Abstract

The purpose of this study is to determine the role of tourism products and destination image of tourists visiting decision. The method in this study uses a type of probability sampling, including simple random sampling with a sample of 200 respondents. The analysis technique used is multiple linier regression analysis, coefficient of determination, simultaneous model testing (F test), and partial hypothesis testing (T test). T test result shower that tourism products had a positive and significant effect on visiting decisions, destination image had a positive and significant effect on visiting decisions.The F test results the probability value sig. 0,000 < 0,05 which means that the F test can be accepted and shows the influence simultaneously. Based on the results of the coefficient of determination test obtained a value of 0,596 can be interpreted that the influence of tourism products and destination image on the decision of visiting that is equal to 59,6%, the remaining 40,4 % is influenced by other factors not explained this study.

Abstract

The purpose from this reaserch is for measuring how much the influence of social media like instagram and confidence of customers so millennial interest to buy. Variabel of this research is media social instagram (x1), consumer trust (x2), and purchase intention millennials (y), methods that used in this research is quantitative methods with associative approach, with sharing questioner by online as much 359 to millennials who have productive age. There also analysis. Goals from analysis test showing media social instagram and consumer trust has significant effect to purchase intention millennials and goals of mediation hypothesis test showing that variable consumer trust mediating social media instagram to purchase intention millenial.

Abstract

The purpose of this study was to determine the effect of collateral and perceived quality on consumer satisfaction at AHASS 0501. Workshop This research method uses the type of sampling included in the random sampling sample. The analysis technique used is multiple linear analysis techniques, and for testing the hypothesis is a simultaneous test (f test). Based on the coefficient of determination test of 0.868 can be interpreted that the effect of service assurance and perceived quality on customer satisfaction is 75.3%. The remaining 24.7% is influenced by other factors not explained in this study. Based on the f test, a probability value of sig is obtained. 0,000 &lt;0.05 and the F test calculation shows that the F count is greater than the F table which is 129,777&gt; 2.37. Conclusions, Service Guarantee (X1) and Perceived Quality (X2) have a significant effect on Consumer Satisfaction (Y). Keywords: Guarantee, Quality Perception, Consumer Satisfaction

Abstract

The purpose of this study was to determine the effect of community and electronic word of mouth (e-WOM) on brand switching. The method used in this study is the method of sampling type included in the sample random sampling by distributing questionnaires as many as 150 to consumers. This research analysis technique uses multiple linear analysis techniques, and in testing the hypothesis using partial statistical tests (t test) and simultaneous tests (f test). T test results showed that the community effect (X1) had a significant effect on brand switching, electronic word of mouth (e-WOM) (X2) had a significant effect on brand switching. Based on the F test in this study the probability value sig 0,000 &lt;0.05 while the coefficient of determination test of 0.818. Conclusions, community effects and electronic word of mouth (e-WOM) have a significant effect on brand switching. The effect of community effects and electronic word of mouth (e-WOM) on brand switching is 81.7%. The remaining 18.3% is influenced by other factors not explained in this study. Abstract

Tujuan penelitian ini adalah untuk mengetahui promosi dan citra merek terhadap keputusan pembelian pada CV. Neptuns Kota Sukabumi. Metode penelitian yang digunakan oleh penulis dalam penelitian ini menggunakan metode sistem random sampling dimana penulis menyebarkan kuisioner terhadap 80 konsumen. Hasil penelitian menggunakan uji koefesien determinasi menunjukan nilai Adjuster (R2) adalah sebesar 0,517 yang berarti pengaruh promosi dan citra merek terhadap keputusan pembelian adalah 52,9% dan 47,1% lainnya dipengaruhi oleh faktor lain yang tidak diteliti. Selain itu, pengujian koefesien korelasi ganda menunjukan nilai R sebesar 0,728 yang berarti terjadi hubungan yang kuat antara promosi dan citra merek terhadap keputusan pembelian. Berdasarkan hasil uji F yang telah dilakukan, ditemukan nilai Sig. adalah sebesar 0,000 < 0,05. Simpulan, promosi dan citra merek berpengaruh secara positif dan signifikan secara bersama-sama terhadap keputusan pembelian. Kata Kunci: Citra Merek, Keputusan Pembelian, Promosi

Abstract

Tujuan penelitian ini adalah untuk mengetahui pengaruh kelompok referensi, keluarga serta peran dan status terhadap keputusan pembelian pada pengguna Lazada di Kota Sukabumi. Metode penelitian yang digunakan oleh peneliti dalam penelitian ini adalah menggunakan metode deskriptif kuantitatif dan metode sampel probability sampling dengan melakukan penyebaran kuesioner sebanyak 116 kepada para pengguna Lazada di Kota Sukabumi. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa hasil uji koefisien determinasi dilihat dari nilai R Square adalah sebesar 0,291. Pengaruh kelompok referensi, keluarga, serta peran dan status terhadap keputusan pembelian secara online pada pengguna Lazada di Kota Sukabumi adalah 29,1% dan sisanya 70,9% dipengaruhi oleh faktor lain yang tidak dijelaskan dalam penelitian ini. Kemudian berdasarkan uji koefisien korelasi ganda dapat diketahui dari nilai R sebesar 0,540. Berdasarkan uji f nilai probabilitas Sig. 0,00 < 0,05. Simpulan, secara bersama-sama kelompok referensi, keluarga, serta peran dan status berpengaruh secara signifikan terhadap keputusan pembelian. Adapun untuk hasil uji t, kelompok referensi berpengaruh signifikan terhadap keputusan pembelian, keluarga tidak berpengaruh terhadap keputusan pembelian, sedangkan peran dan status berpengaruh negatif terhadap keputusan pembelian. Abstract

Tujuan penelitian ini adalah untuk mengetahui pengaruh customer experience dan customer satisfaction terhadap minat beli ulang pada PD. Mochi Kaswari Lampion Kota Sukabumi. Metode yang digunakan pada penelitian ini adalah metode sistem random sampling dengan menyebarkan kuisioner kepada 90 orang pelanggan. Hasil penelitian menggunakan uji koefesien determinasi menunjukan bahwa pengaruh customer experience dan customer satisfaction terhadap minat beli ulang adalah 53,8% dan 46,2% dipengaruhi oleh faktor lain yang tidak diteliti. Selain itu, pengujian koefesien korelasi ganda menunjukan bahwa angka R Sebesar 0,734. Berdasarkan hasil uji f yang telah dilakukan, ditemukan nilai sig. 0,000 < 0,05 dan nilai Fhitung 50,843 > Ftabel 2,36. Adapun uji t yang telah dilakukan menunjukan bahwa Nilai signifikasi yang didapat 0,000 < 0,05 dan nilai thitung 5,008 > ttabel 1,66256. Simpulan, customer experience dan customer satisfaction berpengaruh positif dan signifikan secara simultan terhadap minat beli ulang pada PD. Mochi Kaswari Lampion Sukabumi. Adapun secara parsial, customer experience dan customer satisfaction berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap minat beli ulang pada PD. Mochi Kaswari Lampion Sukabumi. Abstract

This study aimed to analyze the trends of celebrity and consumer support for the intention to buy consumers on Honda products at PT. Happy Lestari Mandiri City Sukabumi. The method used was simple random sampling by distributing 188 questionnaires to consumers. The data analysis technique used is the analysis path. In this method, simultaneous and partial methods are used. As a step in testing the partial influence are as follows coefficient testing, coefficient testing, coefficient determination, calculating the influence of other variables and simple linear regression. While the calculation of influence simultaneously the steps are as follows double counting, determination coefficient, other influence variables and multiple linear regression, after that calculate directly and indirectly and finally use the test simultaneously (F test) and test using partial (T test) .
