Abstract

AbstractThis study aims to determine the effect of the Covid 19 pandemic, family support, and learning motivation on interest in entering higher education. The population used is prospective new students from the two study programs of the Indonesian School of Tourism Economics (STIEPARI) Semarang. Determination of the number of samples in this study using purposive sampling technique and obtained a sample of 75 respondents. The data analysis method used is multiple linear regression analysis. The results showed that the Covid-19 pandemic had a negative effect on interest in going to college, family support and learning motivation had a positive and significant effect on interest in entering higher education at the Indonesian Tourism Economics College (STIEPARI).Keywords: Covid-19 Pandemic, Learning Support, Learning Motivation, Interest to Enter Higher Education.AbstrakPenelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui pengaruh pandemi Covid 19, dukungan keluarga dan motivasi belajar terhadap minat masuk perguruan tinggi. Populasi yang digunakan yaitu calon mahasiswa baru dari dua program studi Sekolah Tinggi Ilmu Ekonomi Pariwisata Indonesia (STIEPARI) Semarang. Penentuan jumlah sampel dalam penelitian ini menggunakan teknik purposive sampling dan diperoleh sampel sebanyak 75 responden. Metode analisis data yang digunakan yaitu analisis regresi linier berganda. Hasil penelitian menunjukan bahwa pandemi covid-19 berpengaruh negatif terhadap minat masuk ke perguruan tinggi, dukungan keluarga dan motivasi belajar berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap minat masuk perguruan tinggi di Sekolah Tinggi Ilmu Ekonomi Pariwisata Indonesia (STIEPARI).Kata kunci: Pandemi Covid-19, Dukungan Belajar, Motivasi Belajar, Minat Masuk Perguruan Tinggi.

Abstract

Cyberloafing is one of the employee's counterproductive behavior by using mobile phone and office internet facility for personal use during working hours. Cyberloafing behavior is caused one of them by the psychological condition of employees, namely burnout. The cause of this burnout is due to role conflict and role overload. If the behavior of cyberloafing continues to be done will hamper the productivity of employees and eventually will have a negative impact on the company. The problem in this research is how to decrease cyberloafing by seeing role conflict, role overload, and burnout. The sample of this study amounted to 150 respondents. Sample determination was done by census technique. Respondents in this research are employees of PT PLN (Persero) Pusat Manajemen Konstruksi Semarang. The analysis tool used is Structural Equation Modeling (SEM) in AMOS 22 program.Based on five hypotheses tested, there are four accepted hypotheses. Role conflict has a significant effect on cyberloafing, role overload has no effect on cyberloafing, role conflict and burnout has a significant effect on burnout, and burnout has a significant effect on cyberloafing. In an effort to decrease the level of cyberloafing, good human resource management is required. Purpose of Human resource management is to avoid role conflict, role overload, and burnout affecting cyberloafing.

Abstract

Pandemi covid- 19 yang terjadi di awal tahun 2020 memiliki dampak yang cukup besar terutama di sektor pariwisata. Desa Wisata termasuk salah satu sektor dalam pariwisata yang terdampak pandemi covid-19. Perubahan perilaku memaksa semua lapisan masyarakat merubah tatanan hidup atau yang disebut era new normal.Tim Pengabdian Masyarakat dari STIEPARI Semarang berupaya melakukan  pendampingan di Desa Wisata Sikasur ini. Diharapkan dari pendampingan dari tim STIEPARI Semarang dapat semakin menguatkan eksistensi dan meningkatkan kualitas Desa Wisata Sikasur di Kabupaten Pemalang, baik itu dalam mutu SDM, produk yang ditawarkan, pengaturan dan pengelolaan manajemen desa wisata termasuk di dalamnya pengelolaan homestay. Serta yang paling utama adalah bagaimana penerapan CHS  di Desa Wisata Sikasur, sehingga penerapan protokol kesehatan di era new normal ini dapat dilakukan dengan baik.Dalam kegiatan pengabdian ini dilakukan antara lain survey lokasi, Forum Grup Discussion (FGD), dan sosialisasi. Hasil dari kegiatan ini diharapkan dapat membuat Desa Wisata Sikasur mulai beradaptasi dan berkembang di era new normal ini.

Abstract

AbstrakPenelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui pengaruh motivasi intrinsik, lingkungan belajar, dan dukungan keluarga terhadap semangat belajar mahasiswa Program Pascasarjana Sekolah Tinggi Ilmu Ekonomi Pariwisata Indonesia (STIEPARI) Semarang. Populasi yang digunakan pada penelitian ini yaitu mahasiswa Program Pascasarjana yang berjumlah 98 orang. Sampel ditentukan menggunakan teknik sampling jenuh, sehingga semua anggota populasi diajdikan sebagai sampel sebanyak 98 orang sampel. Hasil penelitian yaitu motivasi intrinsik berpengaruh negatif terhadap semangat belajar, lingkungan belajar, berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap semangat belajar, dan dukungan keluarga berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap semangat belajar.Kata kunci: Motivasi Intrinsik, Lingkungan Belajar, Dukungan Belajar, Semangat Belajar.AbstractThis study aims to determine the effect of intrinsic motivation, learning environment, and family support on students' enthusiasm for learning at the Postgraduate Program at the Indonesian Tourism Economics College (STIEPARI) Semarang. The population used in this study were 98 students in the Postgraduate Program. The sample is determined using a saturated sampling technique so that all members of the population are treated as a sample of 98 people. The results showed that intrinsic motivation had a negative effect on enthusiasm for learning, the learning environment, had a positive and significant effect on enthusiasm for learning, and family support had a positive and significant effect on enthusiasm for learning.Keywords: Intrinsic Motivation, Learning Environment, Learning Support, Learning Spirit.

Abstract

This study aims to find out how the destination business is to place he is always in the minds of consumers so that perceptions are different from competitors. This strategy to get achieve customer satisfaction in the long term, therefore it is needed PIB approach that is strung through the creative economy to achieve communicating uniqueness of the destination. This research was conducted in Kartikajaya Village in Kendal, Central Java. Source The data of this research are primary and secondary data. This research was obtained through interviews directly and filling out the questionnaire using the google form to strengthen the result data study. The principle of data collection is to reveal the variables to be studied. Method data collection through direct observation to the field, interviews, questionnaires. This research is an action research panel of previous researchers where a potential study model was found the attractiveness of the creative economy has strength in tourism development, and then followed by the importance of building a positioning strategy with a PIB approach (Positioning-Image-Branding) where 3 related concepts are united with the creative economy in marketing strategy. Indonesia has designated Kendal as a Special Economic Zone (SEZ). With With this status, investors are increasingly interested in developing their business in the Kendal SEZ. By because it will certainly have an impact on the development of the creative economy in the surrounding area Kendal, especially Kartika Jaya Village, has opportunities for economic development that will can contribute to the country's foreign exchange through its tourism programs. Data source Government, community organizations, local communities, and tourists. Research output, a document that reviews the potential of the destination, describes a list of attractions (for mapping potential), competitive analysis, including situation analysis. The document is the basis to start brand development. Furthermore, the imaging (image) of tourist destinations is agreed upon This in turn strengthens its brand positioning among the local community and the market. Process branding involves all individuals/institutions in the tourism industry to identify themselves with the brand to be established, so that local stakeholders become guard of the brand development process.

Abstract

Pencanangan pohon di Tegalrejo para partisipasi menunjukan berbagai kalangan untuk pelestarian dalam penanaman pohon di Tegalrejo di Salatiga, Dalam menindak lanjuti kerjasama antara pemerintah Kota Salatiga dengan STIEPARI Semarang dalam Tridharma Perguruan Tinggi, maka dosen STIEPARI senantiasa melakukan pengabdian kepada Masyarakat. Dalam pelaksananan pengabdian deskripsif kualitatif, Pelaksanaan kegiatan dilakukan dalam tahapan. Tahapan kegiatan pengabdian masyarakat dalam pencanangan tanaman di Kelurahan Tegalrejo Melakukan sosialisasi kegiatan pengabdian ini kepada masyarakat Kelurahan Tegalrejo yang berasal dari pelaku, dan UKM, Melakukan persiapan pelatihan peralatan dan yang membangun pelestarian tanaman. Melaksanakan tim dalam pencanangan tanaman dalam pelestarian lingkungan dan sesi tanya jawab dengan peserta. Upaya dalam peningkatan kelestarian dan penghijuan di kelurahan Tegalrejo upaya melestarikan lingkungan di kota Salatiga.

Abstract

Penelitian bertujuan untuk menganalisa bagaimana pengaruh work life balance dan job stress terhadap turnover intention. Peneliti berharap supaya penelitian ini dapat memberikan informasi mengenai pengaruh work life balance dan job stress terhadap turnover intention terutama pada pekerja wanita di pabrik tekstil Kabupaten Semarang. Penelitian ini menggunakan pendekatan kuantitatif, Sampel dalam penelitian ini adalah 150 pekerja wanita yang bekerja di pabrik tekstil di Kabupaten Semarang. Hasil penelitian ini dapat menunjukkan ketika beban kerja yang sudah dirasakan pekerja semakin berat atau tinggi dan mengakibatkan kurangnya waktu istirahat serta sudah merasa kesulitan dalam berkomunikasi dengan pihak lain dalam perusahaan, maka tingkat stress kerja dari pekerja wanita menjadi cukup tinggi. Berdasarkan dari hasil dan pembahasan diatas, disimpulkan bahwa work life balance berpengaruh negative dan signifikan terhadap variabel turnover intention, variabel job stress berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap turnover intention.

Abstract

This study uses a quantitative approach. In this study, the design in this research is a case study in food courts located in Ungaran City, Semarang Regency. This study aims to determine the effect of social media marketing and online delivery service on customer satisfaction. This research was conducted from March to August 2022. The research location was selected in food courts located in Ungaran City, Semarang Regency which accommodates various MSMEs, especially in the food sector. The population in this study are consumers who buy merchandise sold by traders or tenants at food courts in Ungaran City, Semarang Regency.

Abstract

The Covid-19 pandemic has had a significant impact on all industrial sectors in Indonesia, and one of them is the country's tourism sector since the beginning of 2020 and consequently has had a tremendous impact on tourism villages in Indonesia. A survey conducted by the Desa Wisata Institute (2020) of 97 tourist villages throughout Indonesia noted that no less than 92.8% of villages (or around population in these villages continued to maintain their profession. the original. It is undeniable that tourism contributes a large amount of income so that this pandemic has caused the tourist villages to suffer losses of tens to hundreds of millions of rupiah. Nearly 99% of tourism villages in Indonesia were closed due to the implementation of social restriction policies which resulted in the cancellation of visiting guests and in the end it had a long-term effect on tourism entrepreneurs in tourist villages such as restaurant entrepreneurs, homestay owners, craftsmen, artists. For this reason, in order to help revive the existence of the Tourism Village in the community, in the community service of STIEPARI Semarang this time the goal is in Sikasur Village, Pemalang Regency, this program was held with the aim of helping tourist villages raise their ranks and providing a forum for community service for the academics involved. CHS (Cleanliness, Health, Safety) which in the new normal era is considered very important to be implemented in various tourist destinationsThese community service activities include location surveys, Forum Group Discussion (FGD), and outreach. The results of this activity are expected to make Sikasur Tourism Village begin to adapt and develop in this new normal era

Abstract

Cyberloafing merupakan salah satu perilaku kontraproduktif pegawai yaitu menggunakan handphone dan fasilitas internet kantor untuk keperluan pribadi selama jam kerja. Perilaku cyberloafing ini disebabkan salah satunya oleh kondisi psikologis pegawai, yaitu burnout. Penyebab munculnya burnout ini dikarenakan adanya work family conflict dan beban kerja. Apabila perilaku cyberloafing terus dilakukan nantinya akan menghambat produktivitas pegawai dan akhirnya akan berdampak buruk pada perusahaan. Permasalahan penelitian dalam penelitian ini adalah bagaimana menurunkan cyberloafing dengan melihat work family conflict, beban kerja, dan burnout. Sampel penelitian ini berjumlah 150 responden. Penentuan sampel dilakukan dengan teknik sensus. Responden pada penelitian ini adalah pegawai PT PLN (Persero) Pusat Manajemen Konstruksi Semarang. Alat analisis yang digunakan adalah Structural Equation Modeling (SEM) pada program AMOS 22. Berdasarkan lima hipotesis penelitian yang diuji terdapat empat hipotesis yang diterima. Work family conflict berpengaruh signifikan pada cyberloafing, beban kerja tidak berpengaruh terhadap cyberloafing, work family conflict dan burnout berpengaruh signifikan terhadap burnout, serta burnout berpengaruh signifikan terhadap cyberloafing. Upaya untuk menurunkan tingkat cyberloafing maka diperlukan pengelolaan sumber daya manusia yang baik. Pengelolaan sumber daya manusia ini termasuk untuk menghindari work family conflict, beban kerja, dan burnout yang mempengaruhi cyberloafing.
