Abstract

Paying system for delivery depends on delivery area and type of truck. All transporters have different rental cost. Best selection of transporter and type of truck can achieve the minimum point of transportation cost. To get this minimum transportation cost, this research attempts to use linear programming. Linear programming model is decision making tools to maximize or minimize the function. Delivery process need information, such as route plan, transporter, and the type of truck will be used. Route plan will be planned per day when trucks want to deliver to one area and no different area combination. This research will use linear programming model to analyze transporter and type of truck selection. This research will develop three alternatives. These three alternatives will be compared to the real condition of the cost and the number of truck to get the minimum transportation cost for PT XYZ. Abstract

This research is based on case study aims to identify ongoing PKE procurement strategy in PT X, to capture the problem along with its cause and the impact itself for the company. This research also tries to develop the more relevant procurement strategy to company’s necessity. The method in this research is qualitative descriptive through data analysis derived from in depth interview, field observation, also documentation. Current PKE procurement strategy in PT X still not able to accommodate customer’s need hence cause losses due to instability quantity amount of supply. Procurement strategy development by creating consolidation warehouse aims to mitigate the problem risk in PKE procurement with its cost consideration.

Abstract

This assistance activity in the preparation of Standard Operating Procedures (SOP) of Foster Father's Program a community service activity that aims to produce a draft SOP of Foster Father's Program at the Industry and Trade Office of Small and Medium Enterprise Cooperatives (PPKUKM) of DKI Jakarta Province, as well as improving understanding related to the theory, principles, and techniques for preparing SOP in accordance with government regulations. A SOP is a written manual. Participants of this activity came from 5 private universities in Jakarta and one of them was Bakrie University which together with the PPKUKM Office actively participated in the SOP development socialization event in March 2021 using mentoring methods. The activity of preparing the SOP for the Development of Foster Father's Program begins with the activity of compiling and collecting materials, after which the material or material activities, then continued by formulating the Operational Standard of The Development Procedure of Development Foster Father's Program.
