Abstract

Kata Kunci: kulit pisang kepok, kadar HDL, antioksidan  ABSTRACTObese people can experience dyslipidemia which is a disorder of lipid metabolism characterized by an increase or decrease in lipid fraction in the plasma. This condition if left unchecked can lead to atherosclerotic plaques which later lead to coronary heart disease. Using 24 male Wistar rats, divided into 3 groups. The first group of rats fed with standard food, the second group of rats was given fat diet orally, and the third group of rats was given kepok banana skin extract and fat diet orally. At the end of experiment all animals were sacrificed and HDL levels were measured on the 30th day.  The result, there was also signifficant difference (p = 0,021) of HDL levels between group of rats fed with high dose fat diet and group of rats fed with high dose fat diet and kepok banana skin extract. So the conclussion is kepok banana skin extract increased significantly the HDL levels. Keywords: kepok banana skin, HDL levels, antioxidant

Abstract

Kata Kunci: parasetamol, Azadirachta indica, SGPT ABSTRACTBackground: High dose paracetamol can cause oxidative stress through the metabolic pathway that produces NAPQI in large quantities and may cause to  increase SGPT activity. Method: Using 24 male Wistar rats, divided into 3 groups. The first group of rats fed with standard food, the second group of rats was given paracetamol orally, and the third group of rats was given neem’s leaf extract and paracetamol 1 orally. At the end of experiment all animals were sacrificed and SGPT activity were measured on the 10th day with spectrophotometric method. Result: There was also signifficant difference (p = 0,021) of SGPT activity between group of rats fed with high dose paracetamol (1360,94 + 1509,08 U/L) and group of rats fed with high dose paracetamol and meem’s leaf extract (138,76 + 34,36 U/L). Conclussion: neem’s leaf extract decreased significantly the SGPT activity because the neem leaf contains flavonoid and limonoid which act as anti oxidant. Keywords: paracetamol, Azadirachta indica, SGPT

Abstract

This study aims to examine and analyze the effect of compensation and physical work environment on employee performance at PT Inno Wangsa Oils And Fats. Data collection was used in this study in the form of questionnaires, interviews and documentation. The data sources used in this study are primary data and secondary data. The data analysis technique used by the author in the form of multiple linear regression analysis serves to determine the effect / relationship of the independent variable with the dependent variable, validity test and reliability test, Classical Assumption Test and Hypothesis Test / Goodnes of fit test. Based on the results of the research partially, it shows that only compensation variables have a positive and significant effect on the performance of employees at PT. Inno Wangsa Oils And Fats. While the results of testing simultaneously show that compensation behavior and physical work environment have a positive and significant effect on employee performance at PT. Inno Wangsa Oils And Fats.
