Abstract

Fenomena kehamilan pada remaja memiliki dampak yang cukup kompleks. Remaja membutuhkan informasi tentang perubahan yang terjadi pada dirinya, akan tetapi remaja seringkali merasa tidak nyaman atau tabu membicarakan masalah seksualitas dan kesehatan reproduksinya dengan orangtua atau guru BK. Bagi siswa, teman sebaya merupakan seseorang yang sering dijadikan tempat curhat karena dianggap yang paling aman, sehingga dalam menyampaikan masalah menjadi lebih terbuka. Menurut WHO (2014), sebanyak 16 juta remaja berusia antara 15-19 tahun melahirkan setiap tahunnya (11% dari total jumlah kelahiran di dunia). Sebanyak 95% dari total remaja yang melahirkan berasal dari negara miskin dan berkembang. Metode penelitian ini menggunakan kuantitatif dengan pendekatan cross sectional. Analisis yang digunakan adalah nonparametrik dengan uji statistik Wilcoxon. Subjek yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah adalah 108 remaja. Hasil penelitian menunjukan bahwa bimbingan teman sebaya tidak efektif dalam perilaku pencegahan kehamilan pra nikah pada remaja,  dimana nilai p = 0,29 (p > 0,05). Tetapi hasil uji statistik menunjukan ada peningkatan perilaku pencegahan kehamilan pra nikah sebanyak 33 responden, 25 responden mengalami penurunan dan 50 responden tidak mengalami perbedaan sebelum ataupun sesudah mengikuti bimbingan teman sebaya. Selain itu juga terdapat 1,05 kali lebih besar perilaku pencegahan pra nikah pada remaja setelah mengikuti bimbingan teman sebaya

Abstract

Preeclampsia and Eclampsia are prolonged pregnancy complications, with typical symptoms such as hypertension, edema and proteinuria. The dominant factors related to the incidence of preeclampsia has not reveled yet, therefor appropriate prevention and intervention efforts are needed. Idenfitying risk factors of preeclampsia are expected to prevent and to control risk factors appropriately to decrease mothers and infants  morbidity and mortality  caused by preeclampsia. This research was to identify determinants of maternal factors (age, gravidity, history of hypertension and ANC (antenatal care) to the incidence of preeclampsia. The study was an observational study with case control design to analyze the relationship between determinant Tractors (age, gravidity, history of hypertension and ANC) and the preeclampsia. The case was pregnant and in labor women with preeclampsia, while The Control was mothers without peeclampsia since pregnancy to delivery. Following then, exposure determinant factors to incidence of preeclampsia was examined. The Renault showed that risk factors were associated with the incidence of preeclampsia included age, history of hypertension and a history of preeclampsia (p value <0.05). The history of hypertension was the riskiest factor by OR 6,42. It was expected that health professionals, especially midwives are capable to provide high quality antenatal care to guarantee early detection of obstetric complications.>

Abstract

Coronavirus jenis baru dari SARS-CoV-2 yang telah menggemparkan dunia diawal tahun 2020, yang disebut dengan Coronavirus Desease 19 (CIVID-19). Wuhan, tiongkok merupakan asal mula dari virus ini yang muncul pada penghujung tahun 2019 tepatnya akhir bulan desember. Tercatat sudah 65 negara yang terjangkit coronavirus. Semua golongan umur rentan terhadap coronavirus. Akan tetapi pengetahuan tentang infeksi COVID-19 pada kehamilan dan janin masih terbatas dan belum ada penanganan yang spesifik pada ibu hamil dengan COVID-19. Akan tetapi penanganan secara umum sudah diterapkan oleh pelayanan kesehatan. Kegiatan pengabdian masyarakat ini diawali dengan penyerahan secara simbolis media eduksi kepada kepala desa kalisapu yang dihadiri oleh kepala desa, satuan gugus tugas desa kalisapu, BABINSA desa kalisapu dan masyarakat desa kalisapu. Kegiatan dilanjutkan dengan edukasi pada warga kalisapu mengenai pencegahan penyebaran COVID-19. Pencapaian dari kegiatan “Edukasi Kesehatan Pencegahan Penyebaran COVID-19 pada Warga Desa Kalisapu” dinilai baik. Dilihat dari beberapa indicator, yaitu jumlah peserta, antusiasme warga, dan penyampaian materi dengan media booklet yang berjudul “Kenali COVID-19”. Abstract

Environmental condition has become increasingly fragile in recent decades. Concern for the environment can help restore environmental condition. Therefore, environmental care is a character that must be implemented by school at each educational level. Sekolah Indonesia Kota Kinabalu (SIKK) has functioned as the center point and become the main/coordinator school for education service Indonesian children in Sabah, Malaysia. It was supposed that people of SIKK become the role model and example for them who take on education in a community learning center in the whole Sabah and Serawak, Malaysia in building the character of environmental care on students.This research aimed to describe the way of character building of environmental care on student in SIKK, Malaysia. This study is a case study which focuses on the way of character building of environmental care on student in SIKK, Malaysia. The data collection uses interviews, observation, and documentation. Then, tested using triangulation process.The result shows that SIKK has made policy which is related to environmental care, made a habit of caring for the environment, held various activities which is related to environmental care, and giving appropriate proponent facilities for character building of environmental care. Yet, still there are some factors which impede the process of student character building on environmental care in SIKK among internal factor in the form of student awareness, and external factor in the form of family factor and surrounding people.Based on the explanation, it can be concluded that SIKK has made an effort to instill the character of caring for the environment in various ways. The obstacle factor in student character building on environmental care included internal factor and external factor. Inhibiting factors can be overcome by positive reinforcement of the teacher toward students and holding monitoring and evaluation meetings related to the development of student behavior together with parents of students.
