Abstract

Indonesia is the largest archipelago country in the world with hundreds of islands stretching from Sabang to Merauke. Health service centers in all corners of the region are starting to develop and so many people need health services. Puskesmas is an organization under the Ministry of Health of the Republic of Indonesia which functions to provide public health services to people at the sub-district or regional level. The Shoulder Puskesmas, Malalayang District, is one of the integrated service centers, acceptable and accessible to the community in Malalayang District. The results of observations and interviews in the field showed that there were some services that were lacking so that there were complaints from residents who came for treatment. Complaints include lack of parking space, lack of medicines, poor cleanliness of the Puskesmas, lack of queuing seats, less clean toilets, and a lack of service information. Based on these initial indications, it is necessary to improve the quality of services at the Shoulder Health Center. SERVQUAL and ZOT are used to measure the level of satisfaction of Puskesmas services and identify criteria under tolerance limits. This study used 150 respondents. The validity and reliability tests were conducted using 30 respondents to get the results that the questionnaire is valid and reliable. The results of data processing show that attributes 1, 3, 9, 13, 15, and 16 are minus ZOT width values, thus these attributes are a priority for improving the quality of Puskesmas services.

Abstract

Online buying is growing and has become very common during the COVID-19 pandemic period. A large number of companies take advantage of this method, and many consumers find it helpful to the existing technology. In this study, the researcher wanted to investigate the strategic priority of convenience for online Shopping of the Generation Y consumer. Data were collected from college students and analysed using Analytical Hierarchy Process (AHP). The results of the analysis showed that the criteria of easy comparison of prices of the goods to be purchased are the highest value (28.544 per cent). The global weight calculation showed that the availability of information in the form of text and images is the highest (13.789 per cent). Sensitivity analysis showed that the results of this global weight are very sensitive to a change in the criteria. This study provides benefits by focusing online businesses' attention on the appearance of their application features, both text, images, and graphics. Competitive product prices must also be a concern for online businesses.

Abstract

PT. Adiputro Wirasejati Malang adalah perusahaan yang bergerak dibidang karoseri bus dan minibus. Perusahaan ini mampu menyuplai bus ke seluruh Indonesia hingga ke mancanegara. Dengan luas perusahaan yang mencapai 8 Ha dan frekuensi pemindahan material antar departemen dan gudang yang mencapai 58.283 kali per harinya serta lokasi gudang dan departemen yang berjauhan, maka tata letak fasilitas produksi pada perusahaan tersebut belum optimal. Hal ini dikarenakan, dengan total jarak perpindahan yang mencapai 3.903.800 m sehingga memakan Ongkos Material Handling (OMH) sebesar Rp. 175.302.182. Oleh karena itu, penelitian ini dilakukan untuk merancang kembali tata letak fasilitas produksi untuk menurunkan OMH yang ada dengan menggunakan algoritma CRAFT (Computerized Relative Allocation of Facilities Technique). Dengan menggunakan dua pengukuran jarak, yakni Rectilinear dan Euclidean maka didapatkan hasil gudang kain dan cat bertukar posisi dengan ABS & Integral, terjadi pertukaran dari 3 area yakni fiber, gudang pipa & kaca dan mekanik. Lalu selanjutnya terjadi pertukaran posisi antara gudang WIP dan Dies Shop. Total penurunan OMH untuk jarak rectilinear adalah sebesar Rp. 27.464.715,2 atau sebesar 15,6 % dan untuk jarak euclidean adalah sebesar Rp. 13.350.835 atau sebesar 7,54%.

Abstract

UPTD Rumah Kemasan established by the Southeast Minahasa Small and Medium Enterprises Cooperative Office is a packaging service center for Small and Medium Industries (SMI), the construction of the Rumah Kemasan is based on the number of Small and Medium Industries (SMI) which has increased from year to year. The correcting problem faced by the UPTD Rumah Kemasan is related to the layout of machinery and equipment. The problem faced by the UPTD Rumah Kemasan is related to the layout of machinery and equipment. The conditions in the current areas of the Rumah Kemasan have not been determined and there is no planning and arrangement, this will certainly have a major impact on the operation of the UPTD Rumah Kemasan. There are two methods used to solve the packaging house problem, the first is BLOCPLAN (Block Layout Overview with Layout Planning) and the second is the CORELAP method (Computerized Relationship Layout Planning Algorithm) which can provide solutions related to optimal initial layout planning for the UPTD Rumah Kemasan. The results of data processing after being compared, the recommended layout is the output of the CORELAP (Computerized Relationship Layout Planning Algorithm) method, with the most optimal results, seen from several indicators and the results of the distance obtained based on the activity of the operating process map 49.2 meters and based on the distance of machines and equipment 65.78.Â
