Abstract

Fenomena yang ditemui pada yayasan ?X? para guru mengungkapkan bahwa terdapat perasaan bahagia serta antusias dalam mengajar di sekolah. Para guru juga merasakan kenyamanan menjadi anggota dari yayasan ?X? karena iklim organisasi yayasan yang dinilai sudah baik. Berdasarkan fenomena tersebut, maka tujuan dari penelitian ini untuk mengetahui hubungan antara iklim organisasi dengan subjective well being pada guru yayasan pendidikan X. Subjek dalam penelitian ini adalah guru tetap pada yayasan pendidikan X berjumlah 57 guru, dengan menggunakan metode kuantitatif. Teknik pengumpulan data yang digunakan yakni kuesioner atau angket. Instrumen penelitian yang digunakan adalah skala iklim organisasi dan subjective well being. Teknik analisis data menggunakan korelasi pearson product moment. Hasil analisis data menunjukkan adanya hubungan signifikan antara iklim organisasi dengan subjective well being. Hasil penelitian yang menunjukkan nilai koefisien korelasi r= 0,559 dengan taraf signifikansi 0,000 (p<0,05). Berdasarkan hasil tersebut maka dapat disimpulkan bahwa bahwa terdapat hubungan positif antara iklim organisasi dengan subjective well being pada guru yayasan pendidikan X. The teachers also felt comfortable being a member of yayasan ?X? because the organization climate was considered good. Based on this phenomenon, the purpose of this study is to find out the relationship between organizational climate and subjective well being at the education foundation X teacher. Subjects in this study were 57 teachers in the ?X? education foundation, using the method quantitative. Data collection techniques with a quetionaire. The instrument used was a scale of organization climate and subjective well being. The data analysis technique using pearson product moment correlation. The result of this research refers that there is a relationship between organization climate with subjective well being. The value of correlation coefficient r=0,559 with the significance level 0,000 (p<0,05). The conclusion of this research are X education foundation teachers have a positive relationship between organization climate with subjective well being.
