Abstract

Human resources (HR) as one of the keys for the company in achieving its goals and success. Achieving company goals if HR shows good reliability, therefore companies need to make HR play a key role in an organization so that there is involvement, love or employee engagement that impacts on the sustainability of an organization, which can build organizational commitment and also determine how employees will behave. In this study offers a new theoretical framework of management as a shaping factor for the importance of organizational commitment and also the behavior of withdrawal of employees, the sample is carried out on employees with a contractual status of 54 in a higher education institution. The analysis tool uses path analysis with warpPLS. The results show that job engagement negatively influences employee organizational commitment, job engagement has a negative influence on withdrawal behavior, organizational commitment has a negative influence on withdrawal behavior while organizational commitment cannot be a mediating variable between job engagement and employee withdrawal behavior .

Abstract

This study aims to determine the effect of multiple role conflicts, workload and work stress on the performance of female employees of the production division of PT Madsumaya Indo Seafood. Using a method is a sampling technique when all members of the population are used as samples. The number of samples used in this study were 68 respondents. The analysis technique for testing hypotheses uses the Statistical Package for the Social Sciences (SPSS). The Technique analysis data used multiple regression linear analysis. The results of this study indicate that partially multiple role conflict variables do not have a negative effect on the performance of female employees in the production division of PT M adsumaya Indo Seafood, while workload and work stress have a negative effect on the performance of female employees in the production division of PT Madsumaya IndoSeafood.

Abstract

This study aims to examine the effect of capital, labor, and counseling on farmers' income in the village of Punduttrate Benjeng Gresik. The research gap in this study is that farmers in the village of Punduttrate manage their own land with important capital and labor but extension services are less attractive to farmers because they rely on the experience they have. The number of samples used in this study were 81 respondents. The analytical technique to test the hypothesis is using the Statistical Package for the Social Sciences (SPSS). The results of this study indicate that capital has a significant effect on income, labor has a significant effect on income, and counseling has no significant effect on income.

Abstract

This study aims to test working capital turnover, cash turnover and inventory turnover on the profitability of manufacturing companies in the food and beverage subsector. By using 30 samples of the company's annual financial statements to analyze the effect of working capital turnover, cash turnover and inventory turnover on the profitability of companies listed on the Indonesia Stock Exchange in 2017-2019. This test is done by using multiple linear regression. The regression results show that partially working capital turnover has a significant and significant effect on profitability with a level of 7.1%. While the cash turnover and inventory turnover variables have no effect on profitability. This research can be used by companies in determining performance and making managerial decisions based on financial statements. This study has limitations only on financial statements for companies.

Abstract

Micro, small and medium enterprises (UMKM) is one important part of the economy of a country or region. This important role has encouraged many countries including Indonesia to continue to develop UMKM. Although small in scale the number of workers, assets and turnover, but because of the large enough amount, the role of UMKM is quite important in supporting the economy. The success of UMKM is a factor supporting the improvement of various businesses, both micro, small and medium enterprises, especially in Gresik City. This study aims to determine the effect of entrepreneurial spirit, creativity and business location on the business success. of UKM. The method used in this research is quantitative method, the population of this research is 51 UKM. The analysis techn ique used is multiple linear regression analysis followed by t test with significance level 0,05. The results showed that the entrepreneurial spirit , creativity and business locat ions individually and simultaneous significantly affect the business success.

The purpose of this study was to to examine the effect of stock prices, trading volume activities, stockreturns and trading frequency of the bid ask spread of LQ45 company. Determination of the studysample consist of 42 companies conducted using purposive sampling method. Abstract

Community empowerment is Carried out in order to reduce poverty and unemployment, the which in turnwill lead to an increase of in community welfare. However, the data-based empowerment programs have not been done much. So we need the first step in the success of community empowerment, it must start with understanding the community and its dynamics. The understanding needed is an understanding of the social and institutional arrangements of the community and an assessment is needed to design a good community development programs, and in accordance with the needs of the community so that the program can Achieve the right targets. The purpose of this coding program is to analyze the characteristics, potentials and problems of the village, analyze alternative empowerment programs for the targeted village communities and analyze and implement alternative programs for community empowerment activities. Abstract

The current era of digitalization makes people shop without using cash, this can then be related to the convenience factor that can encourage consumers to behave impulsively when shopping or without planning. At the same time consumers are also faced with a situation of ability to self control, for example when they see a new product discount and so on. Such a buying process without planning or suddenly without thinking about the benefits and functions of the item or often called impulsive buying. Another factor that can encourage is the ease of transaction. The sample was taken on students, the analysis tool used multiple linear regression analysis. The results of this study show that self-control and ease of transaction affect the tendency to buy impulsively. Therefore it is important that in the future research is carried out on all factors that stimulate impulsive tendencies both externally and internally to consumers.

Abstract

Permasalahan yang terjadi pada Pekerja Migran Indonesia adalah pekerja migran Indonesia selalu dihadapkan pada kondisi minimnya kegiatan yang dapat meningkatkan kapasitas diri mereka, pendidikan yang saat ini dijalankan PMI adalah pendidikan penyetaraan baik paket B maupun Paket C, namun kegiatan yang mengarah pada kegiatan peningkatan kapasitas kewirausahaan belum banyak dilakukan. Oleh karena pelatihan kewirausahaan berbasis efektuasi menjadi penting dilakukan dalam membekali PMI agar memiliki pengetahuan dan persiapan dengan aset terbaik yang dimiliki saat ini. Kegiatan ini bertujuan supaya para pekerja migran yang telah menyelesaikan kontrak kerja di Taiwan dan kembali ke Indonesia akan dapat memiliki ketrampilan pemasaran yang bermanfaat pada saat memulai suatu usaha sendiri. Pelaksanaan kegiatan dilakukan ini selama dua kali dalam seminggu secara daring (online) dengan menggunakan aplikasi zoom meeting. Hasil kegiatan telah menunjukkan bahwa PMI di Taiwan telah dan dapat memahami dengan baik dalam mengimplementasikan prinsip-prinsip efektuasi untuk mendukung pengambilan keputusan bisnis yang penting.

Abstract

This study aims to examine the effect of motivation and work discipline and job satisfaction on performance. The number of samples in this study were 78 employees at PT. Bank Pengkreditan Rakyat Syariah Mandiri Gresik, using the technical method Probability Sampling type Simple Random Sampling. Collecting data in this study is using questionnaire and interviews. The data analysis technique used is multiple linear regression analysis. The results of this study concluded that the results of simultaneous testing of motivation, work discipline and job satisfaction have a significant effect on employee performance. Partial test results Motivation has a significant effect on employee performance, work discipline also has a significant effect on employee performance and job satisfaction has a significant effect on employee performance.
