Abstract

Diabetes adalah penyakit kronis serius yang terjadi karena pankreas tidak menghasilkan cukup insulin (hormon yang mengatur gula darah atau glukosa), atau ketika tubuh tidak dapat secara efektif menggunakan insulin yang dihasilkannya. Melitus merupakan sindrom metabolis kronis yang menjadi salah satu penyebab kematian terbesar di dunia. Desain Penelitian ini adalah penelitian jenis Observasional, dengan menggunakan pendekatan cross sectional, dimana subyek penelitian hanya diobservasi. Penelitian ini mengambil subyek sebanyak 109 pasien. Pengambilan data secara prosepektif dan dilakukan dengan cara mengumpulkan informasi dari pasien melalui wawancara tatap muka (face-to-face interview) menggunakan kuesioner. Kuesioner yang digunakan pada penelitian ini berjumlah dua kuesioner yaitu, data demografi pasien, kuesioner kepuasan (TSQM), kuesioner Kualitas Hidup (EQ5D). Analisis data menggunakan Uji Statistik dengan bantuan SPSS versi 23. Data sosio-demografi pasien meliputi jenis kelamin, usia, pernikahan, pekerjaan, pendidikan dan penyakit penyerta pasien pendeita DM type 2 disajiakan dalam tabel distribusi frekuensi. Uji Chi Squaredilakukan untuk mengetahui hubungan antara sosio-demografi dengan kepuasan terapi dan hubungan sosio-demografi dengan kualitas hidup. Hasil hitung dengan bantuan SPSS versi 23 menunjukkan bahwa nilai p value >0,05 sehingga dapat disimpulkan bahwa tidak ada hubungan antara sosio-demografi dengan kepuasan terapi dan tidak ada hubungan antara sosio-demografi dengan kualitas hidup. Hubungan antara kepuasan terapi dengan kualitas hidup dilakukan uji korelasi Spearman’s rho. Hasilnya diperoleh nilai p value (0,006) < 0,05. dengan demikian dapat disimpukan bahwa terdapat hubungan antara kepuasan terapi dengan kualitas hidup pasien penderita DM type-2. Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui bagaimana Pengaruh Pelatihan danPemotivasian Terhadap Pengembangan Karir Karyawan. Metode pengumpulandata diolah melalui penyebaran kuesioner, wawancara terhadap responden dandata internal dari pihak Personalia PT. Indokarlo Perkasa. Responden dalampenelitian ini adalah karyawan Departemen Produksi Extruded Shift B sebanyak46 Orang.Analisis data menggunakan statistik korelasi, regresi, determinasi dantesting hipotesis.Hasil penelitian menunjukan hubungan antara Pelatihan danPemotivasian secara simultan dengan Pengembangan Karir Karyawan adalah kuatdan positif dengan koefisien korelasi (r) = 0,603. Analisis test-hipotesis diperolehnilai F hitung = 12,303 > F tabel = 3,21. Hal ini menunjukan terdapat hubunganyang signifikan antara Pelatihan dan Pemotivasian terhadap Pengembangan KarirKaryawan

Abstract

Andragogy learning is an art of learning approach with an adult-style practice. This approach is for students lacking attention to materials, learning orientation, self-concept, and learning motivation, especially in learning in Islamic boarding schools. This study aims to find the concept of andragogy learning in improving Arabic understanding. The subject is Ngalah Islamic boarding school Pasuruan School, Indonesia by using a qualitative approach with natural methods. The role of the researcher is to plan, collect, analyze and report research results. The data sources of this research were taken from interviews, observations, and documentation with orientation, exploration, and focused study with data analysis techniques: condensation, display, conclusion drawing, and data verification. The validity checking of the data is done with credibility, dependability, and confirmability. Research findings at Ngalah Islamic boarding school pasuruan include: a) orientation to the cultivation of tasawuf values (tariqat) with empirical, intuitive and tazkiyyah methods; b) respect is given in the form of muroqabah, riyadhoh, mujahadah and contemplation; c) learning motivation appears in the form of innovation and seeking wisdom. The learning orientation is relevant to the problem centered and contextual; learning readiness is relevant to autonomous, self-directing, resource, and mental models; and learning motivation is relevant to the value and personal payoff. The implications of andragogy learning at the Ngalah Islamic boarding school are increasing students' understanding of Arabic with an andragogy approach.
