Abstract

Although the number of Islamic co-operatives' memberships only amounted to 2.51 million people (11.19%) to the total membership of co-operatives in Indonesia nationwide, but it has shown a rising trend in its membership by 76.11% over the last decade (Ministry of Co-Operatives & SMEs, 2019). These figures raise an essential research question: what drives the decision of Indonesian citizens to patronage Islamic co-operatives? Specifically, this study explores pertinent determinants of decision-making made by the members to select Islamic co-operatives in Aceh, Indonesia. A number of 280 members and non-members of Islamic co-operatives were selected as the sample of the study using a purposive sampling technique. Based on the logistic multiple regression technique, the study recorded that the members' decision-making in selecting Islamic co-operatives was mainly determined by their shari'ah compliance and characteristics' uniqueness. Meanwhile, physical facilities and services quality provided by the Islamic co-operatives have insignificant effects on the people's decision-making to become the memberships of Islamic co-operatives. This empirical evidence suggested that to attract more memberships, the Islamic co-operatives should improve their shari'ah compliance and characteristics' uniqueness.

Abstract

Tujuan penelitian ini adalah untuk mengetahui: (1) mengetahui kondisi deskriptif kompetensi, pelatihan, fasilitas, motivasi dan kinerja Teungku dayah (2) pengaruh kompetensi terhadap motivasi kerja Teungku Dayah, (3) pengaruh pelatihan terhadap motivasi kerja Teungku Dayah (4) pengaruh fasilitas terhadap motivasi kerja Teungku Dayah (5) pengaruh kompetensi terhadap kinerja Teungku Dayah, (6) pengaruh pelatihan terhadap kinerja Teungku Dayah (7) pengaruh fasilitas terhadap kinerja Teungku Dayah dan (8) pengaruh motivasi kerja terhadap kinerja teungku dayah, dan (9) pengaruh tidak langsung kompetensi, pelatihan, fasilitas terhadap kinerja teungku dayah melalui motivasi kerja teungku dayah di Kabupaten Bireuen. Penelitian ini dilakukan pada Dayah di Kabupaten Bireuen. Adapun yang menjadi objek penelitian ini adalah kompetensi, pelatihan, fasilitas belajar, motivasi dan kinerja Teungku Dayah di Kabupaten Bireuen. Peralatan analisis data dalam penelitian ini menggunakan model SEM dengan bantuan software AMOS. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa secara kompetensi, pelatihan, fasilitas, motivasi kerja dan kinerja Teungku Dayah sudah berjalan dengan baik, kompetensi berpengaruh terhadap motivasi kerja Teungku Dayah, pelatihan berpengaruh terhadap motivasi kerja Teungku Dayah, fasilitas berpengaruh terhadap motivasi kerja Teungku Dayah, kompetensi berpengaruh terhadap kinerja Teungku Dayah, pelatihan berpengaruh terhadap kinerja Teungku Dayah, fasilitas berpengaruh terhadap kinerja Teungku Dayah, motivasi kerja berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap kinerja Teungku Dayah dan terdapat pengaruh kompetensi, pelatihan dan fasilitas terhadap kinerja Teungku Dayah melalui motivasi kerja Kata kunci :    Kompetensi, Pelatihan, Fasilitas, Motivasi Kerja dan Kinerja Teungku Dayah

Abstract

Abstract:The purpose of this study was to determine the effect of: (1) motivational effect on jobsatisfaction of employees (2) effects of organizational justice on job satisfaction of employees,(3) the effect of emotional intelligence on job satisfaction of employees (4) motivational effecton employee performance (5) justice organizational influence on the performance ofemployees, (6) emotional intelligence influence on employee performance, job satisfactionaffects the performance of employees (7) job satisfaction mediates the influence of motivation,organizational justice and emotional intelligence on the performance of employees at theRegional Office of PT. Bank Rakyat Indonesia (Persero) Tbk. Banda Aceh. As for the object ofthis study is motivation, emotional intelligence, organizational justice, job satisfaction andemployee performance. Abstract

The objective of this study was to analyze the comparison of Acehnese perceptions towards the application of western democracy and Islamic democratic system or democracy containing Islamic values in Aceh based on political marketing approach. The study was done by the end of 2016 in Aceh Province (Indonesia) by using a qualitative approach. Samples were chosen based on purposive sampling as many as 22 people who understood democracy either theoretically or practically, then interviewed in depth at a separate place. The data obtained were analyzed qualitatively by using the approach of political marketing theory. The study found some interesting findings, among others, first: the western democratic system was initially accepted by the people of Aceh but they were not satisfied with the performance of elected leaders through the western democratic system. Second, Islam has its own system of democracy applied through Ahlul Halli wal 'Aqdi. Third, the people of Aceh perceived positively to the democracy of Islam or democracy containing Islamic values because through such a democratic system was expected to be elected leader who truly represented the people of Aceh, a trustful leader, a leader who thought for all the people of Aceh instead of thinking only his party, a leader who executed sharia law in all aspects of Islam (kaffah), a leader who was really serious about eradicating corruption, and restoring Aceh to its prime-time glory. This type of leader will not be obtained through the application of western democratic system.

Abstract

This study aims to determine the effect of the trust and the price of the purchase intention with the perceived value as mediating variable. Sampling technique used is purposive sampling, with a sample of 100 people in the city of Banda Aceh .Teknik analytical in this study using a model HLM (A hierarchical linear model). The results showed that the confidence and bepengaruh significantly influence purchase intention, confidence and significant effect on the perception of value, perceived value significantly influence purchase intentions, beliefs significantly influence purchase intention through perceived value as mediating variable prices and significant effect on the perception of value through perception of value as mediation. The implications of online stores blibli.com in this study need to increase confidence and to increase purchase intention mediated by perceived valueKeyword : Trust, Price, Perceived Value, Purchase Intentions.

Abstract

The purpose of this study was to determine the effect of Service Quality, Satisfaction and Religiosity on Customer Loyalty of Bank Shariah Mandiri branch of Banda Aceh. The sample used in this research was customers of Bank Shariah Mandiri branch of Banda Aceh with total 180 respondents. The data collection equipment used was questionnaire. This research used multiple linear regression analysis. The results showed that Service Quality, Satisfaction and Religiosity simultaneously affect on customer Loyalty, Service quality has a positive and significant effect on Customer Loyalty, Satisfaction has a positive and significant effect on customer Loyalty and Religiosity has a positive and significant effect on customer Loyalty. Keywords: Service Quality, Satisfaction, Religiosity, Customer Loyalty

Abstract

 This research aims to ascertain the impact of religiusity toward purchase intention. The sample used in this study are the. Conventional bank customers who have never used the product / service Islamic Bank The used research method utilized questionnaires as the research instrument. The amount of questionnaires that had been analyzed were 100 questionnaires. Non probability sampling system had been used for sampling technique. This technique used to the unknown element profitability within the population that was selected as the sample. Partial Least Square was also used as analysis method to ascertain the impacts from involved variables. The results showed that that, (1) The Religiusity significantly takes effect to the Purchase Intention, (2) the Religiusity significantly takes effect to Costumer Attitude, (3) the Costumer Attitude significantly takes effect to Purchase Intention, (4) the Religuisity significanly takes effect to Purchase Intention mediated by Costumer Attitude as mediation variable. Abstract

AbstractRumah Sakit Umum Daerah (RSUD) Meuraxa Banda Aceh is one of the existing hospitals in Banda Aceh City that provides excellent service and quality to people in need of health services. The services provided by Meuraxa Hospital aim to provide quality services to gain the trust of the community. One effort to win the competition by fixing the structure, process and output that the end result is quality of service quality and quality. The phenomenon of less optimal health services provided is inseparable from the role of human resources are still far from the goal of the company so that the impact on the poor quality of performance Meuraxa Hospital itself. The population of this study were all civil servants (PNS) at Meuraxa Municipal of Banda Aceh City which amounted to 262 people. The large number of samples refers to the number of indicators in this study multiplied by 5 Ferdinand (2004: 110). Because the number of indicators used in this study are 32 indicators, then the minimum number of samples used is 160 respondents. But in this study the number of samples used is 120 people . Hypothesis testing was  done by using indicators CR and P. Because of the 9  hypothesis tested in this study have CR value above 1.96 or P value smaller than 0.05, Then all hypotheses tested reject Ho and accept H1. In other words the independence variables have the effect of increasing the dependent variable if only the independent variables can be improved by RSUD Meuraxa management. The results also show that there is no indirect effect of work environment, work motivation, personal problems and training on the performance of RSUD Meuraxa Banda Aceh through the performance of its employees. Keywords: Work Environment, Motivation, Personal Issues, Training, Employee Performance, Performance of Meuraxa Hospital of Banda Aceh City

Abstract

This study aims to see the effects of customer satisfaction related to service quality, price and loyalty to JNE customers in the city of Banda Aceh. Therefore this study provides literature on the contribution to service quality, price and loyalty through its mediating role on customer satisfaction. The sampling technique used is non-probability sampling with purposive sampling method. The data were analyzed through the Statistical Package Social Science (SPSS) program which was then tested for validity and reliability tests so that the data that had been collected was not biased. Hypothesis testing was carried out using the Hierarchial Linear Modeling (HLM) method to determine the effect between variables. The results of hypothesis testing were carried out partially (t test) to determine the direct effect between variables and using the Causal Step method to determine the indirect effect between variables. Based on the results of the analysis, service quality and price have a positive and significant effect on customer satisfaction. In addition, customer satisfaction has a positive and significant effect on loyalty. In this relationship, customer satisfaction has an effect as a mediating relationship between quality and price with loyalty
