Abstract

This research develops and tests the relationship between marketing mix and family with the creation of brand loyalty. The researcher proposes a conceptual framework in which marketing mix and family are related to the dimensions of brand equity, namely perceived quality, brand awareness, brand association. These dimensions are then linked to brand loyalty. This research uses quantitative methods by  distributing  questionnaires  to  208  respondents  with  only  203  valid respondents. Data collection techniques with incidental sampling method. PLS (Partial Least Square) data  analysis  was  used  in  this  study.  The  results  showed  that  advertising,  price,  promotion  of distribution  and  family  intensity  significantly  influence  the  perception  of  quality.  Advertising, distribution intensity and family are also proven to have a significant effect on brand awareness. Whereas the brand association is proven to be only a significant family influence while advertising does not affect the brand association. Brand awareness has no significant effect on brand loyalty, but on the contrary brand association and perceived quality have a significant effect on brand loyalty.

Abstract

This study aims to determine the effect of product innovation and service quality on customer satisfaction and customer loyalty at Honda motorcycle customers in Kampar Regency. Data collection was obtained through questionnaires collected from 105 consumers of Honda motorcycles in the Kampar Regency. The technique of sampling uses non-probability sampling and sample selection by purposive sampling. The data processing methods in this research are validity, reliability, the goodness of fit using Structural Equation Model (SEM) with Amos, and path analysis using the Sobel test. This study found that product innovation and service quality significantly affected customer satisfaction. Customer satisfaction has a significant effect on customer loyalty. Product innovation and service quality have no direct effect on customer loyalty. Product innovation and service quality significantly affect customer loyalty through customer satisfaction.

Abstract

This study aims to determine the effect of e-servqual on e-satisfaction on mobile banking customers. The population in this study was all customers of BRI Syariah at State Islamic University sultan Syarif Kasim. The sampling method in this study uses non probability sampling with a purposive sampling technique where this technique takes samples with certain considerations. The data used are primary data and secondary data. Data analysis method used is multiple linear regression methods. The results showed the facts of the six e-servqual variables offered in this study, only the fulfillment, privacy, and responsiveness variables have a significant relationship. While the 3 other variables namely efficiency, reliability and contact do not have a significant influence on e-satisfaction customers of BRI Syariah mobile banking in UIN Suska Riau. These six e-servqual variables have an effect of 62.7% on the e-satisfaction variable while the remaining 37% are approved by other variables not included in this study.

Abstract

Salah satu upaya yang bisa dilakukan dalam mengembangkan dan meningkatkan kesejahteraan ekonomi masyarakat desa adalah dengan mendorong gerak ekonomi desa melalui kewirausahaan. Kewirausahaan di desa dapat diwadahi dengan Badan Usaha Milik Desa (BUM Desa) yang dikembangkan oleh pemerintah dan masyarakat desa. BUM Desa Sekapur Sirih terletak di Kabupaten Pelalawan. Pengurus BUM Desa memiliki kewajiban membuat laporan keuangan sebagai bentuk pertanggungjawaban kepada seluruh masyarakat desa dan Kepala Desa. Rata-rata pengurus BUM Desa Sekapur Sirih tidak memiliki latar belakang pendidikan akuntansi dan mereka rata-rata hanya tamatan Sekolah Menengah Atas. Oleh sebab itu perlu dilakukan pelatihan laporan keuangan. Tujuan dari kegiatan ini adalah memberikan pengetahuan dan pemahaman pengurus tentang konsep akuntansi dan penyusunan laporan. Laporan Keuangan BUM Desa setidaknya terdiri atas buku kas harian, laporan rugi/laba dan laporan posisi keuangan. Metode yang digunakan dalam kegiatan ini adalah dengan penyampaian materi, tanya jawab dan simulasi. Hasil dari kegiatan pengabdian ini, pengurus sudah mampu memahami pentingnya membuat laporan keuangan, tujuan dan manfaat pencatatan, nomor golongan atau akun transaksi dan mencatat transaksi ke kas harian hingga menyusun laporan keuangan BUM Desa simpan pinjam.

Abstract

Penelitian ini merupakan penelitian kualitatif dengan mengedepankan pendekatan yuridis empiris. Pendekatan yuridis empiris dimasksudkan untuk menganalisis permasalahan dengan memadukan bahan-bahan berupa data sekunder dengan data primer yang diperoleh dilapangan yaitu tentang pelaksanaan Penyusunan rencana kerja pemerintahan desa yang setiap tahun ditetapkan bersama antara Pemerintahan Desa dan BPD sebagai perwakian masyarakat. Penelitian ini dilakukan di Desa Sekeladi Kecamatan Tanah Putih, Kabupaten Rokan Hilir, Riau. Jenis dan sumber data yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini dibagi dalam data primer (wawancara, observasi), serta data sekunder yang diperoleh dari dari bahan kepustakaan. Semua data yang telah dikumpulkan oleh peneliti dilakukan proses analisis berdasarkan standard kinerja menurut Sumoroto yaitu Efisiensi, efektifitas, keadilan, serta daya tanggap. Berdasarkan hasil analisis terkait masalah diatas, maka peneliti memperoleh kesimpulan bahwa kinerja pemerintahan Desa Sekeladi dalam membahas dan menyusun rencana kerja pemerintahan desa selama ini belum terlaksana dengan baik, hal itu dipengaruhi oleh beberapa faktor, yaitu kurangnya kerjasama antar lembaga pemerintahan desa, masih adanya program kerja yang tidak tepat sasaran, kurang tanggapnya pemerintahan desa dalam menyerap aspirasi dan keinginan masyarakat desa.

Abstract

Knowing consumer behavior is the most crucial part for companies to attract and win customers. Understanding consumer behavior is not easy. One of the factors that influence a person's behavior is psychological factors. This research is a quantitative descriptive study that in its presentation analyzes and describes descriptively the influence of a person's perception, attitude and religious motivation on his behavior in carrying out prayers while traveling. The research data was obtained by distributing questionnaires to 96 respondents determined by purposive sampling. While the data analysis using multiple linear regression, which was processed using SPSS 21 software. The study results revealed that consumer psychological factors in the form of perceptions, attitudes and motivations together had a positive effect on the behavior of Muslim tourists to pray while traveling. From the research results, it is hoped that this study can encourage the halal tourism industry players to pay attention to additional and supporting facilities so that the length of stay of tourists is better.

Abstract

Penelitian ini dikembangkan mengingat kesulitan mahasiswa dalam memahami keterkaitan antar sub bab laporan keuangan konsolidasi pada Mata kuliah akuntansi lanjutan. Ini mengakibatkan rendahnya motivasi dan hasil belajar Mahasiswa. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menganalisis pengaruh penggunaan metode Mind Mapping dan Problem Based Learning terhadap motivasi dan hasil belajar pada mahasiswa D3 Akuntansi STIE Persada Bunda. Penggunaan metode pembelajaran dimaksud memang sudah umum dan sering di jumpai pada prodi pendidikan dan mata pelajaran tingkat sekolah. Namun sangat jarang dalam kegiatan pembelajaran di bangku perkuliahan. Penelitian ini menggunakan uji beda analisis motivasi dan hasil belajar siswa antara kelompok eksperimen dan kelompok kontrol yang diolah menggunakan metode Paired sample test dengan SPSS versi 21. Hasil analisis uji beda motivasi belajar menggunakan uji-t diperoleh nilai t -14,692 dengan sig = 0,000. Artinya penggunaan Mind Mapping dan Problem Based Learning memiliki pengaruh yang lebih baik terhadap motivasi belajar siswa dibandingkan dengan metode konvensional. Dan hasil uji beda analisis hasil belajar diperoleh nilai t-test sebesar -16,533 dengan sig 0,000. Artinya terdapat pengaruh positif penggunaan metode Mind Mapping dan Problem Based Learning terhadap hasil belajar siswa secara meyakinkan. Hasil penelitian ini bisa dijadikan masukan bagi para dosen agar bisa terus berinovasi dalam menerapkan metode dalam proses belajar mengajar, sehingga kemampuan mahasiswa dapat ditingkatkan.

Abstract

E-Warong Berkah Harapan is one of the places where the SEMBAKO program aid packages are distributed, which serves nearly 400 aid recipients every month. The crowd that occurred was not impossible to cause a new transmission clutser for Covid19. Therefore, the service team from UIN Sultan Syarif Kasim conducted counseling on "Education on Healthy Lifestyle and the application of Adaptation to New Life Habits Post-Covid19 Pandemic". Before the counseling was carried out, the SEMBAKO package distribution activities neglected to maintain a minimum distance of 1 meter, did not use a mask and did not yet provide adequate hand washing facilities. The pre-test results about the management's knowledge also showed that the average test score was quite low, amounting to 49.77. After counseling, the post-test results showed a fairly high increase with an average score of 91.14. This increase shows that the management's knowledge has increased from the previous one. The service activity was also accompanied by the handing over of personal protective equipment for administrators in the form of face shields, masks, hand sanitizers, hand washing soap, plastic gloves and hand washing vats. It is hoped that the covid19 transmission chain can be broken and e-Warong administrators can do their job well and smoothly.

Abstract

The wrong dietary pattern will cause various diseases. Health and nutrition counseling is one of a variety of ways to improve knowledge. The advice can improve nutrition knowledge to mothers, which is will impact on changing the nutritional food their family members, including their toddlers. This community service carried out at Kelurahan Delima, Kecamatan Tampan, Pekanbaru. The mother's decision as a participant partner in this service was because she was a family member who prepared food for their family. This community service activity carried out with counseling methods by leaflets, demonstrations, and assessments with anthropometric methods. Other than that, a pre-test and post-test evaluation carried out to understanding balanced nutrition by them. This activity can improve their knowledge about a balanced diet, the results of the post-test partners evidence this.

Abstract

Riau Provincial Government focusing on working at creative eonomy to increase income, open up jobs and increase foreign exchange. Creative economy is considered to be one of  the efforts to overcome poverty problem in Riau, which is culinary businesses, such as coffee shop. The trend of drinking coffee has become part of the lifestyle, especially the millennial generation to support their activities. To increase the competitiveness of coffee shop in Pekanbaru, creativity and innovation need to be increased in order to increase public buying interest. The number of respondents is 131 people who are coffee connoisseurs at 27 coffee shop in Pekanbaru that have a star rating above 3,5 and reviews above 100 at google.com. The sample collection technique uses Non Probability Sampling, while the sample selection uses purposive sampling. Data collection was carried out by distributing questionnaires, interviews, observation and documentation. Data processing uses SPSS version 21. The result of this study indicate that creativity and innovation have influence on consumer buying interest, where innovation is influenced by creativity.
