Abstract

Pembuatan Sistem pakar diagnose penyakit ginjal ini merupakan suatu sistem pakar yang dirancang sebagai alat bantu untuk mendiagnosa penyakit pada ginjal manusi. dengan berbasis pengetahuan yang dinamis. Pengetahuan diperoleh dari berbagai sumber diantaranya penelitian dan seminar yang dilakukan pakar dalam bidangnya serta buku yang berhubungan dengan penyakit ginjal. Basis pengetahuan disusun sedemikian rupa kedalam suatu database dengan beberapa table diantaranya table penyakit, table gejala, dan table aturan untuk memper mudah kinerja system dalam penarik kesimpulan. Penarik kesimpulan dalam system pakar ini mengunakan metode forward chaining. Sistem pakar hasil penelitian ini menampilkan pilihan gejala sampai mendapatkan hasil. Hasil akhir sistem pakar menampilkan pilihan gejala user, jenis penyakit yang diderita, penyebab dan penanggulangannya. Di samping itu, system pakar ini juga memberikan informasi seperti bahaya dan dampak penyakit ginjal. Penelitian Ilmiah ini membahas bagaimana membuat aplikasi sistem pakar untuk mendiagnosa penyakit ginjal tersebut. Aplikasi ini dibuat menggunakan bahasa pemrograman PHP dan menggunakan database Mysql. Aplikasi ini memberikan informasi tentang gejala, penyebab, pengobatan dan pencegahan dari penyakit ginjal tersebut. Pembuatan aplikasi ini bertujuan untuk membantu masyarakat dalam mendiagnosa penyakit ginjal secara dini, membantu pengguna yang tidak sempat pergi ke dokter di karenakan kesibukan-kesibukan atau aktivitas dan jarak tempuh yang jauh, membantu orang awam non-pakar dalam menggunakan keahlian pakar untuk melakukan diagnosa penyakit ginjal dan membantu masyarakat serta penderita ginjal untuk mengetahui gejala, penyebab, pengobatan dan pencegahan dari penyakit ginjal.

Abstract

Penerapan teknologi Voice over Internet Protocol (VoIP) untuk komunikasi suara antar ruang di laboratorium Teknik Komputer STMIK JAKARTA STI&K menggunakan sistem operasi linux sebagai komputer server dan windows sebagai komputer client. Membangun server VoIP menggunakan Asterisk yang berbasis Session Initiation Protocol (SIP). Tujuan dari penelitian ini mengoptimalkan manfaat dari komputer di laboratorium sehingga tidak hanya sebagai sarana praktek tetapi dapat melakukan komunikasi antar ruang laboratorium. Abstract

Planet, which is the part of the solar system that orbit the sun. Scientific writing aims to create animations planet that can be used as a means of information for all general and especially among elementary school students about the planets that are in this universe. In this scientific writing will be discussed how to make a simple animation planet is also interactive and interesting. It also included some information about the planet. In writing this scholarly authors use the program Macromedia Flash 5.0 applications are already known as a maker of application program animation and also by using other software such as Swift 3D 2.0 to create the object modeling and animation swf format and Ulead COOL 3D 2.0 Trial to make the various effects of writing three gif format dimensions. Authors used the method of using literature study drawn from several books and CDs Encarta Encyclopedia Deluxe 2000.

Main Solid Archipelago and thegrowing need for a wide range of information about personnel, especially the writertrying to help create a system of personnel administration at this company. In apayroll system that has not used the application must be very difficult when to seekemployee data or files related to personnel and payroll. This will make the systemslow, errors caused by wrong at the time input and for different data transfer with theinput. By using the proposed payroll applications, particularly for employee datacollection, data entry is expected to be in accordance with the expected output, so thatthe mistakes that usually occur can be suppressed to a minimum and the process wasmuch faster.With the new computerized system, expected flow of information can move faster sothat the efficiency and effectiveness of the work can be achieved to the maximumextent possible.
