Abstract

Peningkatan kualitas kesadaran diri merupakan aspek dalam ranah perkembangan sosial-emosional anak usia dini. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui efektivitas bimbingan konseling untuk meningkatkan kesadaran diri usia dini usia dini. Metode penelitian yang digunakan adalah penelitian deskriptif yang analisis dengan model analisis interaktif yang disajikan dengan kriteria penilaian dan pencapaian dalam bentuk persentase. Teknik pengumpulan data dilakukan melalui pengamatan, wawancara dan teknik dokumen sebagai pendukung penelitian dengan menggunakan triangulasi sumber dan metode untuk menguji keabsahan data. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa pelaksanaan bimbingan konseling merupakan pendekatan yang efektif untuk meningkatkan kesadaran diri anak dengan tetap memperhatikan prinsip bimbingan dan konseling.

Abstract

Peningkatan Keterampilan Berhitung Anak Usia Taman Kanak-kanak Melalui Demonstrasi dengan Media Gambar. Penelitian ini bertujuan mendeskripsikan peningkatan kemampuan menghitung anak usia taman kanak-kanak melalui melalui demonstrasi dengan menggunakan media gambar. Metode yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah penelitian tindakan kelas. Subjek penelitian adalah murid TK Teratai UNM. Teknik pengumpulan data yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah (1) observasi, (2) wawancara, (3) studi dokumentasi, dan (4) catatan lapangan. Teknik analisis data yang digunakan pada penelitian ini adalah teknik analisis data kualitatif yang dilakukan melalui tiga tahapan mulai dari reduksi data, beberan (display) data dan penarikan kesimpulan. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa terdapat peningkatan pada keterampilan berhitung anak TK Teratai UNM setelah diterapkannya metode demonstrasi dengan media manipulatif. Hal ini dapat dilihat dari kemampuan anak dalam penjumlahan dan pengurangan.Kata kunci: keterampilan berhitung, metode demonstrasi dan media manipulatif

Abstract

This study aimed to determine the approach to the cultural values of parenting and early childhood education in the family environment. The study was conducted in the form of a case study by focusing on the care of children in a family environment. Data was collected through observation participation, focused interviews, and documentation of archival footage. Selanjutnyan data obtained were analyzed using the dominant models and time series analysis. The results showed that the Bajo family still adhere to a number of cultural values and parenting education as a value which is considered essential to preserve and implanted in a family environment.

Abstract

This research aimed was to determine the socio-cultural values of early childhood parenting in families Bugis Makassar. The study was conducted in the form of ethnographic studies by focusing on the care of children in a family environment. Data collected through participant observation, interviews focused, and documentation of ethnographic records. The data were then analyzed using a model of the domain analysis and time series. The results showed that the family Bugis Makassar South Sulawesi still adhere to a number of socio-cultural values of care as the values considered important to be preserved and handed down in early childhood parenting.

Abstract

Language development is a very important stage in the lifespan of early childhood. The problem in this study is the low ability of children in the language which is characterized by several indicators of language development. The aimed of this study was to determine the effectiveness of role-playing both macro and micro to develop the language of early childhood. The research method employed was classroom action research which approach is done through quantitative analysis (percentage analysis) to calculate the number and percentage of children who achieve the development in cycle I and cycle II. Qualitative analysis (assessment analysis) is conducted to determine the progress of children achievement in the form of not yet developed (BB), developing (MB), developing as expected (BSH) and developing very well (BSB). The data collection technique is done through observation, interview, and documentation techniques. The results show that role play is very effective for developing early childhood language skills. In language learning activities through role play then the factors that must be considered is the factors of motivation and interest of early childhood.
