Abstract

                        AbstractThe study was aimed to determine the implementation of educational interaction in learning economy subject X PIPS 2 SMA Negeri 2 Pontianak.1) Implementation of educational interactions in economic learning class X PIPS 2 SMA Negeri 2 Pontianak; 2) obstacles  that occurred in the implementation of educational interactions in learning; 3) as well as efforts that used overcome what happened in educational interactions. This research was used qualitative research methods in a descriptive form. Data collection tools used were observation guides, interview guides, and documentation. The results of this study indicated that; 1) the implementation of educational interactions in economic learning forms one-way communication patterns and two-way communication patterns; 2) the t factor inhibited educational interactions in the economic learning of students who seem less motivated to discuss learning material and students who it not confident to answer complicated questions. The teacher asked the students who looked shy to ask for help from the teacher who helped. talking; 3) Efforts that implemented overcome the challenges in the implementation of educational interactions was the teacher told the story before has explained the learning material and the teacher provided motivation for students to answer questions and not to be shy about asking questions related to the learning material that has been approved. Keywords: educational  interaction, Economic learning

Abstract

AbstractThis thesis aims to determine the influence of members empowerment on the attitude of saving members on the coastal CU Muare in District Sungai Kakap. The method used in this research is a descriptive method with the research form of relationship studies. The population in this study was 847 members and samples of 42 members. The data collection used are direct communication techniques, indirect communication, and documentary studies (member data). So researchers concluded that, 1) the empowerment of the Credit Union Muare members of the coastal district in Sungai Kakap subdistrict amounted to 74.30% belonging to the high category, 2) The attitude of saving the Credit Union Muare members of the coastal bank in the District River Kakap of 82.30% including In very high Ketagori, 3)) Thitung of 3.988 which is greater than the value of 2.201 so that it can Ha accepted and Ho rejected. The coefficient of determination (R ^ 2) indicates a figure of 0.285, thus the percentage influence of member empowerment of the member's saving attitude of 28.5%. So the conclusion contributes the influence of the empowerment of members to the attitude of saving members of CU Muare Coastal District in Sungai Kakap of 28.5%. Keywords: Empowerment Of Members, Attitude Of Saving, CU

Abstract

Abstract This research aims to. 1) Knowing the income of the Sintete Port workers. 2) The level of expenditure on Port workers. 3) The state of residence of the Sintete Port workers. 4) Knowing the health insurance in the members of the Sintete Port worker?s family. 5) Ability to send children to school. In this study the author uses a type of qualitative research that is research that produces descriptive data in the form of written or oral words and explain the data through reasonimg based on logic to draw logical conclusions about the data analyzed,so that it can describe the situation systematically in accordance with the phenomenon being researched. Data collection techniques use observation, interview, documentation and triangulation techniques. The results showed that: (1) The income of workers to meet their daily needs was still very lacking (2)The expenditure of port workers was still insufficient (3)The state of the dockers? living quarters could be concluded that they had decent homes. (4) assurance the health of family members of dock workers is guaranteed from the workplace institution. Abstract

AbstractThe learning model leads to a particular learning approach including goals, syntax, environment and management system. The learning model is closely related to students learning style and teacher teaching style. Teacher work in teaching students is a very important part of achieving the success of the planned learning goals. Therefore, the choice of various methods, strategies, techniques and learning models is the main thing. The purpose of this study is to analyze the effectiveness of learning problem-based learning (PBL) model in improving self-esteem and learning outcomes of IIS class students on economics subjects at Pontianak High School 4. The research method that will be used in this study is experimental design with the form of experimental design yours sincerely. The data sources in this study are the IIS X classes and the data are the answer students pretest and posttest and self-confidence questionnaires in experimental classes and control classes. The results show that the average implementation of learning models in the excellent category of 96% at meetings 1 and 100% at meetings 2-4, problem-based learning learning models (PBLs) effectively boost student self-esteem evidenced by the result of hypothesis test obtained asymp value. sig. (2-tailed) is 0,000 <0,05 and the problem-based learning-based learning model (PBL) is effective in improving the learning outcomes evidenced by the results of the hypothesis test which has a significant value of 0,000 smaller than the significance value of 0.05. Keywords: Problem Based Learning, Self Confidence, and Study Result.

Abstract

AbstractThis thesis entitled "the influence of learning attitudes toward student learning outcomes on economic subjects class XI IIS 3 SMA Kemala Bhayangkari Sungai Raya District Kubu Raya". The problem of this research is (1) How is the attitude of student learning class XI IIS 3 SMA Kemala Bhayangkari Kubu Raya on economic learning? (2) How is the result of student learning class XI IIS 3 SMA Kemala Bhayangkari on economic learning? (3) Is there an influence between students' learning attitudes toward learning outcomes on economic subjects? The method used is descriptive method in the form of relationship studies. The sample of this research is students of class XI IIS 3 SMA Kemala Bhayangkari Kubu Raya as many as 32 students. In hypothesis test that is t test> t table or 5,462> 2,042 meaning there is influence between attitude study and result learn. R result of 0.100 according to predetermined conditions, this figure lies between 0,00-0,199 which belongs very low category. The output value of R2 shows the number of 0.10, meaning the percentage of the contribution of learning attitudes toward student learning outcomes by 10% while the rest is influenced by other factors. Keywords: learning attitudes, learning outcomes, economic subjects

Abstract

AbstractThe purpose of this study was the teacher role in shaping the discipline of the eighth class F in the country’s first high school 18 pontianak. The sub problem in this research was how a teacher’s role in giving direction, guiding, leader, motivatoin, evaluator. The analisys in study was  with qualitative descriptive, role in directing are teacher always untructing students to come on time, teacher also play role in guiding students through the guindance programs the teacger has already done to provide guindance in all religious activities. Then the teacher has also been indtrumental in watching the students, with a notebook of abuses commited by student. The theacher role as a leader in wich teachers can be a good example for student and act according to the values that are applicable in school. The teachers role as motivation can be seen in the teachers presence give motivation and cousel to student who violate school rules of discipline. Then the teacher also had done his role as the evaluatorthat the teachers always assigned to each end of the learning and assessments are based on attitudes and result of the assigment given to students.Keyword: A character of student dicipline, a teachers role.

Abstract

AbstractThis study aims to determine the cause of the low learning outcomes of students who live with others on the economic subjects of grade X High School Graduation Pontianak. The method used in this research is to use qualitative research approach method. Sources of data in this study were all students of Grade X High School Graduation Pontianak who lived with other people amounted to 26 students. Data collection techniques are direct observation techniques, direct communication and documentary study techniques. While the data collection tool is the interview guide, observation sheet and triangulation. Data processing techniques using qualitative analysis techniques. Results of research based on interviews and observations and then analysis. It can be concluded that the cause of the low learning outcomes of students living with other people in the economic subjects of grade X High School Graduation Pontianak is from Factors with the following aspects: (1) Mental and physical readiness, (2) Presence, ( 3) Level of intelligence, (4) Student attitude, (5) Student talent, (6) Student interest, (7) Student motivation, (8) School environment, (9) School building situation and location, (10) learning, (11) weather condition and student's learning time in school, (12) Lack of cost, (13) Lack of study time, (14) Fatigue factor. From the results of interviews with teachers and students and from the results of observation can be concluded that students who live with others cause low student learning outcomes. Keywords: Low Learning Results of Students Living With Others On Economic Subjects

Abstract

AbstractThis research aims to determine the effectiveness of the implementation of cooperative learning type teams games tournament (TGT) on the results of students' study VII class IPS Junior High School Islamic Bawari Pontianak. The research method used is experimental research method with the form of research used is Quasi Experimental Design. The data source of this research is the students of class VII A and B in Islamic Junior High School Pontianak and the data is Number of students of class VII Islamic Junior High School Bawari Pontianak Academic Year 2017/2018, The average value of student learning outcomes before and after follow cooperative learning type teams games tournament and conventional learning (assignment) class VII Islamic Junior High School Bawari Pontianak Year Teaching 2017/2018, planning, implementation and evaluating of learning models that teachers apply in social science learning. The result showed that the experimental class study result was 71,11 higher that the control class with has an average value of 60,60. Based on T-test, the value of sig (2-tailed) is 2,416 < 2,066, then according to the basic of making in the test independent sample T-test, then it can be concluded Ho rejected and Ha accepted, which means there is a difference between the learning averages of class A and B. The effectiveness of applying cooperative learning type teams games tournament with effect size of 0.81 and high categorization.Keywords : Cooperative Learning  Type Teams Games Tournament, Learning Results, and social science subjects.

Abstract

AbstractThe purpose of the study is to know which students are experiencing learning difficulties and to know the internal and external factors that cause learning difficulties. This research is a qualitative descriptive study aimed at describing and analyzing the phenomenon. Data obtained in the form of primary and secondary data and sourced from researchers as key insrtrumen, economics teachers, class XI students and other documents. In collecting data used observation techniques, interviews, documentation as well as tests and analyzed through the process of redukation, data presentation process, and the withdrawal process conclusion. The results showed that almost all students have difficulty learning economics from 50 people there are 43 students who have difficulty learning. If viewed from the material that is learned by the difficulties that students are involved in all materials studied in the even semester. While the internal factors that cause students to have difficulty learning are poor learning attitudes, lack of motivation to learn and bad learning habits.  As for external faktot cause learning difficulties because his teacher only use one method that is lecture method. In addition to that, the availability of limited learning facilities makes learning objectives not achieved with its presets.Keywords: Diagnosis, difficulty learning and factors cause

Abstract

AbstractThis study aims to analyze member perceptions of Service Accuracy, analyze member perceptions on friendly Service, analyze member's perceptions of comfort in getting service and To know what efforts are done by CU Khatulistiwa Bakti Pontianak in improving Member Service. The focus of the research is the member's perception of credit service at CU Khatulistiwa Bakti Pontianak, sub focus: 1. Service Accuracy 2. Friendly service 3. comfort in getting service.  The research method is descriptive method with  survey form. The study population was 51,637 members and the study sample was 100 members. Research using direct communication techniques, indirect communication and documentary study techniques. Data collection tools for interview guides, questionnaires and notebooks. Research was analyzed based on quantitative descriptive. Results The membersperceptions of the accuracy of service, the hospitality of the service, the comfort in obtaining the services provided by the employee are well viewed from the answers of the members at most well. The results showed that the perception of members of credit services at CU Khatulistiwa Bakti Pontianak has 77.3% percentage is in the high category. It is concluded that the credit service provided by Credit Union Khatulistiwa Bakti Pontianak is good.        Keywords: Perception, Member, Credit Service
