Abstract

Tujuan dari penelitian ini adalah untuk mengetahui IMT (Indeks Massa Tubuh) atlet UKM Sepakbola Univetsitas Teknokrat Indonesia. Penelitian ini menggunakan metode penelitian kualitatif yaitu, “suatu penelitian yang berusaha menggambarkan peristiwa-peristiwa dan kejadian serta gejala (fenomena) yang ada pada masa sekarang. Sampel dalam penelitian ini adalah atlet UKM sepakbola Universitas Teknokrat Indonesia. Berdasarkan hasil penelitian didapatkan hasil bahwa rata-rata Indeks Massa Tubuh (IMT) Atlet UKM Sepakbola Universitas Teknokrat Indonesia adalah 20,463 berdasarkan norma pada tabel berada pada kategori berat badan normal. Kesimpulan dalam penelitian ini adalah bahwa hasil IMT Atlet UKM Sepakbola Universitas Teknokrat Indonesia, antara lain hasil pengukuran tinggi badan, memiliki tinggi badan rata-rata 1 71.5cm dengan tinggi badan tertinggi tercatat 178 cm dan terpendek 165 cm. Hasil pengukuran berat badan, rata-rata 59,75 Kg dengan berat badan terberat tercatat 69 Kg dan teringan 53 Kg. Dalam bermain sepakbola, dengan berat badan yang ideal atlet dapat melakukan gerakan-gerakan dalam sepakbola dengan baik secara keseluruhan.

Abstract

Aktivitas dalam Olahraga dapat dikaitan dengan tujuan kesehatan dan prestasi yang terdiri dari beberapa faktor dan salah satu diantaranya adalah kebugaran jasmani. Terkait dengan kebugaran jasmani pada  mahasiswa jurusan olahraga  khususnya selama new normal pandemi Covid-19 belum diketahui. Adapun tujuan penelitian ini adalah untuk mengetahui Tingkat Kebugaran Jasmani mahasiswa olahraga. Penelitian ini menggunakan penelitian deskriptif dengan metode survey. Populasi dan sampel penelitian ini adalah mahasiswa Olahraga, dengan jumlah 78 Mahasiswa. Teknik pengambilan data pada penelitian ini menggunakan instrumen tes kebugaran jasmani  yang terdiri dari  item tes yaitu: tes kecepatan lari sprint 60 meter, tes pull up, tes sit up, tes vertical, tes lari 1200 meter. Teknik analisis data yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah analisis statistik deskriptif dengan penyajian berupa persentase. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa tingkat kebugaran jasmani mahasiswa pendidikan Olahraga yaitu sebanyak 14 orang (17,95%) dengan klasifikasi baik, lalu dengan klasifikasi sedang sebanyak 43 orang (55,13%), dan dengan klasifikasi kurang sebanyak 21 orang (26,92%). Dengan demikian, hasil tes tingkat kebugaran jasmani mahasiswa olahraga selama new normal pandemi covid-19 adalah dapat dikategorikan sedang.

Abstract

The purpose of this research was to determine the effect of circuit training method on the leg muscle explosive ability. In this circuit training 4 posts containing exercises for strength and speed were designed. The research method used was experimental research. There were 24 research subjects divided into 2 groups, 12 in the treatment group and 12 in the control group using random sampling method. To obtain the data, pre test and post test were conducted in the treatment group and the control group using vertical jump test instrument. To ensure that this data were normally distributed, a normality test was carried out using the Kolmogorov Smirnov test. The results of this study showed a significant increase in the treatment group by 6.49. Post test data that has been tested through the t test (independent samples test) showed a P value < of a, that is 0.008 < 0.05 which means that the post test results had a significant increase compared to the control group. This circuit training method that contains strength and speed training can improve leg muscle explosive power.

Abstract

The purpose of this study was to determine the effectiveness of the implementation of a desktop program-based skills and physical measurement tools for futsal. Seeing the level of effectiveness and level of efficiency of the time used compared to doing the test manually. The research method used is quantitative research with descriptive statistical techniques. The study population was active students in the futsal student activity unit of the Indonesian Technocrat University, amounting to 30 people with 17 men and 13 women who had good skill and physical classifications. The data collection technique used a non-test instrument, in the form of distributing questionnaires to the entire population. The results of the study found that the effectiveness of the desktop-based measuring instrument program was more than 85%, with the results that had a large percentage classification, the overall answer was that the tool could be used properly and easily. The desktop program tool has good speed and time efficiency in taking tests and gets accurate scores, students could view their scores forthwith compared to the tests that are evaluated manually, so the desktop program-based futsal measurement tool is very effective and can be used properly as a new development in the futsal sports measurement test.
