Abstract

Abstract: Mobile wallet is one of the recent innovation technologies invented to be an electronic financial service where people can use it as a payment method. Its ease of use is what makes people start to shift from the old payment method to the newest option of payment. One of the examples is Telkomsel T-Cash TAP. The purpose of this study is to know the consumer acceptance of mobile wallet service in Manado with a case study of Telkomsel T-Cash TAP. This research uses an exploratory approach with in-depth interviews to collect data from ten informants. Respondents were chosen by purposive sampling. The results indicate that sales promotions and ease of use have significant impact on mobile wallet service acceptance in Manado and also show that further information about the mobile wallet service, cooperation with more businesses, and easier top up methods are major concerns for the consumers to accept and adopt a mobile wallet service. It is suggested for mobile wallet services to focus on other regions and provide the users with information and knowledge regarding the top up methods as well as cooperate with other merchants in Manado to attract new consumers.Keywords: consumer acceptance, electronic payment, mobile wallet service

Abstract

Abstrak: Keberhasilan suatu perusahaan dapat dilihat dari laporan keuangan dan kinerja keuangan sebagai gambaran prestasi yang dicapai perusahaan dalam berbagai aspek. Setiap perusahaan pasti ingin meningkatkan kinerja keuangannya. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui apakah struktur modal dan kepemilikan institusional berpengaruh secara signifikan terhadap profitabilitas Industri Keuangan Non Bank yang terdaftar di BEI. Pengambilan sampel pada penelitian ini menggunakan data sekunder. Hasil penelitian yang didapat (1) variabel Struktur Modal (Debt to equity ratio) tidak berpengaruh signifikan terhadap Profitabilitas (Return on asset) Industri Keuangan Non Bank (2) variabel Struktur Modal (Debt to asset ratio) tidak berpengaruh signifikan terhadap Profitabilitas (Return on asset) Industri Keuangan Non Bank (3) variabel Kepemilikan Institusional tidak berpengaruh signifikan terhadap Profitabilitas (Return on asset) Industri Keuangan Non Bank (4) variabel Struktur Modal (Debt to equity ratio, Debt to asset ratio) dan Kepemilikan Institusional secara simultan berpengaruh signifikan terhadap Profitabilitas (Return on asset) Industri Keuangan Non Bank. Dalam menentukan strategi keuangan dapat mempertimbangkan berbagai faktor yang berkaitan dengan porsi hutang dan struktur kepemilikan suatu perusahaan. Kata Kunci: struktur modal (debt to equity ratio, debt to asset ratio), kepemilikan institusional, profitabilitas (return on asset)

Abstract

Abstract : The purpose of this study is to analysis performance implication of knowledge management process at PT Indo Harapan Makmur Manado. This research is using qualitative research method that explores the theories from several journal, articles, book and previous research. The type of this research is descriptive research. Descriptive qualitative approach used in this research describes and explore the knowledge management process at PT Indo Harapan Makmur Manado. Population in this qualitative research is employee in PT Indo Harapan Makmur Manado that can be respondent about this issues. The result of this research is where the company has applied knowledge management and the process, but from each informant said that the application of the knowledge management process is not too maximal and directed, in the case of the company is a family company, so the process in it is only studied in writing. Company must apply the management of knowledge in the company must be maximized; because of this knowledge management is very important in running each business and will not lose competition with other distributor companies. Keywords: knowledge management and knowledge management process
