Abstract

Abstrak Rendahnya minat berwirausaha mahasiswa perguruan tinggi sebagai masalah penting pendidikan, khususnya di perguruan tinggi, karena minat mahasiswa untuk mencari pekerjaan sebagai budaya telah tertanam sejak dulu.  Padahal lulusan perguruan tinggi dituntut mendirikan usaha sesuai dengan kompetensinya. Tujuan penelitian ini untuk mengetahui pengaruh kontrol perilaku yang dirasakan dan norm subyektif terhadap intensi berwirausaha yang dimediasi sikap kewirausahaan serta mengetahui perbedaan intensi berwirausaha dilihat dari aspek gender. Metode penelitian yang digunakan adalah explanatory survey method. Populasi penelitian sebanyak 19.919 mahasiswa dengan ukuran sampel sebanyak 366 responden. Sampel penelitian yang diambil dari populasi mahasiswa UPI terdiri dari 13 bagian, fakultas dan kampus daerah. Pengumpulan data menggunakan kuesioner yang telah diuji tingkat validitas dan reliabilitasnya. Teknik pengolahan data menggunakan analisis deskriptif dan analisis jalur (path analysis)). Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa kontrol perilaku yang dirasakan berpengaruh positif signifikan terhadap intensi berwirausaha melalui sikap kewirausahaan. Kontrol perilaku yang dirasakan memiliki pengaruh paling besar terhadap intensi berwirausaha. Tidak ada perbedaan  intensi berwirausaha  dari aspek jenis kelamin. Disarankan untuk meningkatkan variabel yang rendah yaitu Yaitu variabel kontrol perilaku yang dirasakan yang harus ditingkatkan adalah indikator menyelesaikan tugas, variabel norma subyektif adalah dukungan teman, variabel sikap kewirausahaan adalah tertarik peluang usaha dan variabel intensi berwirauaha adalah perencanan usaha.Kata Kunci : Intensi Berwirausaha, Sikap Kewirausahaan, Kontrol Perilaku yang Dirasakan, Norma subyektif, MediasiAbstractThe lack of interest in entrepreneurship for college students as an important issue of education, especially in university institutions, because students' interest in finding work as a culture has long been embedded. The research method used was an explanatory survey method. The study population was 19,919 students with a sample size of 377 respondents. The research sample taken from the UPI student population consisted of 13 sections, faculties and regional campuses. Data collection using a questionnaire that has been tested for the level of validity and reliability. Data processing techniques using descriptive analysis and path analysis (path analysis). The results showed that perceived behavioral control had a significant positive effect on entrepreneurial intentions through entrepreneurial attitudes. The perceived behavioral control has the most influence on entrepreneurial intentions. There is no difference in entrepreneurship intentions from the gender aspect. It is recommended to increase the low variable, namely the perceived behavioral control variable that must be improved is the indicator of completing the task, the subjective norm variable is friend support, the entrepreneurial attitude variable is interested in business opportunities and the entrepreneurship intention variable is business planning.Keywords: Entrepreneurial Intention, Entrepreneurial Attitudes, Perceived Behavioral Control, Subjective Norms, Mediation

Abstract

Abstrak Permasalahan  yang menjadi kajian dari penelitian ini adalah mengenai rendahnya intensi berwirausaha mahasiswa perguruan tinggi. Pentingnya mengkaji intensi berwirausaha diperguruan tinggi karena mahasiswa S1  ketika lulus tuntutannya menjadi alumni bisa menciptakan lapangan kerja. Terutama di lingkungan Universitas Pendidikan Indonesia, alumni yang dari kependidikan yang ingin menjadi guru harus melanjutkan ke PPG, bagi yang tidak melanjutkan salah satu pillihannya adalah berwirausaha. Oleh karena itu perlu dikaji aspek-aspek kegiatan yang dilakukan perguruan tinggi serta lingkungan keluarga  dalam meningkatkan intensi berwirausaha mahasiswa.  Oleh karena itu  tujuan penelitian ini untuk mengetahui  bagaimanakah kelayakan yang dirasakan dan Keinginan yang Dirasakan Terhadap Intensi Berwirausaha. Sehingga akan diperoleh faktor-faktor  apa yang dominan  dari berbagai aspek tersebut dalam meningkatkan intensi berwirausaha.  Grand theory penelitian ini adalah teori Entrepreneurial Event Model dari Shapero dan Sokol.  Metode penelitian yang digunakan adalah Explanatory Survey Method. Sampel penelitian yang diambil dari populasi mahasiswa UPI dari 13 bagian, fakultas dan kampus daerah.  Populasi penelitian sebanyak 19.919 mahasiswa dengan ukuran sampel menggunakan formula Isaac Michael diperoleh ukuran  sebanyak 366 responden. Pengumpulan data menggunakan angket berskala Liker dan  Numerik. Seluruh angket  dilakukan pengujian validitas dan reliabilitas. Teknik pengolahan  data menggunakan analisis Jalur (Path Analysis) dengan tujuan untuk mengetahui pengaruh  dari variabel-variabel eksogen   terhadap variabel endogen.   laki-laki diberi perlakuan keterampilan lebih tinggi,  serta agar responden yang berasal dari latar belakang keluarga yang berwirausaha ditunjuk menjadi tutor dalam kegiatan kreativitas,.

Abstract

AbstractThe lack of interest in entrepreneurship is the study of this study. The purpose of this study was to determine how the influence of university support, perceived feasibility and perceived desire, towards intention entrepreneurial. The research method used is descriptive verification. The study population was 19,919 students with a sample size of 366 respondents. Data collection uses a numerical scale questionnaire. After testing the instrument of validity and reliability, then the data is processed using path analysis. The results of the research show that in the substructure of one university support, a positive and significant effect on perceived feasibility, the amount of influence is 24.9%. In the second substructure, university support and perceived feasibility had a positive effect on perceived desirability, the magnitude of influence was 72.1%, while simultaneously, the effect of university support, perceived feasibility and perceived desirability had a positive effect on intention entrepreneurial, the magnitude of influence was 54, 8%. Based on testing these hypotheses, perceived feasibility and perceived desireability mediate the influence of university support on intention entrepreneurial. Based on the results of the study it is recommended to increase the university support variables, especially indicators of business development support, the perceived feasibility variable is an indicator of self-efficacy, the perceived desire variable is social norms and the intention entrepreneurial variable is an indicator of expectation.Keywords: university support, perceived desirability, perceived desirability, Intention entrepreneurshipAbstrakRendahnya minat berwirausaha merupakan kajian penelitian ini. Metode penelitian yang digunakan adalah dekriptif verifikatif. Populasi penelitian sebanyak 19.919 mahasiswa dengan ukuran sampel 366 responden. Pengumpulan data menggunakan angket berskala numerik. Setelah dilakukan pengujian instrumen validitas dan reliabilitas, kemudian data diolah dengan menggunakan analisis Jalur (path analysis) Hasil penelitian menunjukkan dalam substruktur satu dukungan universitas, berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap kelayakan yang dirasakan, besarnya pengaruh sebesar 24,9%. Pada substruktur kedua dukungan universitas dan kelayakan yang dirasakan berpengaruh positif terhadap keinginan yang dirasakan, besarnya pengaruh sebesar 72,1%, Sedangkan secara simultan, pengaruh dukungan universitas, kelayakan yang dirasakan dan keinginan yang dirasakan berpengaruh positif terhadap minat berwirausaha, besarnya pengaruh sebesar 54,8%. Berdasarkan pengujian hipotesis tersebut, kelayakan yang dirasakan dan keinginan yang dirasakan menjadi mediator pengaruh dukungan universitas terhadap minat berwirausaha. Berdasarkan hasil penelitian disarankan untuk meningkatkan variabel dukungan universitas terutama indikator dukungan pengembangan bisnis, variabel kelayakan yang dirasakan yaitu indikator kemampuan diri, variabel keinginan yang dirasakan yaitu norma sosial dan variabel minat berwirausaha yaitu indikator harapan.Kata Kunci: dukungan universitas, kelayakan yang dirasakan, keinginan yang dirasakan, Intensi berwirausaha

Abstract

This study aims to determine and analyze the effect of self-efficacy, social interaction on entrepreneurial interest which is moderated by the entrepreneurial characteristics of students. The method used in this study was an explanatory survey research with data collection techniques through questionnaires and observations. The population of this study is 400 students of Senior High School 1 Subang class XI for the 2020/2021 academic year with a sample of 100 students by using simple random sampling techinuques. The collected data were then analyzed using descriptive analysis techniques and multiple linear regression with Moderate Regression Analysis (MRA). The results showed 1) the level of interest in entrepreneurship, self-efficacy, social interaction and entrepreneurial characteristics of students were in the medium category. 2) self-efficacy had a positive and significant effect on interest in entrepreneurship. 3) social interaction had a positive and significant effect on interest in entrepreneurship. 4) the entrepreneurial characteristics of the participants moderate the effect of self-efficacy on interest in entrepreneurship. 5) entrepreneurial characteristics did not moderate the effect of social interaction on interest in entrepreneurship.

In this study, descriptive analysis and path analysis were employed as the data processing technique. The results showed that entrepreneurship learning and self-efficacy had a significant positive effect on entrepreneurial intentions. In particular, self-efficacy had the greatest effect on entrepreneurial intentions. There is no difference in entrepreneurial intentions based on the gender aspect. It is recommended to increase entrepreneurship learning through facilities and infrastructure indicators, self-efficacy through generally indicators, and entrepreneurial intentions through the indicators of spirit to try entrepreneurship.

Abstract

Various efforts to increase the low entrepreneurial intention of college students. Therefore, this study aims to find out how the effect of university support and leadership skill on Entrepreneurship Intentions.  The grand theory of this research is the Planned Behavior theory from Ajzen.  The research method used is the Explanatory Survey Method. Research samples were taken from UPI's student population from 13 sections, faculty and regional campuses. The populations are 19,919 students with sample sizes using Isaac Michael formula that obtained 366 respondents. Data collection is using numerical-scale-questionnaires. All questionnaires are tested for validity and reliability. Data analysis techniques use regression analysis in order to find the effect of university support variable and leadership skill on entrepreneurship intentions. The results showed university support and leadership skill had a positive effect on entrepreneurial intention. It is recommended to improve the indicator of the university support variable on business development support, it can be improved through coaching student entrepreneur candidates through business incubators. An indicator that needs to be improved from the leading skill variable is human skill through increasing entrepreneurial activities of college students.

Abstract

The purpose of this study was to determine the effect of entrepreneurial attitudes, subjective norms and perceived behaviour control on entrepreneurial intentions both directly and indirectly and to know the differences in entrepreneurial intentions in terms of gender, regional origin, and scientific fields. The research method used was explanatory survey method. The population was 19,919 students with a sample size of 377 respondents. The research sample taken from the UPI student population consisted of 13 sections, faculties and regional campuses. Data collection used a questionnaire that had been tested for validity and reliability. Data processing techniques used descriptive analysis and path analysis. The results showed that entrepreneurial attitudes and control behaviour had a significant positive effect on entrepreneurial intentions. Perceived behaviour control had the greatest influence on entrepreneurial intentions. There was no difference in intention of entrepreneurship from the aspect of gender, as well as students who come from villages and cities, however there were differences in entrepreneurial intentions from the scientific aspects between science and humanities majors. Suggestions from the results of this study were lecturers and educators should maintain an entrepreneurial attitude by increasing indicators of interest in business opportunities.

Abstract

The purpose of this study is to obtain information on the influence of teacher teaching skills and learning facilities on student learning motivation in Class XI OTKP SMK Nasional Bandung.The theory underlying this research is Maslow's self-actualization motivation theory. This research uses a quantitative approach with survey methods and instruments used in the form of questionnaires distributed class XI OTKP SMK Nasional Bandung as many as 105 respondents. Data analysis techniques use regression analysis. Research conducted on students of class XI OTKP SMK Nasional Bandung obtained the results that the condition of teaching skills, learning facilities against student learning motivation in the high category. The advice that can be given in this study is on the teacher's teaching skills variable to provide provision to educators with IHT, technical guidance and workshops that can improve the ability of teachers professionally as the most dominating variables. In the variables of learning facilities students in online learning can utilize gadgets and other facilities to create effective learning.
