Abstract

The objective of the research is to develop children fine motor skills through sticking picture properly by using combination of explicit instruction model and assignment media utilizing natural materials. This research is classroom action research conducted in two cycles of three meetings at Kenanga Kindergarten of Gambut District, Banjar Regency, academic year of 2016/2017 with involving 20 children, consisted of 13 males and 7 females. Data collected through observation sheet activities of teachers, children, and the achievement of children fine motor development during the learning. The research results showed that the learning activities performed by teachers was suitable to the planning and students? activities in very active and the achievement of student is 95% classically. It is recommended to other Kindergarten teachers in the effort to develop fine motor skills through sticking picture properly to use the combination of explicit instruction model and assignment method utilizing natural materials media.

Abstract

This study aims to describe the relationship parenting pattern and socioeconomic status through parent?scommunication on children's language ability in Kindergarten of Anjir Muara District. This study uses descriptive quantitative methods. The population were 300 children and sample were 173 people using the proportionate random sampling technique. Data colection uses quesioners and observation. Hypothesis testing uses Path Analysis. The results (1) there is significant relationship between parenting pattern and parent communication (2) there is significant relationship between the socioeconomic status and parent communication (3) there is significant relationship between parents parenting pattern and children's language ability (4) there is significant relationship between family socioeconomic status and children's language ability (5) there is significant relationship between parent communication and children's language ability (6) there is significant indirect relationship parenting pattern, parent?s communication on children's language ability (7) there is significant indirect relationship between socioeconomic status through parental communication on children's language ability.

Abstract

This study aims to analyze and describe the influence of education, level of parenting, and occupation on children?s independence.  A total of 212 parents and children were used to carry out this research using the simple random sampling technique. The data obtained were examined and utilized to test hypotheses using the path analysis. Data processing was carried out using IBM SPSS version 24.0 computer program. The results consists of the following points: There are direct influences: (1) Level of parental education about childcare (2) Parents 'work on childcare (3) Parent's level of education about children's independence (4) Parents' work on children's independence ( 5) Parenting style for child stagnation. While the no indirect influence comprises of the following (6) The level of parental education on children's independence through parenting (7) Parents' work on children's independence through parenting. However, there were no indirect influences.

Abstract

The purpose of the research is to know the Principal?s supervision contribution and work motivation toward the teachers performance at public of Senior High School at Barito Kuala, District. The research population is publicteachers at public  Senior High School in Barito Kuala, District, as much as 227 teachers. And, to take a sample it?s used Probability Sampling with Simple Random Sampling technique by determining sample to each school in a proportional manner and found  as much as 145 teachers.  For data collection is conducted by questionnaire. And the questionnaire validity trial is conducted by corrected item -  Total correlation. Reliability trial is using Cronbach?s Alpha (a). Data Analysis is taking simple regression and double technique. The data?s outcomes are: (1) significantly, there is  the Principal?s supervision contribution toward teachers performance at Senior High School in Barito Kuala, with determination value 66,1%; (2) There is a work motivation contribution towards teachers performance at public of Senior High School in Barito Kuala, significantly with determination value 65,6%; (3) And so, with significantly there is a Principal?s supervision contribution and work motivation toward teachers performance at Public of Senior High School in Barito Kuala District, in the manner of determination value 74,8%
