Abstract

This research aimed to identify zawāid takbir in id prayer according to K.H Lanre Said al-Bugisi perspective. This research was a qualitative descriptive study using the library research method with juridical-normative and philosophical approaches. The results of this study indicate that in determining shari law, K.H. Lanre Said used several approaches and methods. The method of iṣtishābul hāl, muqaranāt al-maẓāhib, tarjih, and the principle of "al-khurūju minal khilāf. Based on this method K.H. Lanre Said al-Bugisi rejects the existence of zawāid takbir (additional takbir) in the id prayers arguing that all narrations describing zawāid takbir are of a weak degree. Therefore, the takbir for the id prayer must be returned to its original form, which is one takbir, just as the Friday prayer is only one takbir. In addition, K.H. Lanre Said al-Bugisi built his opinion using the method of al-aqly (reason) in which he argued that zawāid takbir was not needed because it would be one of the causes for the loss of solemnity in prayer. This research has a positive implication which is to reveal the shari law-setting method according to K.H. Lanre Said al-Bugisi and his arguments against the existence of zawāid takbir in id prayers.

Abstract

This study describes some false perceptions of polygamy based on the Qur'an Chapter An-Nisā ' verse no. 3 and 129. The method used in this study is library research. Various sources were collected to obtain data and facts. These data were collected sorted and selected and then analyzed to answer the first two main subjects: understanding and history of polygamy, second: correcting some of the wrong perceptions about polygamy. The results of this study indicate that polygamy is the marriage of a man with more than one woman, which has been widely known and practiced by the Muslim in various parts of the world. As for the false perception, the false perceptions are caused by lack of proper understanding about pure religious teachings according to the Qur'an, the Sunnah of the Prophet and the understanding of zealous and pious Islamic scholars. Another cause is due to the a priori behavior and lust. Moreover, the Muslim haters take advantage over te issue of polygamy to insult Islam with various heinous accusations where these insults coming from hate speech and dishonesty in judging this issue.

Abstract

This study aims to explain the opinions of Asy'ariyah theology and its comparison with the salaf mazhab. This research is qualitative descriptive research with library research techniques that use normative theological approaches. The results of this study show that Asy'ariyah in various discussions of the creed has its own opinions of Islamic creed, ranging from the first obligation of a mukallaf, the meaning of tawhid, al-imān, asmā' wa ṣifat, kalam Allah, rukyatullāh, to qaḍā' and qadar. Even in one matter, among the Assyrians had different views. As for the comparative study between Asy'ariyah theology and salaf mazhab found a considerable difference between the two. Both in the matter of the first obligation as a mukallaf, regarding kalamullah, the attributes of Allah, destiny, or the matter of faith, so that the defense of the salaf mazhab echoed by Asy'ariyah is only an unproven claim.
