Perkembangan kognitif pada dasarnya merupakan bagian dari perkembangan karakteristik manusia yang penting untuk dipahami. Ditengah laju tertumbuhan teknologi perkembangan kognitif manusia justru  jatuh dan semakin terpuruk pada rasa tidak peduli terhadap sesama. Manusia terpuruk didalam rasa ketidakadilan terhadap perlakuan dalam hidupnya dan ditengah itu semua, manusia tersandera serta tidak bisa mengelak dan menghindar dari rasa kesepiannya. frekuensi laju dan gerak pertumbuhan pengetahuan yang semakin tinggi tidak diimbangi oleh kecakapan dan kepandaian manusia dalam mengelola kesepian yang menghinggapinya. Akhirnya, apa yang terjadi dalam hidupnya tidak dapat di pahami sebagai yang baik sekaligus tidak menjadi penawar serta daya sembuh yang optimal ketika manusia mengalami kesepian dalam hidupnya. Film Joker karya Todd Phillpis menjadi salah satu cerminan bahwa ditengah arus kemajuan teknologi, pertumbuhan ekonomi yang semakin dirasa sulit. Manusia kerap mengalami degradasi dalam  moralitas. Ketika manusia tidak mampu mengenal dekat mengenai kesepiannya, tindakan pelepasan, pelarian dan pelampiasannya dapat dilakukan secara tidak wajar dan manusiawi. Jalan tengah yang dapat menjadi solusi adalah mengenali dan menyadari diri sendiri dengan utuh. Menerima dan mengakui dan berdamai dengan diri sendiri. Menyadari dan bersikap terbuka terhadap diri sendiri merupakan keutamaan yang harus dipahami dalam proses psikologi kognitif individu.

Abstract Online journal systems literacy and Google Scholar among Tarakanita College (STARKI) is carried out to bridge the process of transformation from print journals to online journals. Therefore, careful preparation needs to be done both in terms of resources and technical aspects, including lecturers as sources of manuscripts must understand how to work online, as well as the technical ability to manage journals online. The intended participants of this training activity were 34 lecturers and education staff consisting of administrators of the Jurnal Administrasi dan Kesekretarisan and the Jurnal Ilmu Komunikasi and Bisnis, as well as permanent and non-permanent lecturers of STARKI. It is hoped that through mentoring to the STARKI team is the ability to work scientifically independently armed with an understanding of the mechanism of SINTA, ARJUNA, and Google Scholar (GS) and STARKI journals can obtain optimal accreditation. Furthermore, the STARKI journal can be a contribution to education in particular, for the wider community to enjoy the knowledge that can be justified.Keywords: Google Scholar; Literacy; Online Journal System; STARKI. Peserta yang dituju dari kegiatan pelatihan ini adalah 34 orang dosen dan tenaga kependidikan yang terdiri dari pengelola Jurnal Administrasi dan Kesekretarisan serta Jurnal Ilmu Komunikasi dan Bisnis, serta dosen tetap maupun tidak tetap STARKI. Diharapkan melalui pembimbingan kepada tim STARKI adalah kemampuan untuk bekerja ilmiah secara mandiri berbekal pemahaman mekanisme SINTA, ARJUNA, dan Google Scholar (GS) dan jurnal STARKI dapat memperoleh akreditasi optimal. Selanjutnya, jurnal STARKI dapat menjadi salah satu sumbangan bagi pendidikan khususnya, bagi masyarakat luas dapat menikmati pengetahuan yang dapat dipertanggungjawabkan kebenarannya.Kata Kunci: Google Cendekia; Jurnal Berbasis Daring; Literasi; STARKI.

Abstract. Gender discrimination in Indonesia has existed since ancient times. As a Javanese woman, Kartini became a figure who experienced the past and even by her family. Due to her limitations, Kartini wrote about her restlessness and thoughts in the form of letters sent to her Dutch friends. The letters were then collected and put together into a book entitled Door Duisternis tot Licht. Pramoedya took some fragments of Kartini's letter, and tried to see Kartini in her literary glasses in the biographical novel Call Me Kartini Saja. Relying on qualitative methods and constructivist paradigms and using Vladimir Propp's narrative analysis, the purpose of this research is to reveal the description of the character's function in the narrative in the novel. The role analysis is only in narratives that contain elements of feminism. This research found that the novel P Call Me Kartini Saja contains seven of the 31 narrative functions and seven characters which are grouped into four character functions. Through the narrative function and character function that have been analyzed in this novel, this suggestion suggests that Kartini's spirit in fighting for emancipation through her writing and thoughts should always be lived out in her daily activities because her struggle allowed Indonesian women to indulge their rights.Keywords: Liniearity, Kartini, Woman Emancipation, Gender Roles,Vladimir Propp’s Narrative Analysis.

Penelitian ini bertujuan melihat komunikasi KPPPA melalui situs resimnya dalam mengeduksi pembaca tentang peran pengasuhan dan peran kontrol dalam keluarga. Penelitian ini menggunakan teori peran komunikasi keluarga dari Beth A. Le Poire. Penelitian dilakukan dari Mei hingga Agustus 2019 dengan menggunakan metode analisis isi sistematik dari Berelson. Temuan dari penelitian ini adalah KPPPA telah memproduksi artikel-artikel di situs resminya secara seimbang mengenai peran pengasuhan dan peran kontrol dalam keluarga, namun situs resmi KPPPA sendiri belum dapat menjaring pembaca secara luas. Dapat disimpulkan bahwa humas KPPPA telah tepat dalam memproduksi konten mengenai komunikasi keluarga.

Setiap tahun semakin banyak mahasiswa Indonesia yang memilih untuk melanjutkan pendidikan di luar negeri. Penyebaran mahasiswa Indonesia terjadi hampir di seluruh benua seperti Asia, Amerika, Eropa, dan Australia. Diaspora Indonesia merupakan julukan bagi warga Indonesia yang berada di luar negeri. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk melihat konstruksi dimensi kultural Hofstede menurut prespektif mahasiswa Indonesia yang melanjutkan studi di Benua Australia. Pengalaman terpenting ketika mahasiswa Indonesia di luar negeri sebagai representatif bangsa atau disebut dengan istilah “diaspora” memasuki wilayah baru, sehingga menjadi tantangan untuk menjaga identitas bangsa dalam berinteraksi dengan kultur baru. Penelitian ini menggunakan metode fenomenologi berdasarkan pengalaman mahasiswa Indonesia selama berkomunikasi dengan sistem di Benua Australia, kemudian menggunakan paradigma dialektis yang merupakan kombinasi kognitif dan intrepretif di elaborasi dengan teori Dimensi Kultural prespektif Hostede. Hasil dari penelitian ini menunjukan bahwa sebagai mahasiswa diaspora di Australia dapat mempertahankan dan merefleksikan identitas bangsa dengan baik. Mahasiswa Indonesia juga terus meningkatkan kapasitas diri untuk dapat diterapkan saat mereka kembali di Indonesia guna modal kapasitas untuk membangun bangsa setelah kembali dari studinya di Benua Australia. Rekomendasi penelitian ini mendorong diaspora Indonesia untuk selalu mampu menjaga identitas bangsa dengan baik dan belajar mengenai budaya yang baik dan secara akademik komunikasi lintas budaya bisa menjadi jembatan untuk adaptasi mahasiswa Indonesia selama berada di benua Australia.

West Kalimantan has a history of inter-ethnic conflicts, and the process of reconciliation has been continued until today in order to create a complete peace. This present study uses the qualitative method of explorative case study from the perspective of Arendt's Political Forgiveness Theory to analyze the process of individual forgiveness in the ongoing reconciliation process. The results indicate that the dialectics of forgiveness practices that occur individually cannot be achieved completely due to several factors, but the presence of the West Kalimantan Children's Forum, the Madurese Family Association, the Alliance for Peace and Transformation, and the Dayakology Institute stimulates the emergence of collective forgiveness for the past inter-ethnic conflicts in the younger generation in West Kalimantan. The findings suggest that sustainable justice is the main solution that will enable all ethnic groups to live in harmony.

Traveloka is one of the online agents for booking airline tickets, hotels, trains, and several other online services. Traveloka is one of the Unicorns from 4 startup businesses in Indonesia. Unicorn is a term for startups worth over the US $ 1 billion or equivalent to Rp. 13.5 trillion. Traveloka is an organization that applies advanced organizational communication; in structural and transitional theory, the structure is seen as a hierarchy, policy, and organizational design, whereas Weick views structure as an activity and, more specifically, as a communication activity. According to the concept of Weick, humans do not only run organizations; humans are these organizations. This study discusses the understanding of the meaning shared by Traveloka employees about the organization where they currently work. This shared understanding was obtained from the interaction between Traveloka employees. Convergence theory developed by Ernest G. Borman is used to find out how the process of awareness of groups or organizations is formed, developed, and survived. The research uses qualitative methods and constructivist paradigms. The results of the study show that there is a message dramatization process that forms a type of fantasy chain about Traveloka as an organization where competent people are especially in the field of Information and Technology (IT), and as an organization that is Flexible & Responsible. From the results of interviews with six informants who are Traveloka employees, the researchers obtained four points in common with their basic values as part of the Traveloka organization, which directs them to Traveloka employees as the ultimate end.

Abstrak Perkembangan teknologi komunikasi dan informasi membuat lembaga pemerintah harus beradaptasi dengan cara penyebaran informasi kepada masyarakat. Media sosial Instagram menjadi alat pemerintah menggunakan media sosial sebagai layanan electronic goverment (E-Goverment) sebagai sarana dalam memberikan informasi yang baik serta bermanfaat untuk masyarakat. Keluarga merupakan forum pendidikan primer dalam kehidupan dan menjadi dasar penting bagi pembentukan karakter anak. Karakter yang kuat dan jiwa baik pada anak akan terbentuk dengan adanya peran keluarga yang harmonis dan dinamis. Kementerian Pemberdayaan Perempuan dan Perlindungan Anak (KPPPA) saat ini turut serta, selaku lembaga yang berkontribusi dalam mengedukasi masyarakat melalui media sosial Instagram @kemenpppa. Penelitian ini berusaha menganalisis layanan e-goverment KPPPA dalam upaya memberikan edukasi mengenai pentingnya peran keluarga melalui media sosial Instagram @KEMENPPPA periode Juli – Oktober 2019. Instagram social media is a tool for the government to use social media as an electronic government service (E-Government) as a means of providing good information that is beneficial to the community. The family is the primary education forum in life and is an important basis for the formation of children's character. Strong character and good soul in children will be formed with the existence of a harmonious and dynamic family role. The Ministry of Women's Empowerment and Child Protection (KPPPA) is currently participating as an institution that contributes to educating the public through the social media Instagram @KEMENPPPA. This study seeks to analyze the KPPPA e-government services in an effort to provide education about the importance of the role of the family through social media Instagram @kemenpppa for the period July - October 2019. This research uses the Mayring content analysis method as the analysis knife, the researcher uses a qualitative approach and the theory of Family Roles Communication Beth A. Le Poire's perspective to understand KPPPA e-government services regarding the important role of the family in empowering Indonesian children and women.
