Abstract

The understanding of educators or facilitators in dealing with adults as students in the development of adult psychological conditions of course has its own significance. Understanding of such adult psychological conditions grew in a theory known as andragogy. Andragogy is a science that has a broad and deep dimension of learning theory and in how to teach adults. In learning, adults have a characteristic, principles and conditions in learning, from experience and awareness of their needs in learning, so as not to feel compelled in learning and in accordance with the needs and problems faced, so that, learning is sourced and oriented with the problem. The more mature a person is, the more matures of his academically or biologically according to life experience and the length of time travel. Some of the tasks done in Adult education, are teachers as facilitators, program developers (Developer Programs), managers (Administration) and as counselors (Counselors). Learning should be a need and awareness of the importance of science, motivation and responsibility as an adult capable of responsibility, and can develop itself and take an active role in the community environment. In order to the process of learning activities to take place effectively and efficiently, adult learning theory is not only known, but must be applicable in every teaching and learning activities and enhance the spirit of both formal and non formal learning activities.

Abstract

Reseliensi is a process of human self-resilience that experiences trials in life, such as in students who are taking thesis. One of the factors that can affect resilience is optimism. When the student is taking the thesis, the student must do the process of self-resilience. So that students who are taking thesis are expected to have high resilience. Knowing the relationship of optimism with resilience in university medical students evenayati who are taking thesis class of 2018. This type of research uses a quantitative approach in which there are two psychological scales including optimism scale and resilience scale. The sample in this study, students of the Malahayati University Medical Study Program who were taking the class of 2018 thesis amounted to 111 people. Analyze the data using spearman's correlation test. The majority of students of the Malahayati University Medical Study Program who are taking the class of 2018 thesis have a moderate optimism of 72 people (64.9%). The majority of students of malahayati University Medical Study Program who are studying thesis class of 2018 have a high resilience of 89 people (80.2%). There is a relationship of optimism with resilience in students of the Malahayati University Medical Study Program who are studying the class of 2018 thesis with a correlation (r) between optimism and resilience of 0.319 with a significant level of 0.001. There is a relationship of optimism with resilience in students of the Malahayati University Medical Study Program who are taking the class of 2018 thesis with a correlation (r) between optimism and resilience of 0.319 with a significance level of 0.001.

Abstract

Semakin meningkatnya gairah para konsumen otomotif di Indonesia dan mancanegara untuk membeli mobil pasca COVID-19 ini, mendorong perusahaan otomotif Indonesia dan para pemasoknya untuk selalu meningkatkan produktivitas. Namun, ‘semangat’ tersebut tidak selamanya diikuti oleh seluruh pemasok yang ada, khususnya perusahaan SME (Small Medium Enterprise) atau biasa dikenal dengan perusahaan UMKM (Usaha Mikro Kecil Menengah). Keberadaan UMKM tersebut, meski tidak secara langsung memproduksi komponen otomotif, namun sangat berperan dalam menunjang kelancaran proses produksi. Salah satu contohnya adalah pembuatan pallet untuk penempatan material dan produk setengah jadi di PT SIJ. Terkadang masalah yang sering dihadapi perusahaan tersebut adalah lambatnya proses fabrikasi, kualitas yang buruk, hingga delay dalam pengiriman ke pelanggan. Permasalahan yang sering dihadapi dalam pembuatan equipment penunjang tersebut seringkali disebabkan oleh masih banyaknya waste yang terjadi disetiap lini. Aktivitas pengabdian masyarakat ini bertujuan untuk memperkenalkan konsep dasar Lean manufacturing khususnya untuk perusahaan SME, yang nantinya diharapkan perusahaan tersebut dapat menerapkan konsep dasar ini yang sudah terbukti dapat mengeliminasi waste sehingga delay pengiriman dapat terhindari.
