Abstract

 The data transfer between node wireless weather station running in real-time manner using frequency band 2,4GHz. Those nodes are separated within 2,18 Km and have some obstruction between both link. This data transfer using point to point wireless link is well proven to accommodate Communications traffic from one node which attached to the SBC based Alix3d2 weather sensors to another node which connected to the database server. From analysis of real test bed we obtained that the System Operating Margin (Rx Signal Level – Rx Sensitivity) 43,01dB is sufficient for the system to work well even in such extreme weather condition.Keywords: SBC, Data Transfer.Transfer data antara node stasiun cuaca berjalan secara waktu nyata menggunakan sistem komunikasi nirkabel dengan pita frekuensi 2,4GHz. Node tersebut terpisah dalam jarak 2,18 Km dan terdapat beberapa halangan di antara kedua lintasan node tersebut. Transfer data menggunakan sistem nirkabel point to point ini terbukti dapat mengakomodir dengan baik lalu lintas komunikasi dari satu node yang terpasang dengan sensor cuaca berbasis SBC Alix3d2 ke node lainnya yang terhubung dengan server database. Dari hasil pengujian di lapangan di dapatkan bahwa System Operating Margin (Rx Signal Level – Rx Sensitivity) adalah 43,01dB cukup untuk sistem agar dapat bekerja dengan baik bahkan dalam cuaca ekstrem sekalipun.Kata kunci: SBC, Transfer data.
