Abstract

Corporate Social Responsibilities was part of fully commitment from the company to communities. This responsibility applied into CSR policy aims to increase sensibility and occuring positive impact for the company. The principle of CSR implemented by PT Pertamina EP-Field Rantau refers to five essentials: local resources based, community based, economic empowerment, sustainability and participatory planning. Act number 25 tahun 2007 about capital investment and Act number 40 tahun 2007 about limited company mentions for tripple buttom line. In 2010 PT Pertamina EP-Field Rantau has conducted social mapping to Makmur Sub-village. The result indicated that the villagers are living in poverty line and teenegers were not working well. The main prospect developed were fishery cultivation due to the topography of this sub village were clay and preferable for ground pool and the availability of natural feeds like golden snail and maggot. PT Pertamina EP-Field Rantau committed to establish group of cultivation of catfish Tanah Berongga-Sido Urep. PT Pertamina EP-Field Rantau assisted technical assistance through local partnership. This strategy sychronizes with MDG‘s goal in establishing global partnership in order to decrease poverty. There were 8 members previously and now 24 members joining to this group. The method was used case study whereas this was identical with explanatory by attracting causality for the object. The advance accepted by group of cultivation of catfish Tanah Berongga-Sido Urep appreciated from local and national media. The massive news was influenced to the rapidly of visitor with aiming to study, comparative study and recreation. Currently each of members was getting profitable 6 millions/ depends on the amount of catfish pool owned. This effort shown that catfish cultivation was giving significant impact for these groups and the desire to create Makmur Sub-village as a center of catfish cultivation in Aceh Tamiang.

Abstract

Tujuan penelitian ini adalah untuk mengetahui pengaruh budaya organisasi, pelatihan dan pengembangan terhadap prestasi kerja karyawan pada BPRS ADECO di Langsa. Metode penelitian yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini berupa metode kuantitatif dengan teknik pengumpulan data melalui distribusi kuesioner kepada responden. Populasi penelitian berupa seluruh karyawan yang berjumlah 20 orang. Teknik sampling yang digunakan berupa survey sampling. Hasil penelitian diperoleh dengan cara melakukan analisis persamaan regresi berganda di mana diperoleh Y’ = 15.111 + 0.345(BO) +0,365(PP). Sementara itu untuk pengujian statistiknya dengan menggunakan uji t dan uji di mana untuk uji statistik secara parsial didapati t-hit< t-tabel atau 2.230 > 1.729 dengan tingkat kesalahan 5% artinya hipotesis nol ditolak dan hipotesis alternatif diterima dengan demikian terdapat pengaruh budaya organisasi secara positif terhadap prestasi kerja karyawan di BPRS ADECO Langsa. Kemudian untuk variabel bebas ke dua yaitu t-hit< t-tab atau 2.778 > 1.729 dan ini berarti juga pelatihan dan pengembangan belum memberikan pengaruh kepada prestasi kerja karyawan secara positif pada BPRS ADECO Langsa. Untuk pengujian secara simultan di mana perhitungannya ditekankan pada uji f. F-hit<f-tab atau12.985> 2.74 dan berarti bahwa secara simultan kedua variabel bebas yaitu budaya organisasi, pelatihan dan pengembangan belum menunujukan pengaruh yang kuat dan memiliki arti pengaruh yang kuat pada prestasi kerja karyawan. Sementara itu untuk uji r2 atau koefesien determinasi diperoleh 0.604 atau hanya 60.4 %variabel bebas mampu menjelaskan terhadap model selebihnya 39.6 % dijelaskan oleh variabel lain yang tidak diteliti dalam penelitian ini.

Abstract

This study aims to determine the effect of work safety and work healthy on employee productivity in the production department at PT. Sisirau Aceh Tamiang. This research is a type of quantitative research with a sample of 45 people. The data analysis method used is multiple linear regression analysis. Hypothesis testing is done through t test, F test, and the coefficient of determination (R2). Regression equation results obtained Y = 2.255 + 0.314X1 + 0.811X2 means that the constant value of 2.255 is the value of employee productivity before being influenced by work safety and  health. The work safety regression coefficient is 0.314 and is positive, meaning that if work safety is increased the employee's work productivity will increase by 0.314 with a tcount> ttable (2.333> 1.68195) and significant (0.025 <0.05). The work health regression coefficient is 0.118 and is positive, meaning that if work health is improved the employee's work productivity will increase by 0.811 with a tcount> ttable (8.063> 1.68195) and significant (0.000 <0.05). The coefficient of determination (R2) of 0.614 or 61.4%, which means the work safety and health variables influence the work productivity of employees by 61.4% and the remaining 39.6% is influenced by other variables not examined in this study.

Abstract

The Mosque Prosperity Body (BKM) has a central role in managing the economy of people who practice worship as a goal of life in kafah. In Islam itself, welfare is a major milestone in the implementation of Muslim worship. The purpose of this study is to measure the extent to which the effectiveness of entrepreneurship management carried out by BKM in Langsa City in terms of sharia. This research is an exploratory research with a qualitative approach. The sample was selected based on the division of regions, namely 1 Langsa Municipality (BKM Darul Falah) and 5 sub-districts in the Langsa City area which consists of 5 districts, namely East Langsa (BKM Nurul Quran), Langsa Lama (BKM Nurul Iman), Langsa Kota (BKM Taqwa) ), Langsa Baro (BKM Baitul Mukmin), and Langsa Barat (BKM Baitul Aminin). The sample was selected based on the determination of aspects of the application of Idarah (management), Imarah (prosperity) and Ri'ayah (facilities and care). The stages of the research method began with observation, identification, literature review, data collection, designing research instruments, Focus Group Discussion (FGD), data analysis and formulation of research results. The output of this research is targeted to be an article published in an accredited journal 3. In addition, the Technology Readiness Level where the results of this study are expected to become a role model for the application of measuring the effectiveness of entrepreneurial management based on sharia reviews in every mosque prosperity body in Langsa City and Aceh region. and Indonesia in general. Thus the role and function of the mosque prosperity body is increasingly contributive and measured in carrying out its work as a Muslim socio-economic institution with the aim of providing welfare values so that it is more aspirational, of course, even though the results of the research obtained have not met expectations / the implementation of entrepreneurial management at BKM in Langsa City has not been effective. In terms of its imarah function, however, other functions such as idarah and ri'ayah have met the standard criteria.
