Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui pengaruh latihan aerobik terhadap penurunan indeks massa tubuh dan penurunan ketebalan lemak subkutan.Penelitian ini adalah penelitian Experiment yang hanya menggunakan satu kelompok perlakuan tanpa menggunakan kelompok kontrol. Penelitian dilakukan selama 12 minggu dengan frekuensi latihan 3 kali seminggu dengan durasi latihan 30 menit. Adapun latihan aerobik yang diberikan adalah jogging. dengan standar training zone 60% - 80% kali denyut nadi maksimal (DNM). Desain penelitian menggunakan one group pretest-postest dan menunjukkan hasil yang signifikan dengan aktifitas latihan aerobik. Pengambilan data dilakukan sebelum dan sesudah latihan.Populasi dalam penelitian ini adalah remaja putra atau siswa SMAN 3 Takalar, sedangkan sampel dalam penelitian ini berjumlah 25 orang yang ditentukan dengan menggunakan teknik purposive sampling.Berdasarkan hasil penelitian dan pembahasan, dapat ditarik kesimpulan bahwa terdapat pengaruh yang signifikan latihan aerobik terhadap penurunan indeks massa tubuh dan ketebalan lemak subkutan. Indeks massa tubuh diperoleh thitung sebesar 13,981 dan nilal p=0.000 (p< 0,05). Sementara lemak tubuh diperoleh thitung sebesar 13,063 dan nilai p= 0,000 (p<0,05). Ini membuktikan bahwa ada pengaruh yang signifikan latihan aerobik terhadap penurunan indeks massa tubuh dan penurunan ketebalan lemak subkutan.

Abstract

The body's need for nutrition is absolute, nutrient needed to maintain cell life in the body, both at rest and during exercise. An athlete must have good stamina in supporting his achievement improvement. Good stamina for an athlete can only be obtained if you consume nutrients that suit your needs both during training and when competing. All the nutrients that the body needs are found in the food we eat everyday. The need for absolute nutrients for the body to carry out its normal functions. The energy is obtained from food eaten by a swimming athlete every day. Proper food will be able to produce good physical condition, because the food will provide energy according to the needs of his body in his daily life.

Abstract

Permasalahan yang dihadapi saat ini adalah event dan pemain yang mengikuti event yang dilaksanakan sebaiknya  terdata secara online pada FIBA 3X3 agar peringkat pemain dan Negara Indonesia bisa terdata dan terupdate di situs www.play.fiba3x3.com dan www.em.play.fiba3x3.com  Namun, di Sulawesi Selatan, baru 2 event yang terdata secara online. Hal ini dikarenakan penyelenggara event masih banyak yang belum menguasai aplikasi pengisian event secara online (event maker 3X3 bolabasket). Metode Kegiatan yang akan dilakukan adalah (1) Memberikan pengetahuan dan  pemahaman atlet, pelatih, pengurus dan penyelenggara 3X3 di bawah naungan Pengprov PERBASI Sulawesi Selatan mengenai event maker yang teregister dengan akun FIBA. (2) Mengedukasi atlet, pelatih, pengurus dan penyelenggara 3X3 di bawah naungan Pengprov PERBASI Sulawesi Selatan mengenai event maker yang teregister dengan akun FIBA agar dapat membuat akun 3X3 secara mandiri. Hasil pelaksanaan kemitraan masyarakat adalah (1) Mitra mendapatkan pengetahuan dan  pemahaman mengenai pembuatan akun pemain 3X3 yang teregister dengan akun FIBA. (2) Mitra mendapatkan pengetahuan dan pemahama mengenai pembuatan akun event maker yang teregister dengan akun FIBA agar dapat membuat akun 3X3 secara mandiri.

Abstract

An athlete must have good stamina in supporting hisachievement improvement. Good stamina for an athlete can onlybe obtained if he consumes nutrients that are appropriate to theneeds of both during training and when competing. Abstract

The purpose of this study was to determine the effect of regular exercise with the speed play method in increasing cardiorespiratory capacity and blood hematocrit levels in Pinisi basketball athletes. The research method used was the one-group pre-post test design experiment. The instruments used in this study were the Multistage Test (MFT) for cardiorespiratory and hct meter to measure blood hematocrit levels. This study found that the percentage of blood hematocrit after the intervention of the speed play training method for the Pinisi basketball athletes was 44.94% higher than the average hematocrit level before being given the speed play training method for the Pinisi basketball athletes, which was 41.64%. There was a change with an average value of 3.3% per 100 mg of blood, meanwhile the average cardiorespiratory capacity after the implementation of the speed play training program in Pinisi basketball athletes was 43.49 ml/kg/minute, which means an increase from the average capacity cardiorespiratory training before being given speed play training in phinisi basketball athletes of 40.95 ml/kg/minute experienced an average change of 2.54 ml/kg/minute.

Abstract

Ada tiga pondasi utama yang penting dan wajib dipedomani untuk mencapai target prestasi atlet yaitu, potensi genetik, kecukupan nutrisi dan latihan terprogram. Nutrisi yang tepat akan sangat membantu penampilan optimal atlet saat bertanding. Selain itu nutrisi ini dibutuhkan pula pada kerja biologik tubuh, untuk penyediaan energi tubuh pada saat seorang atlet melakukan berbagai aktivitas fisik, misalnya pada saat latihan, bertanding dan saat pemulihan. Nutrisi juga dibutuhkan untuk memperbaiki atau mengganti sel tubuh yang rusak. Banyak pelatih atau atlet yang menganggap bahwa asupan nutrisi pada atlet sama saja dengan yang bukan atlet. Kenyataannya tidak demikian, asupan nutrisi pada atlet disiapkan berdasarkan pengetahuan tentang dominasi energi yang akan digunakan, peran sumber nutrisi tertentu pada proses penyediaan energi. Dalam hal ini termasuk pula tentang pemberian suplemen dan usaha khusus berupa modifikasi yang dilakukan terhadap asupan nutrisi pada waktu tertentu, dalam upaya meningkatkan kinerja atlet. dari workshop yang telah dilaksanakan ini para atlet bisa mencapai prestasi maksimal melalui pengaturan makan yang tepat dan variatif.

Abstract

The appropriate genetic potential of an athlete or prospective athlete determines the development of their future performance and achievement and reduces the risk of pathological conditions such as overtraining. This study aimed to determine the genotype variation thought to play a role in differences in exercise results and explosive power performance, namely the ACE gene. The research method used a cross-sectional design to describe the relationship between a factor and its effects on how genetic mutation variations play a role in an athlete's physical performance by involving 54 male and female badminton athletes with an average age of 18 years. The study was conducted by analysing the development of badminton skills with the same exercise routine, then being given an explosive power test in the form of a vertical jump through the Lewis nomogram assessment. The initial test was in the first month, and the second test was after six months. The results showed significant differences between the groups with variation II, ID and DD genotypes of the ACE gene. The DD genotype group showed better training adaptation in the explosive power test than genotype II and ID with a significant value (P<0.05). This study concludes that athletes with genotype DD variations adapt better to explosive power training than athletes with genotype II and ID. Athletes with genetic mutations II and ID in the ACE gene are more suitable for badminton sports requiring complex movement abilities and skills, which require good anaerobic and aerobic abilities.

Abstract

Abstract. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui perbedaan nilai kelelahan otot atlet futsal saat berikan jus buah semangka dan saat tidak diberikan jus buah semangka sebelum beraktivitas. Penelitian ini merupakan penelitian pre experiment dengan rancangan one group pre post  test. Subjek penelitian adalah 10 orang atlet laki-laki, hari pertama melakukan permainan futsal tanpa pemberian jus semangka, lalu diukur kadar asam laktatnya, kemudian di hari yang berbeda 10 orang atlet yang sama diberi konsumsi jus semangka sebelum aktivitas dan setelah aktivitas dilakukan pengukuran kembali kadar asam laktatnya. Pemberian jus semangka masing-masing sebanyak 500 ml dengan kandungan sitrulin setara 1,17 ml. Jus semangka diberikan 60 menit sebelum aktivitas fisik dilakukan. Hasil penelitian diperoleh kadar asam laktat atlet setelah diberi jus semangka sebelum beraktivitas lebih rendah daripada ketika tidak diberi jus semangka sebelum beraktivitas dengan nilai P = 0.041(p < 0.05 ) yang bermakna signifikan. Keywords: L-Citrulline, Kelelahan Otot, Atlet

Abstract

This research to determine how the effect of glucose and sucrose on cardiovascular endurance and PEFR values and whether there is a difference in the effect of glucose and sucrose on cardio and PEFR endurance in the two groups of FIK UNM athletes. This type of research is a multigroup pretest-posttest design. The population of this study were 35 members of the FIK UNM futsal club, and the sample was 30 FIK UNM futsal athletes divided into 2 groups of 15 samples each, through a purposive random sampling technique. The results of this study showed that the mean VO2max in the group given sucrose before the test was 34.3 ml / kg / minute increasing in the post test by 39.4 ml / kg / minute while the mean VO2max in the group given glucose before the test was 35.8 ml / kg / minute decreasing in the post test it became 34.7 ml / kg / min, while the average PEFR in the group given sucrose before the test was 364 L / s increased in the post test by 416 L / s, while the average PEFR in the group given glucose before the test was 342 L / s sec also increased at the post test by 355.33 L / sec.

Abstract

This study  to determine how the effects of routine training with the speed play method in increasing the cardiorespiratory capacity of athletes. This study is a pre-experimental study or pre-experimental design which is a study that is used to find a causal relationship where randomization is not done and does not use a control group. The research design uses The one-group Pre-posttest Design. In this study a group of subjects or experimental units were selected. The instrument used in this study was Multistage Test (MFT) for cardiorespiration. The results of this study showed that after giving a speed play training method, the average cardiorespiratory capacity after giving an athlete's speed play training method was 43.49 ml / kg / minute higher than the average cardiorespiratory capacity before giving a speed play training method to the basketball team phinisi 40.95 ml / kg / minute there is an average increase of 2.54 ml / kg / minute.
