<![CDATA[This Research aims to help investors psychologically in make investment decisions. The purpose is to look at the psychological factors of excessive investor making investment decisions. It is suspected that overconfidence bias has a positive effect on investment decision and optimism bias has a positive effect on investment decision. This is quantitative research, data collection technique from a questionnaire distributed to 150 young investors in West Jakarta. Classic Assumptions, multiple linear regression analysis, hypothesis testing is used in this research. The results show that over confidence bias has a positive effect on investment decision and optimism bias has a positive effect on investment decision.]]>

Pandemic have a negative impact on people’s economic activities. Many policies have been carried out by the government in dealing with Covid-19, ranging from methods of finding people affected by the virus, social distancing, closing markets and offices. The closure of these markets and offices had an impact on the declined of community’s economic. People lost their jobs and income. In Dealing with decline in income, a community service webinar was conducted in The Meruya area by informing about affiliate marketing. This Activity aims to get passive income during pandemic Covid-19. ]]>

<![CDATA[Passion fruit is a fruit that can grow in tropical climates like Brazil. Indonesia also has the same climate so that passion fruit in Indonesia can also grow. Passion fruit does not have a long storage time because of its high water content. Therefore, passion fruit juice is an alternative that can be consumed longer. With a fairly high water content, there is a need for special handling that needs to be taught to the public to increase the durability of passion fruit syrup products. Various methods such as adding additives have also been carried out, but the results can affect fruit juice. Therefore, in this community service, the passion fruit drink was preserved by heat treatment using a heater and a cooker. This activity was carried out with the Bantar Gebang community at the Tunas Mulya Natural School. The result of this activity was that previously the production and preservation process for passion fruit drinks could only last up to 3 days, but with a different process and cooking utensils, the drinks can last up to 7 days outside the refrigerator]]>

<![CDATA[This study aims to improve vehicle service services by evaluating the performance of existing services at PT. XYZ at Bintaro Jaya. The approach used in this research is queuing theory. The whole customer who came to the car dealer of PT. XYZ is used as the population. All of the customers who came then queued and then entered the queue were sampled in this study. The research period and data collection were carried out for 7 consecutive days using observation techniques. Goodness of fit test is used to analyze the arrival data that has poison distribution. The arrival pattern produced by this study has followed the poison distribution and the service pattern followed the exponential distribution. Based on the calculation results in increasing the speed of service, one additional person is needed for optimal service.]]>

<![CDATA[Penilaian harga saham sangat dibutuhkan pada saat pandemik Covid-19 untuk mengurangi resiko kerugian. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk memilih saham yang layak untuk dibeli dan dijual pada saat pandemik Covid-19. Hampir semua perusahaan mengalami penurunan harga saham pada saat pandemik Covid-19, oleh sebab itu dalam mengurangi resiko kerugian bagi investor, perlu dilakukan valuasi. Penelitian ini menghasilkan harga wajar suatu saham dan menentukan saham yang layak untuk dijadikan pilihan dalam berinvestasi pada saat pandemik Covid-19. Metode yang digunakan adalah analisis deskriptif dengan pendekatan kuantitatif. Penelitian ini menggunakan perusahaan yang termasuk dalam LQ 45 sampai Januari 2020. Sampel diperoleh sebanyak 15 perusahaan dengan teknik pengambilan sampel purposive sampling. Pengukuran valuasi harga saham dilakukan menggunakan pendekatan Price Earning Ratio (PER). Hasil penelitian menunjukan bahwa 3 dari 15 dalam kondisi undervalued murah dan layak dibeli, kemudian 7 perusahaan merupakan saham dengan kondisi overvalued dan 5 perusahaan sisanya dalam kondisi correctly valued.]]>

<![CDATA[Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui pengaruh Return on Asset (ROA), Return on Equity (ROE) and Net Profit Margin (NPM) terhadap Return Saham. Populasi yang digunakan adalah keseluruhan perusahaan pertambangan yang sudah terdaftar di BEI dan sampel yang digunakan sebanyak 13 perusahaan menggunakan purposive sampling dengan batasan penelitian pada periode 2013-2017. Metode analisis yang digunakan adalah analisis regresi berganda yang mana hasil penelitian ini menunjukan bahwa Return on Asset (ROA), Return on Equity (ROE) and Net Profit Margin (NPM) secara simultan dan parsial berpengaruh terhadap Return Saham perusahaan pertambangan. Khusus variabel ROA, hasil menunjukan bahwa ada pengaruh yang negatif terhadap Return saham.]]>

<![CDATA[This study aims to select stocks that are worth investing in during the Covid-19 pandemic. To reduce the risk of loss for investors, it is necessary to carry out a fundamental analysis of the company because almost all companies experienced a decline in stock prices during the Covid-19 pandemic. This study produces a fair price for a stock and looks at the company's financial performance in generating profits to determine which shares are worthy of being an investment choice during the Covid-19 pandemic. Data collection using purposive sampling technique using seven companies listed on the Stock Exchange in the food and beverage sub-sector consumer goods industry. The method used is descriptive analysis with a quantitative approach. The results showed that 5 out of 7 companies were in an investment-worthy condition, while two companies were not in an investment-worthy condition]]>

<![CDATA[Tujuan penelitian ini adalah untuk mendeskripsikan bagaimana strategi peningkatan kualitas kerja karyawan berdasarkan jabatan pada PT Perkebunan Nusantara V Sei Rokan Afd X. Jumlah sampel yang diambil adalah sebanyak 4 orang dengan menggunakan metode purposive sampling. Penelitian ini menggunakan metode kualitatif deskriptif dengan analisis yang digunakan adalah teknik analisis deskriptif kualitatif. Berdasarkan hasil penelitian yang telah dilakukan, diperoleh hasil bahwa dari tiga strategi peningkatan kualitas sumber daya manusia berdasarkan jabatan yang diterapkan pada perusahaan, dua diantaranya dianggap kurang mempengaruhi kualitas sumber daya manusia di perusahaan. Hal ini menunjukkan bahwa strategi tersebut tidak diterapkan secara langsung tetapi sebatas mempengaruhi kinerja karyawan dalam melaksanakan tugas - tugas yang dibebankan.]]>

<![CDATA[Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui pengaruh Information sharing dan Long Term Relationship terhadap kinerja perusahaan Chigo area Jakarta dan Tanggerang. Penelitian ini dilakukan pada bulan Maret 2022 – Agustus 2022. Pengumpulan data dilakukan dengan menggunakan kuesioner. Penelitian ini merupakan penelitian kuantitatif. Subjek penelitian ini adalah karyawan yang berada di outlet berjumlah 101 orang karyawan dengan menggunakan simple random sampling. Teknik analisis data yang digunakan adalah analisis regresi linier berganda. Hasil penelitian ini menunjukkan bahwa Long Term Relationship terhadap kinerja perusahaan dapat berpengaruh signifikan terhadap kinerja perusahaan , information sharing terhadap kinerja perusahaan adalah tidak berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap kinerja perusahaan.]]>

<![CDATA[The garbage supply chain is an important thing to manage so that waste does not pollute the environment. Garbage needs to be placed in final disposal sites that have been determined by the government, one of which is TPA Rawa Kucing Tangerang. Rawa Kucing TPA in Neglasari District is a waste disposal area for both organic and non-organic waste in Neglasari, Tangerang. This has made many local residents participate in the management and regulation of waste in Tangerang and in the end many residents work as scavengers. But not only parents but also children are involved in picking up trash. This condition is against the International Labor Organization (ILO) to keep children away from adult work. One of the efforts to realize keeping children away from the waste supply chain at the Rawa Kucing TPA is by holding outreach to parents and children and opening free educational activity facilities as a substitute for the scavenger profession for children. This activity gives awareness to parents not to involve children in the waste supply chain and to focus children more on achieving education.]]>
