method. This study departs from the writer's anxiety about the condition of student mastery of the material being studied. Inadequate campus facilities and lack of student interest in learning. As a result, students can not fulfill the assignments that have been given. Another issue that makes writers work hard is the average student from a remote area, where the learning process using information technology is still far from their reach. So the authors apply one of the learning processes using quantum teaching. The researcher examines the learning process using classroom action research. Based on the study conducted by the author in this paper, there are two important things that need to be learned, namely being able to do something, and be able to think for doing something. Teaching is a very important task in this world. Teachers should be able to influence human behavior from generation to generation. This is evident from the activities of the students in applying learning outcomes in class. Therefore, this paper contributes to a good learning process.

In the digital era, the Church's role in developing entrepreneurial programs faces new challenges through the application. Many entrepreneurship development models include a church located in a mall. There are also cooperatives within the Church selling snacks, many small and medium businesses, food stalls, and others. The Church must be creative in developing entrepreneurship, especially in this digital era. The research method used in this article is a qualitative research method with descriptive analysis. The research found entrepreneurial diversity that showed numerous dissimilar things to one another. Therefore, the Church must be active in fulfilling spiritual and physical needs.

Penulis tertarik untuk menemukan pola pendidikan di dalam keluarga jemaat GMIT Betel Dalehi. Karena anak ada masalah dengan kepribadian terutama rasa percaya diri. Penulis mencari tahu penyebab anak bertumbuh jauh dari karakter kristiani. Penelitian ini hendak memberi jalan keluar bagi orang tua dalam mendidik anak. Usaha untuk mendekati persoalan dilakukan dengan mempelajari fakta dilapangan. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa orang tua belum mampu mempraktikkan bentuk pendidikan yang mampu membuat anak memiliki karakter yang baik. Pola asuh yang diterapkan orang tua cenderung orotiter. Ada pola permisif, yang menyebabkan anak tidak bertumbuh sesuai dengan karakter Kristiani. Bentuk bimbingan dalam keluarga berperan penting terhadap kepribadian anak. Pengetahuan secra teoritis yang dimiliki oleh orang tua di Jemaat betel Dalehi sangat kurang sehingga orang tua belum melaksanakan bentuk pola pendidikan yang seharusnya diberikan dalam keluarga. Pembentukan keluarga Kristen belum dijalankan sesuai dengan seharusnya. Orang tua lebih perlu menerapkan pola demokratis dalam hal memberi pendidikan dalam keluarga.

The writer examines the competence of communications in work that influenced the spirit of work. Communication used in work was still verbal and rarely used the available means. A leader's communication patterns with people he or she leads. The ability to communicate at work that can build up the spirit of work. Poor communication can affect employee spirit. The approach used in this research is a descriptive qualitative method in which to collect information and describe it in the study so that it sees one whole entity. Based on the thoughts carried out in this research, communication has a bearing on performance satisfaction, and this means that work satisfaction is influenced by communication. Another factor in influencing vigorous work is work facilities and infrastructure. The leadership factor is influential in delivering messages. A leader must care, participle, and be open to opinions.

The church wants the congregation's spirituality to experience growth. The number of membership is decreasing. At Home Community Church (HCC) Palu, a small group performs the process of renewal, leading to the likeness of Christ and training men to become fishers of men. Through small groups (Komsel), it is hoped that the congregation's growth will increasingly have a positive effect on the communion and church growth. The respondents were 144 Komsel members from a total population of 212 members. The method used in this study is a quantitative method with a Likert scale questionnaire as a research instrument. In this study, the role of Komsel significantly affects the number of HCC church congregations and provides benefits in service, evangelizing, teaching, and communion programs.

The problem of rubbish begins with the activity of disposal and burning in temporary landfills. The purpose of this service is to provide learning to the community on how to manage waste into plastic clothing; trash exchanged for rubbish, garbage exchanged for vegetables, recycled bags, eco-bricks for eggs, paving blocks, and paintings from used plastic bags. The methods used for waste management are: reducing, reusing, recycling, replanting, and replacing. Community service produces an important thing that is, it still encourages the community to be actively involved in managing waste. It is necessary to involve village officials to move the community to reduce waste. Moreover, there is training for the community to create jobs from waste recycling.

One of the effort to improve teacher professionalism requires certification to improve the proficiency and quality of teachers in implementing the teaching and learning process. In essence, certification and teacher competency standards are to get good and professional teachers. Having competence to carry out the functions and objectives of the school in particular, as well as educational goals in general, according to the needs of society and the demands of the times. The type of this research is quantitative research with survey methods. Penulis mengkaji tentang peran guru dalam mengatasi buta huruf di suku TAA Wana desa Taronggo. Penelitian ini bertitik tolak dari peran guru dalam membangun budaya membaca dengan pengenalan huruf. Guru di wilayah terdepan, tertingggal dan terjauh memiliki tantangan tersendiri dalam pembelajaran dengan menggunakan teknologi informasi seperti saat ini. Kendala berikut yang melanda suku TAA Wana adalah kurangnya guru yang memberi diri untuk mengajar. Penulis berharap guru menemukan cara efektif dalam pembelajaran suku TAA Wana Metode penelitian yang digunakan adalah Metode kualitatif. Metode penelitian yang bertujuan menggambarkan hasil analisis secara jelas, rinci, sistematis, dan selanjutnya dikemukakan. Berdasarkan kajian yang dilakukan oleh penulis, maka Guru dituntut untuk menunjukkan integritas dalam pengajaran terutama di daerah terpencil. Guru dituntut untuk mengelola kelas dengan baik agar buta huruf berkurang.
