Abstract

     The purpose of this study was to : 1) know whether there is a  positive effect significant of achievement motivation on learning achievement of students on economic subjects, 2) know whether there is a  positive effect significant influence on learning achievement of independent learning of students on economic subjects, 3) know whether there is influence a  positive effect significant  of creativity on learning achievement of students on economic subjects, 4) know whether there is a positive effect significant effect of achievement motivation, independent learning, and creativity together on learning achievement of students on economic subjects.           A hundred and sixty students of class XI IPS SMA Muhammadiyah in the Karanganyar regency was used as a population in this study and the sampling method used was a proportional random sampling. The sample of this study was part of the students of class XI IPS SMA Muhammadiyah 1 Karanganyar, SMA Muhammadiyah 3 Gondangrejo, SMA Muhammadiyah 5 Karanganyar academic year 2012/2013, in a total of 110 students. Data in this study were collected through questionnaires, verbal creativity tests, and documentation, then analyzed by multiple regression analysis.          The result showed that there was a a  positive effect significant  of achievement motivation, independent learning, and creativity variables on learning achievement of students on economic subjects at 2,189, 2.587, and 2,636, respectively. Achievement motivation, independent learning, and creativity altogether also showed positive effect significantly on learning achievement of economics. Keywords : achievement, motivation, independence, creativity

Abstract

This research aimed to find out: (1) differences in learning achievement of accounting student who use the Contextual Teaching and Learning and Concept Mapping instructional strategy, (2) differences in learning achievement of accounting student who had high category and low category of multiple intelligence, (3) interaction effect between kategory miltiple intelligence, CTL and Concept Mapping.This study was a experiment. The research was desained by Simple Randomized Subyect Design faktorial 2x2. The research population was II grade Economic Education of Stkip Hamzanwadi. The sample was taken by using nonprobability sampling kuota, obtained 39 students as an CTL class and 38 other in same grade as Concept Mapping class. The data collection was taken by document, questionnaire and test method. Document method was used for finding the Authentic Assesment and the UAS score Basic of Accounting I, as balance test for CTL and Concept Mapping learning. Questionnaire method was used to know the category  multiple intelligences of students. Test method was used to know learning achievement of Accounting student.The conclusion of this research were that: (1) There were differences in learning achievement of accounting student who used the Contextual Teaching and Learning and Concept Mapping instructional strategy. (2) There were differences in learning achievement of student who had the high category and the low category of multiple intelligence. (3) There was an interaction effect between kategory miltiple intelligences, Contextual Teaching and Learning and Concept Mapping instructional strategy. The everage learning achievement accounting of CTL class higher than the Concept Mapping class, and different category of multiple intelligences to effect different of learning achievement.Keywords: Multiple Intelligences, CTL, Concept Map, Learning Achievement

Abstract

Culinary business is the most desirable business by people today as it does not recognize any season and trend. Food currently is not merely a consumption product to fulfill the biological need of human beings, but has to do with a new life style, that is, becoming a culinary industry which not only gives a taste but also becomes a self-actualization need. Therefore, entrepreneurial spirits, creativity touches, and innovations are required in its process so that the business can sustainably be retained. The objective of this research is to investigate the role of creativity and innovation for product diversification at Steak & Chicken Stall by its owner.             This research used the descriptive research method. The samples of research were taken by using the non-probability sampling techniques consisting of accidental sampling for customers and purposive sampling for the owner and employees of the stall, Head of the Office of Industry and Trade of Magetan Regency. The data of research were gathered through in-depth interview, observation, and documentation. They were analyzed by using the interactive model of analysis.            The result of research shows that creativity and innovation are very much required for product diversification, as they can create new ideas for culinary products.  This in turn will increase the sale turnover and income. Product diversification is truly needed if the business condition begins to be threatened by new competitors or to be left by customers. To fix it, a self-exploration attitude is required, that is, the ability to sharpen creativities and implement them in real actions as an embodiment of innovations, so as to have special contributions to the increase of sale turnovers, customers, and profits.Keywords: Creativity, innovation, entrepreneurship, and product diversification

Abstract

The research objective was to determine: 1) the influence of computer anxiety to the TAM, 2) TAM effect on work overload, 3) the influence of computer anxiety against job insecurity, 4) effect of work overload and job insecurityto technostress of teacher in SMK Karanganyar. This research is quantitative survey methods. The study population was all vocational teachers SMK Karanganyar Business and Management. The research sample was taken as the population by purposive sampling technique. Data collection techniques used were observation and questionnaires. Techniques of data analysis done with path analysis. Results of this study are as follows: 1) computer anxiety significantly affects the TAM, 2) TAM significant part of affects the work overload, 3) computer anxiety effect is not significant to job insecurity, 4) work overload and job insecurity significant part of affects technostress vocational teachers in SMK Karanganyar, 5) directly, technostress influenced by the work overload and job insecurity by 58%, 6) effective overall contribution models is 83%.Keywords: Computer Anxiety, Technology Acceptance Model (TAM),Technostress

Abstract

The objectives of research and development were: (1) to formulate the need for entrepreneurship teaching material in Accounting Education Study Program of Teacher Training and Education Faculty (FKIP) of Palembang PGRI University; (2) to develop the entrepreneurship teaching material prototype using contextual teaching and learning; and (3) to obtain a feasible entrepreneurship teaching material with contextual teaching and learning approach to be applied to Accounting Education Study Program of FKIP of Palembang PGRI University.The research method employed research and development model simplified into three steps: preliminary study, model development, and model testing. The preliminary study applied a descriptive qualitative research by means of interview, observation and documentation as the methods of collecting data. The data validation was conducted using method triangulation. The model development step applied quantitative research in both restricted and broad trial. The model testing step applied an experimental research that compared the test result of experiment and control groups. The sample of research included the students of Mathematics Education and Accounting Education Study Programs of FKIP of Palembang PGRI University.The results of research showed: (1) the entrepreneurship learning conducted at college that should be improved through a module with contextual teaching and learning approach; (2) design of module with contextual teaching and learning approach; and (3) the effectiveness of module with contextual teaching and learning approach in improving the students? learning outcome. Implication and recommendation: the use of module with contextual teaching and learning approach could help the students understood the entrepreneurship material because it was equipped with examples, figures, summary, exercise and case study.Keywords: Model Development, CTL, Entrepreneurship Learning, research and development design.

Abstract

?SMP Terbuka? or Open Junior High School is an formal education that applying the concept of independent study which is allocated for school age children who had undergone resistance that make them was not possible to follow education in Regular Junior High School. The learning process in Open Junior High School was totally different with Reguler Junior High School since the condition of almost students in Open School have worked to help their parents. However, standard competence graduates (SKL) and curriculum in Open Junior High School was same as in Reguler Junior High School. The other problem is Lack of ability teachers in Open Junior High School in making an learning media that interesting. This study is purposes to improve the ability of teachers in SMP Terbuka Kemusu and SMP Terbuka Wonosegoro in making an learning media with Prezi software. The result of this study showed that been increasing in the ability of teachers in SMP Terbuka Kemusu and SMP Terbuka Wonosegoro in making an learning media with Prezi. Abstract

Students are encouraged to become entrepreneur as a career option. By the time they graduate from their study and get their degrees, they are expected to be able to create jobs for themselves and others. Student co-operative has a role in the development and regeneration of entrepreneurship amongst students through attending some particular educations and trainings. The contribution of student co-operative in achieving the interest in entrepreneurship is influenced by the participation and the soft skills of its members. This study aimed to determine the interaction between secondary co-operation education and training, members? participation, and members? soft skills towards the interest in entrepreneurship. The method used in this study was ex-post facto with a quantitative descriptive approach.  The population of the study was taken from the members of Student Co-operative in Universitas Negeri Yogyakarta. Study sample was divided into two groups, which were members who have already attended in education and training program with a total of 70 students collected by purposive sampling, and members who have not been attended in education and training with a total of 70 students taken in quota sampling. Data was collected through questionnaire, documentation, and interviews. This data was analyzed by using three-way ANOVA analysis 2x2x2 factorial.The result of the study showed that: 1) there was a significant difference on the interest in entrepreneurship between members who were attended in the secondary co-operation education and training and members who were not attended in the secondary co-operation education and training, 2) there was no significant difference on the interest in entrepreneurship between active and passive members? participation, 3) there was a significant difference on the interest in entrepreneurship amongst members with high and low soft skills, 4) there was no significant interaction between secondary co-operation education and training and the members? participation towards the interest in entrepreneurship, 5) there was a significant interaction between secondary co-operation education and training and soft skills towards the interest in entrepreneurship, 6) there was a significant interaction between members? participation and soft skills towards the interest in entrepreneurship, 7) there was a significant interaction between secondary co-operation education and training, members? participation and soft skills towards the interest in entrepreneurship.Keywords: education and training, interest in entrepreneurship, member participation, soft skills

Abstract

Penelitian ini menggunakan pendekatan Reseach and Development menggunakan aturan linear sequential (waterfall). Hasil dari penelitian ini adalah sistem informasi market basket analysis dengan metode algoritma Apriori menggunakan bahasa pemrograman PHP. Data yang akan digunakan pada untuk pengujian sistem ini adalah data hasil transaksi pada bulan September 2013 dari hypermarket Assalam. Penelitian ini bertujuan mendapatkan pola pembelian produk yang kemudian dapat dikembangkan menjadi strategi pemasaran, mendapatkan model tata letak produk untuk memudahkan konsumen dalam mencari produk, menghasilkan program aplikasi Market Basket Analysis. Hasil penelitian ini menunjukkan aplikasi metode data mining market basket analysis  yang dibuat dapat digunakan untuk menampilkan informasi pola pembelian produk yang sering dilakukan oleh konsumen dalam satu keranjang belanja dan model tata letak produk sesuai dengan pola pembelian produk yang dilakukan oleh konsumen. Informasi yang ditampilkan berupa nilai support dan confidence dari hubungan antara dua barang dan tiga barang. Semakin tinggi nilai confidence dan support maka semakin kuat nilai hubungan antar atribut.Kata kunci : Market Basket Analysis, Marketing, Algoritma Apriori, Association Rule, Data Mining

Abstract

The purpose of this research is 1) to develop media based learning catalog valid for improving student learning outcomes and 2) to know the effectiveness of media based learning catalog quick to improving student learning outcomes on economic subject in the SMA N 5 Surakarta. This research is research method and development (R&D). Data collection techniques are used observation, interview, questionnaires, test and document.                                                                               The result of development of research based instructional media catalog create more effective learning, and motivate students create creative ideas in learning can improving student learning outcomes. Catalogue-based learning media posttest results of the economic value of the learning outcomes of students of class XII S2 and XII S3 between class control and class experiments showed that the average posttest control group is 79,22 while the average posttest experiment class is 82,66. Once in the t-test analysis using IBM SPSS 21 software obtained significance value of 0,019 > a (0,05), which showed that H1 results of experimental class better than the control class with significant differences. Based on the results of the learning outcomes of economic value posttest control class and experimental class also analyzed by t-test formula. Price t obtained from posttest control class and experiment class is 2,404 with a price t table is 1,999. Thus t price > t table, means an increasing in economic class student learning outcomes experiment better than the control class. This shows that media-based learning catalog results further enhance the development of the economic value of student learning outcomes compared with no use of instructional media as before. The conclusion of this research is based instructional media valid catalog for increasing learning results and based instructional media effective catalog for increasing the results learning. Keywords: Development, Catalog, Media, Outcomes Learning

Abstract

The purpose of this study was to determine: (1) Whether there is any influence of self-efficacy on student interest in entrepreneurship Commerce Education Program Faculty, State University of Malang, (2) Whether there is influence of entrepreneurship education on student interest in entrepreneurship Commerce Education Program Faculty, State University of Malang, and (3) Whether there is any influence of self-efficacy and entrepreneurial education together toward student interest in entrepreneurship Commerce Education Program Faculty, State University of Malang.This research is a descriptive study with a comparative approach. The population was students Prodi Commerce Education FE UM in 2013 as many as 153 students. The study sample of 61 students of department of Commerce Education FE UM has administer entrepreneurship education, taken proportionate stratified random sampling technique. The data collection technique used was a questionnaire method. Data analysis techniques performed by multiple linear regression.The results of this study are as follows: (1) The results of the t test showed that the significant value of t is 0.044. This value is smaller than 0.05. The first hypothesis states that there is a significant effect of self-efficacy on student interest in entrepreneurship proved significant. (2) The results of the t test showed that the significant value of t is 0.697. The second hypothesis states that there is a significant influence of entrepreneurship education on student interest in entrepreneurship proven positive effec, but not significant at 0.05. (3) that the F test significance value of t is 0.088. The third hypothesis states that there is a significant effect of self-efficacy and entrepreneurial education together proved to be a positive influence, but not significant at 0.05.Keywords: Entrepreneurship Education, Theory of Planned Behavior, Entrepreneurial Intention
