<![CDATA[Abstrak Pentingnya kebugaran jasmani siswa sangat mempengaruhi pola pikir dan kecerdasan siswa, Selain itu padatnya kegiatan sekolah juga menentukan kebugaran jasmani siswa dalam sekolah itu sendiri. Tujuan penelitian ini adalah untuk mengetahui perbedaan tingkat kebugaran jasmani antara siswa sekolah full day kelas IV Sekolah Dasar The Naff dengan siswa sekolah reguler kelas IV Sekolah Dasar Negeri Balonggabus di Kabupaten Sidoarjo, dan sekolah mana yang lebih baik tingkat kebugaran jasmaninya. Penelitian ini adalah penelitian kuantitatif dengan menggunakan pendekatan perbandingan atau komparatif, yaitu tidak adanya perlakuan pada kelompok subyek tersebut. Sasaran penelitian ini adalah siswa kelas IV sekolah Full day yaitu Sekolah Dasar The Naff dan Sekolah Dasar Reguler yaitu Sekolah Dasar Negeri Balonggabus, Besar populasi sebanyak 66 siswa yaitu 30 siswa untuk Sekolah Dasar The Naff dan 36 siswa untuk Sekolah Dasar Negeri Balonggabus. Instrumen yang digunakan adalah tes MFT (Multistage Fitness Test). Teknik analisis data menggunakan Uji-T (Indenpendent Sample T-Test) dengan dibantu menggunakan Program SPSS (Statistical Package For Social Science) dengan tingkat kepercayaan 95%. Dari data yang terkumpul, diolah dan dianalisa, menunjukkan nilai p = 0,000 (p < 0,05) artinya ada perbedaan yang signifikan tingkat kebugaran jasmani siswa antara siswa kelas IV Sekolah Dasar The Naff sebesar 30.6300 dan Sekolah Dasar Negeri Balong Gabus sebesar 28.1167 di Kabupaten Sidoarjo. Kesimpulan dalam penelitian ini, yaitu terdapat perbedaan tingkat kebugaran jasmani antara siswa full day kelas IV Sekolah Dasar The Naff dengan siswa reguler kelas IV Sekolah Dasar Negeri Balonggabus. Tingkat kebugaran jasmani yang lebih baik adalah siswa full day Sekolah Dasar The Naff dengan Sig2 tailed sebesar 0,106 > 0,05 Kata kunci : Kebugaran Jasmani, Sekolah Reguler dan Sekolah Full Day Abstract The important of the student physical health influences the way of thinking and intelegence of the students, in the other side the full of scholl activities determine the physical of the students themselves. The purpose of this research is to know the difference of the physical health level between 4th grade elementary student at The Naff full day elementary school and Balonggabus regular elementary school state in Kabupaten Sidoarjo,and which school is better about the physical health from thoose elementary school. This research is quantitative research which uses comparative approach that there is no special treatment to the subject. The objective of this research are 4 grade elementary student SD The Naff full day school and 4th grade SDN Balonggabus Regular School. The population of this research are 66 students, 30 students are from The Naff elementary school and 36 are from students Balonggabus elementary school state.
