Abstract

This study aimed to analyze the influence of Environmental Performance,  SIZE, and Corporate Social Responsibility to the net profit margin and the difference between the influence of the Environmental Performance and Corporate Social Responsibility SIZE as an intervening variable. The samples were registered manufactories on BEI, with total amount  of samples (n) were 93 with pooling data method from 2009 to 2011. Sample was taken using purposive sampling method based on particular criteria which was appropriate with research purposes. The results showed that the Environmental Performance (EP) significant negative effect on Corporate Social Responsibility (CSR), Size significant negative effect on Corporate Social Responsibility (CSR), Environmental Performance  (EP) significant positive effect on net profit margin (NPM), Size does not effect on the net profit margin (NPM), Corporate Social Responsibility (CSR) has no effect on net profit margin (NPM), Corporate Social Responsibility (CSR) in the first model did not prove to mediate Environmental Performance (EP) to Net Profit Margin (NPM), and Corporate Social Responsibility (CSR) in the second model is not proven to mediate Size to Net Profit Margin (NPM).

Abstract

This study aims to analyze and determine the relationship of leadership roles and entrepreneurial orientation to the performance of SMIs in the City of Kediri, where good management of SMEs can encourage SMEs to compete with other SMIs. The population of this study was all food SMIs in Kediri City, from that population, it was agreed that the judge sampling method would examine 30 SMIs in Kediri City. Data analysis techniques in this study used path analysis. The results showed that the management of SMIs is highly dependent on the role of entrepreneurial leadership, entrepreneurial orientation, and business strategy. The results of this study indicate that entrepreneurial leadership factors and leadership orientation have a significant positive effect on business performance, while business strategies have not yet influenced business strategies and cannot be a mediating factor in this study.

Abstract

Tujuan dari penelitian ini adalah untuk menganalisis dan mengetahui pengaruh penggunaan Kartu Debit, Kartu Kredit, E-Money, dan E-Wallet terhadap Pengeluaran Konsumsi. Penelitian ini menggunakan pendekatan kuantitatif dengan kuesioner sebagai sumber datanya. Sampel penelitian dipilih dengan teknik purposive sampling. Metode yang digunakan adalah sampel mahasiswa Universitas Negeri Surabaya yang telah menggunakan uang elektronik. Analisis data dengan analisis regresi linier berganda pada program SPSS. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa penggunaan Kartu Debit dan E-Money secara parsial berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap pengeluaran konsumsi. Artinya, peningkatan penggunaan kartu debit dan atau e-Money juga akan meningkatkan pengeluaran konsumsi secara signifikan. Kartu kredit dan e-Wallet tidak berpengaruh signifikan terhadap pengeluaran konsumsi. Penggunaan seperti Kartu Debit, Kartu Kredit, E-Money dan E-Wallet dapat berkontribusi 37,2% terhadap perubahan pengeluaran konsumsi.
