Abstract

Research aims: This study aims to explore consumers’ preferences and perceptions of the use of mobile payments in Indonesia.Design/Methodology/Approach: This study used a comparison of Cronbach's Alpha and Cronbach’s Alpha if Item Deleted to find items preferred by mobile payment users. Factor analysis was employed to get consumers' perceptions of using mobile payment.Research findings: The results of this study found that consumer preferences for the use of mobile payments were compatible with their needs, helped complete work/needs, were used by the social environment, were easy to use, and made consumers happy. Meanwhile, consumers’ perceptions of mobile payment were formed from three factors: perceived ease of use, intention to use mobile payment, and mobile payment self-efficacy.Theoretical Contribution/Originality: This study examines the use of mobile payments in Indonesia further.Practitioners/Policy Implications: Mobile payments are not only a lifestyle because the products’ benefits are increasingly numerous and varied.Research Limitations/Implications: This research was only conducted in Java.

Abstract

Limbah rumah tangga yang banyak dan beragam dapat menyebabkan masalah lingkungan. Pengurangan limbah dapat dilakukan dengan program daur ulang, salah satunya dengan bahan kain perca. Kegiatan pengabdian kepada masyarakat dapat memberikan solusi bersama masalah sosial yang terjadi. Pemanfaatan produk limbah dengan proses yang sederhana dan bahan yang tersedia merupakan satu peluang pengembangan usaha. Peserta kegiatan adalah 11 orang warga desa Munggugianti dengan tiga narasumber sesuai dengan kepakarannya. Hasil pelatihan kegiatan pengabdian kepada masyarakat ini adadlah pengenalan proses membuat pola dan menjahit dengan metode quilting. Hasil proses lanjutan kegiatan ini adalah pembuatan produk/ prototype produk dengan bahan dasar kain perca.

Abstract

The rapid development of internet technology with affordable prices raises new opportunities for micro, small, and medium enterprises (SMEs) in East Java in creating product innovation and marketing development. Various studies in the field of entrepreneurship and information technology have been carried out, but not many studies specifically examine the level of adoption of the Financial Technology system for business creation and development. This study focuses on the influence of organizational competence, organizational support, organizational productivity on financial technology adoption. This study uses a quantitative approach with a sample of SME businesses that use financial technology system adoption in the business that is run. The sample chosen using purposive sampling technique and selected 402 SMEs in East Java with the data analysis technique used is multiple linear regression techniques. The results of this study found that the influence of organizational competence, organizational support, and organizational productivity had a significant influence on financial technology adaptation.

Abstract

Persaingan bisnis di bidang jasa yang semakin kompetitif membuat pelaku bisnis harus meningkatkan kualitas layanannya pada jasa dan perusahaannya. Hal ini digunakan untuk menciptakan pelanggan baru maupun mempertahankan pelanggan dalam melakukan kesediaan untuk membayar. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui pengaruh pengalaman pelanggan, kualitas layanan dan kepercayaan pelanggan terhadap kesediaan untuk membayar pada CV. Arya Mandiri Abadi. Data survei dikumpulkan dari 65 orang pelanggan CV. Arya Mandiri Abadi dan dianalisis menggunakan metode kuantitatif dengan analisis Partial Least Square(PLS). Hasil penelitian ini menunjukkan bahwa pengalaman pelanggan, kualitas layanan dan kepercayaan pelanggan berpengaruh secara positif dan signifikan terhadap kesediaan untuk membayar.

Abstract

Food and beverage industry is growing rapidly which causes companies to trying to fullfil consumer needs, one of which is packaging. Packaging is an important element to protect the product. Technological advances are able to make it easier for everyone to get information. Transparency information is able to provide information that consumers need. The purpose of this research is to examine the effect of packaging and information transparency on the intention to try Cikake products and to examine the moderating effect of endorser capability between information transparency on intention to try Cikake's. The population of this research is Cikake consumers who have tried this product before, have an Instagram account and live around the city of Pandaan. The sampling method used in this study was the census method, with a population of 100 people as the sample. Respondent data is collected by distributing questionnaires to Cikake consumers. This research uses Moderated Multiple Regression (MMR) as an analysis tool. The finding from the results of multiple linear regression tests which resulted in a significance value on the packaging variable of 0.005 while the information transparency variable was 0.000, which means that packaging and information transparency had an effect on the intention to try. The effect of moderation has a significance value of 0.030 and an increase in the coefficient of determination, which means that endorser capability is able to moderate the relationship of information transparency to intention to try Cikake's.

Abstract

In the future, the food and beverage industry is very promising for industry players due to the trend growth of the food and beverage industry in Indonesia. The food and beverage business is starting to grow rapidly in Indonesia so that it attracts many people to innovate. One form of innovation is the frozen food industry. This study aims to determine the effect of product innovation on repurchase interest by looking at consumer satisfaction as a mediating effect on the frozen food industry. The population in this study were 147 people who were frozen food consumers. Sei. By using a purposive sampling approach and using the Slovin formula, it was determined that the number of samples in this study were 108 respondents. The results of this study indicate that product innovation has a positive and significant effect on customer satisfaction. Product innovation and customer satisfaction have a significant effect on repurchase interest. Consumer satisfaction can mediate the effect of product innovation on consumer repurchase interest. Abstract

Pertumbuhan bisnis kedai kopi dan tingginya tingkat kompetisi di Indonesia khususnya di Surabaya menimbulkan keraguan calon pembeli untuk mencoba sebuah produk minuman kopi baru. Para pengusaha kedai kopi perlu mencari faktor pendukung yang dapat menimbulkan keinginan pasar untuk mencoba sebuah produk. Afterwork Caffeine Coffee shop mengusung gabungan tema coffee to go dan specialty coffee. Tujuan penelitian ini untuk mengetahui pengaruh consumer doubt new product terhadap intention to try pelanggan Afterwork Caffeine Coffee shop dengan packaging sebagai variabel moderasi. Penelitian dilakukan dengan metode kuantitatif dan analisis regresi linear berganda. Kuesioner yang disebarkan kepada 96 sampel. Berdasarkan hasil analisis, didapatkan kesimpulan bahwa consumer doubt new product dinyatakan memiliki pengaruh terhadap intention to try pelanggan Afterwork Caffeine Coffee shop, sedangkan packaging tidak memoderasi consumer doubt new product dalam mempengaruhi intention to try pelanggan.

Abstract

This study refers to a phenomenon among Balinese business practices that is faced with new situations so that a conflict arises between beliefs and something that must be lived but is considered contrary to attitudes. The new situation is the impact of the pandemic that can affect business continuity. The purpose of this study was to examine the effect of Cognitive Dissonance on Business Longevity and the effect of Cognitive Dissonance on Business Longevity moderated by Spiritual Values. The research method used is quantitative method and purposive sampling as sampling. The data obtained were then processed with SPSS. This study has a sample of 120 respondents who are business practices in Badung, Bali. The results showed that Cognitive Dissonance had a significant effect on Business Longevity. Moreover, there is no moderating effect exerted by Spiritual Value in the relationship between Cognitive Dissonance and Business Longevity. However, this study found that Spiritual Values can have a partial effect on Business Longevity.
