Abstract

The study aimed to describe and analyze the implementation strategy of independence values in learning activities as well as it's supporting and inhibiting factors through the application of a qualitative approach with a multi-site design. Data collection techniques used include interviews, observations, and document studies and the data obtained were individually analyzed before a cross-site data analysis was applied. The results showed the strategy to implement the development of children?s independence value at TK Negeri Pembina Rantau and TK Penerus Bangsa PGRI was integrated into learning activities through habituations, both by teachers at school and parents at home. It was conducted through daily, weekly, monthly, and annual activities. As a result, children's independence values have been successfully well-developed. Several supporting factors for this development include parents, environment, facilities and infrastructure, qualified teachers, and collaboration with outside institutions. However, several factors also inhibit this development and they include less supportive parents, as well as children?s particular emotions and conditions.

Abstract

The purpose of this research is to analyze the influence of leadership, motivation, and satisfaction on Organizational Citizenship Behavior (OCB). It uses a quantitative approach with a population of 114 taken by proportionate sampling from 159 individuals in 6 Tanjung Redeb Junior High School in East Kalimantan. Data were collected using a questionnaire and tested for validity and reliability, the resulting regression model has been tested classic assumptions including normality, multicollinearity, linearity, and heteroscedasticity tests, then analyzed with descriptive statistics and path analysis through calculations using SPSS. The results showed that there was an influence of leadership motivation on satisfaction with OCB. Generally, satisfaction was the intermediary between the leadership and OCB; leadership and motivation.

Abstract

The purpose of this study was to describe and analyze the indirect/direct role of the principal's leadership, subordinate maturity, work motivation, and discipline of teachers. This was a quantitative research with a correlational descriptive design. Data were obtained from 154 people through questionnaires. Furthermore, the data obtained were analyzed to test hypotheses using path analysis with multiple regression methods. The results showed that the Principal's indirect/direct Leadership Role, Subordinate Maturity, work motivation, and work discipline of teachers are in the moderate category. Efforts should be made to increase the level of maturity of subordinates, this can be done by involving low and middle-level teachers in various development programs, such as education and training, seminars, or if it is possible to provide learning tasks to teachers with low and moderate levels of maturity for raise the level of education to increase the maturity of their work

Abstract

This study aims to describe the influence of the principal's leadership style, teacher's work commitment, teacher's work spirit, towards the teacher?s performance of junior high school teachers in Banjarbaru City. The sample is determined through the steps of determining the proportional random sampling technique of each member of the sub-population based on the number of schools studied so that a sample of teachers is obtained to study 225 people. The results showed: There was a significant direct effect on the principal's leadership style, the work commitment of teachers to the work spirit of junior high school teachers in Banjarbaru City. There is a significant direct effect of teacher morale, school principal leadership style, and teacher work commitment on the performance and there is a significant indirect effect of the principal's leadership style and teacher's work commitment through the teacher's work enthusiasm on the performance. The result it is expected that they can understand the types of good leadership, and then can be applied in the school environment to provide examples and support for teachers to have a high spirit or work and work commitment in achieving better performance.

Abstract

The research aims to describe and analyze the Planning, Strategy, and Evaluation of the implementation of disciplined character education in Tunas Bangsa Integrated PAUD and Aisyiyah Bustanul Athfal Golf Integrated Course in Ulin. The results showed: Planning involves foundations, principals, teachers, and education personnel, to formulate policies, set regulations, through meetings, involve parents, and be socialized at the beginning of the school year. Referring to the 2013 Curriculum, 9 pillars of character and K4 from IHF, training, are integrated in the implementation of learning. Implementation strategy: socialization of regulations, integrated in every lesson. Through habituation, example, protecting attitude, caring, caring, punishment, rewards (consequences), motivation, and consistency. The constraints to its application are in the family and school environment. Evaluation of school regulations by the Foundation, school principals, teachers and educators by identifying problems, deliberations, gathering information, determining solution criteria (follow-up) according to the school's vision, mission, goals. Abstract

The learning activity by using the picture and picture, make a matching model uses various goods near the children has an aim to increase the cognitive aspect development of B Group in the Anak Bangsa Marabahan Kindergarten, Marabahan sub-district, Barito Kuala District with 18 students which consist of 6 females and 12 males. The data was collected by observing the teacher, student?s activities, and the development of the study results. The result of this study shows that there are various enhancements in the cognitive aspect development in matching numbers with the number symbol through the combination model of Picture and Picture, Make a Match. The result of the teacher?s activity cycle 1 showed a score of 22, and in cycle IV it got a score of 41. Meanwhile, the students? activity reached up to 50% in cycle 1 and reached 82.63% in cycle IV. The cognitive development result in cycle 1 reached 49.3%, and it reached 91.67% in cycle IV.
