Abstract

Civil Servants as public servant must be professional in serving the community in order to obtain ?feel good service? for both the provider and receiver. To provide such service, Civil Servant have to work according to prevailed Legislation and upholded by adequate ability and expertise. Therefore Civil Servants have to comprehend the related regulations and obtain sufficient, appropriate education and training. To preserve Civil Servant professionalism in giving public service, employees? commitments are needed and periodical supervision and evaluation are implemented as well. Abstract

PNS yang merupakan SDM organisasi negara memiliki posisi yang penting dan strategis dalam pembuatan kebijakan dan pelayanan publik. Meskipun demikian, tahun 2011 pemerintahan negara membuat kebijaksanaan moratorium penerimaan CPNS yang disebabkan berbagai hal, semisal akan dilakukan penataan. Kebijakan moratorium ditinjau dari aspek hukum administrasi negara dapat dibenarkan karena yang membuat kebijakan adalah pemerintah (eksekutif) sebagai bentuk freies ermessen. Kebijaksanaan moratorium tersebut tidak berlaku bagi tenaga honorer pemerintahan Negara, karena memiliki hak untuk diangkat sebagai CPNS meskipun harus melalui seleksi dan memenuhi persyaratan tertentu. Kata Kunci: PNS, negara, moratorium, dan freies ermessen.

Abstract

The development of information technology has a major impact on almost all aspects of human life, such as in the field of education. Complex college academic activities require an information system that can assist in its management. Skripsi management is part of the university's academic activities that aim to manage data from the process of implementing skripsi activities. Submission of skripsi titles using printed proposals, finding information about skripsi title data stored at universities is relatively difficult, the process of comparing titles based on the examiner's knowledge of existing title data is a problem that must be minimized. A skripsi title submission system is designed that applies the winnowing algorithm in it. With this system, title proposals can be submitted online, there is a data search feature for skripsi titles, the system can provide recommendations for acceptance of the proposed title based on the comparison of the percentage of similarity with the percentage limit of the percentage of accepted similarity that has been determined in the system. The results of the algorithm test show that the winnowing algorithm can be used in calculating the word similarity level by looking for fingerprint similarities in the sentences being compared

Abstract

In the era of information technology today, it has an important role, one of which for companies is that the activities carried out will be faster, more accurate and effective in order to minimize unexpected errors. PT. Wheat is a company engaged in the cigarette industry that was established in 1979 and is a subsidiary of PT. Gudang Garam. PT. Wheat has several subsidiaries, one of which is CV. Pandan Mas to become a distributor in Sampit. In the business process, CV. Pandan Mas has several problems, namely experiencing a difference in the stock of goods in the warehouse when goods enter or leave, the warehouse storage management that is applied still uses a semi-manual and handwritten data collection system during stock recapitulation, and in making other processes. Of course, this still allows for human error, whether intentional or not, and allows for a decrease in product quality. The FIFO method itself is a method that applies a first in first out system, namely the first goods to arrive are the first goods out in order to make the stock of goods more regular and there is no accumulation of goods and a decrease in product quality. From the problems above, it can be seen that there is a need for an application of enterprise resource planning technology using the Inventory Management module with the FIFO method which is expected to facilitate business processes so that they can run smoothly and problems that arise can be minimized

Abstract

The rapid development of technology can make things easier, faster and more comfortable. The use of technology itself does not only benefit one party but also all parties, indirectly we must follow technological developments so that we can be superior to others. And with the virtual world created because of the development of internet technology, it is what indirectly creates a separate market or trading platform which is now commonly referred to as an e-marketplace. As the market in its conventional sense, which is a place where sellers and buyers meet directly, while in e-marketplaces, sellers and buyers meet in cyberspace and are not limited by space or time. This research was conducted using the SMART method and Location Based Services. Data collection techniques were carried out by means of observation and literature study. From the results of the research on the Development of E-Marketplace Technology for Tailor Services in Kotim with the SMART method and Location Based Services, this is an e-marketplace for tailor services for tailor service providers to market or sell their services in the Kotim area, the program created can be used for tailor service users. in finding a tailor's location, and the program created can also be used for tailor service users in determining which tailor to choose based on several assessments of the existing tailor criteria
