Abstract? In the era of highly competitive environment and fastly technology advance, an organization should continuously adapt and innovate. The main purpose of the research is to investigate and to analyse the effect of knowledge sharing and innovative climate supply chain performance. The current research is also to investigate and to analyse the moderating role of the relationship between knowledge sharing and innovative behavior in supply chain management. Two hundreds and ten respondents are the sample of the research. SPSS software was used to analyse the research data. The result showed that knowledge sharing and innovative climate significantly affected to supply chain performance. However, the study failed proving moderating role of innovative climate to the relationship between knowledge sharing and innovative behavior. Results showed to maximize knowledge sharing benefits in supply chain networks. Finally Theoritical and practical implication of the current research are conveyed.

The development of economy in the world makes females have a large opportunity to pursue their career and become the breadwinner. In the other side, so many male that willing to resign from the job and become househusband. This research aims to test the difference of male and female attitude regarding the househusband as profession in our society. The samples used in this research is 200 respondent, consist of 108 male respondents, and 92 female respondents. Using the technique of Mann Whitney statistical test, this research provide the result that there is no difference attitude of male and female toward househusband as profession in our society. Even male and female, as together do not accept this new profession, both are agree that married man should take active role to manage domestic issue in the house, including child caretaking.Â Key Words : househusband, role reversal, attitude difference

The purpose of this study was to examine differences in perceptions of the use oforganizational politics on career development. The sample used in this study were97 respondents in Semarang and Jakarta. This study uses the Kruskal Wallis 1Sample method with a significance level of 0.05. The results showed that there wasno significant difference between female workers regarding the use oforganizational politics in career development. Almost all agreed to useorganizational politics at some point to improve their performance and career. Themanagerial implication of the results of this research is that there is still a need forthe application of organizational politics for women workers to improve theircareers, not solely relying on their professional competence.

This study aims to measure the benefits of clean and safe information on online hotel reservations. By using a sample of 73 respondents who were analyzed using the partial least square method, this study proves that the higher the level of consumer confidence in the application, the greater the intention to book hotels online. In addition, the better online reviews that are available on the application, the better the intention of booking hotel rooms online as well. Thus, to increase room occupancy, hotels in Yogyakarta cannot rely more on the facts and quality of information conveyed through the Pegipegi and Traveloka applications because potential consumers rely on reviews of previous consumer online results that refer to the application.

This research is aimed to examine the gender difference toward intention to use the mobile banking application in Semarang. Data is collected by self - administered questionnaire, and pass over to bank customer which done their financial transaction by Automatic Teller Machine. The Sample used in this research is 50 respondents, consist of 30 male respondents and 20 female respondents who never have a mobile banking application before. The results of this study indicate that there is a gender difference in the intention to use mobile banking applications. On the other side, even it is easy to be used, female customers are not feeling the benefit offered, thus resistant to use mobile banking applications. This result brings another contradiction toward The Technological Acceptance Model. Data is examined by the SPSS application, and Mann – Whitney statistical model.Keywords: Mobile application; bank; gender difference

This study aims to examine the difference attitude between Indonesian Chinese and Indonesian Javanese in term of family business successor planning.. Sample used in this researh is came from Javanese and Indonesian Chinese businessman in Semarang. Data retrieval is done by using open-ended questionnaire, and being processed by SPSS ver 19.. The results of the study show that there is a significant difference between Indonesian Javanese and Indonesian Chinese in case of the way they prepare their family business successor.

This study aims to examine the effect of work life integration as a new phenomenon in the middle of Covid outbreak in Indonesia toward work exhaustion , and the mediating effect of work life balance. 100 samples recruited in this researh is came from workers with at least two year working experience since Covid outbreak. Data is done with an open-ended questionnaire, which processed by Smart PLS 3.0. The results of the study show that work life integration and work life balance have significant effect toward work exhaustion. Besides, work life balance is partially mediate between work life integration and work exhaustion. As the practical implication we suggest that employee should build priority activities to prevent two or more activities executed at the same time.

Riset ini berupaya untuk mengkonfirmasi kembali peran konstruk Fear of Missing Out,Brand Ambassador dan Korean Wave atas niat beli kosmetik asal Korea bila dibandingkan dengan kosmetik Scarlett Whitenning. Dengan menggunakan 100 sampel yang diambil dari berbagai kota besar seperti Jakarta, Bandung, Surabaya, Semarang,dan Yogyakarta, riset ini kembali membuktikan bahwa fenomena fear of missing out dan Korean wave mampu menjadi prediktor yang signifikan atas niat beli produk kosmetik asal Korea. Hubungan antar konstruk diuji dengan menggunakan program Smart PLS versi 3 dengan teknik path analysis. Hal baru yang ditemukan dalam riset ini adalah meskipun kosmetik merek Scarlett Whitenning adalah produk yang sudah cukup terkenal dan memiliki harga yang relatif terjangku, namun responden lebih memilih produk kosmetik asal Korea berdasarkan besarnya kekhawatiran akan tidak diakuinya eksistensinya dalam kelompok afiliasinya.
