Abstract

Lack of iron, folic acid, zinc, and others since the pregnancy of the mother can cause children born later to potentially experience stunting. Stunting can also affect a child's brain development because, since the fetus, the nutrients absorbed by the child for the development of its organs are lacking. If since the fetus has disturbed the child's brain it will be more difficult to fix it in the future. The purpose of this research analysis is to find out the relationship between stunting and children's learning achievement (grades 3 & 4) State Elementary School No. 07 Matajang Ujungbulu District Bulukumba Regency. The design of this study uses Analytic research with a Cross-Sectional suppressor. The population in this study were all students of Elementary School No. 07 Matajang totaling 128 people. The sampling technique uses a non-random sampling technique with the consecutive sampling method. The number of samples in this research were 54 respondents. Data analysis used the Kolmogorov-Smirnov alternative Chi-Square Test, with a significance level a = 0.05. The results of data analysis show that p = 0,000 <of a = 0.05 thus Ho is rejected and Ha is accepted, meaning that a meaningful result is obtained between stunting and children's learning achievement (grades 3 & 4) State Elementary School No. 07 Matajang Bulukumba Regency. Conclusion: There is a relationship between stunting and children's learning achievement (grades 3 & 4) Public Elementary School No. 07 Matajang Bulukumba Regency.

This research design used a cross-sectional study design. The sampling method used was nonprobability sampling, namely a purposive sampling technique. The research sample was 36 respondents. The research was conducted in August. Research by measuring or observing at the same time (Point Time Approach). The results of the study, namely the results of fisher's alternative chi-square test obtained p-value = 0.008 in the sense that the p-value is smaller than the value of α = 0.05. There is a significant relationship between family support and children's play activities. It is hoped that this research can become information material for parents in accompanying their children during the pandemic and always accompanying children while playing both during the pandemic period and after the pandemic has passed.

Abstract

Complementary feeding should be given after the baby is 6 months old because it can provide great benefits to the baby (Kodrat, 2010). Factors that play an important role in preventing improper complementary feeding are the mother's knowledge and work factors. Mother's behavior in this case plays an important role in preventing improper complementary feeding so that it will reduce the risk of the baby experiencing digestive disorders and can have a stronger immune system. Some mothers do not provide complimentary foods on time. To find out the relationship between the level of knowledge of mothers about complementary foods with the timeliness of complementary feeding in the working area of Puskesmas Caile. This type of research is a quantitative study using a non-experimental design using a cross-sectional approach. The sample of this study was 49 respondents who were taken by consecutive sampling method. The data analysis in this study used the chi-square test statistical test. Based on the results of univariate analysis, it is known that the knowledge of mothers about complementary feeding is at the most sufficient and good categories as many as 44 people (67.7%). And the timeliness of giving complementary foods was in the most precise category as many as 38 people (58.5%). The results of the analysis using the chi-square test obtained a significant value of 0.001 (p <0.05). There is a relationship between the level of knowledge of mothers about complementary foods with breastfeeding and the timeliness of complementary feeding. And it is suggested that the hospital institution is expected to consider its implementation as nursing care regarding the relationship between the level of knowledge of mothers about complementary foods with breastfeeding and the timeliness of complementary feeding.

Purpose The purpose of this study was to determine the effect of giving reflexology therapy on reducing the intensity of menstrual pain in undergraduate nursing study program students at Panrita Husada College of Health Sciences, Bulukumba. Methods This study used a pre-experimental design with a one-group pretest-posttest design approach. The sample of this study was 41 respondents who were taken using the non-probability sampling method with the consecutive sampling technique. The experimental group received reflexology therapy once with a duration of 20 minutes. Analysis of the data in this study using the Wilcoxon test statistic. The results of the analysis used the Wilcoxon test statistical test with a level of confidence (α = 0.05). Based on the results of this test, the value of ρ = 0,000 was obtained, thus ρ <α (0,000 <0.05), so there was an effect of giving reflexology therapy on reducing the intensity of menstrual pain in undergraduate nursing study program students at Stikes Panrita Husada Bulukumba. The conclusion of this study is a Researchers suggest that the results of this study can provide information for people in the surrounding environment, families, and young women about how to deal with menstrual pain without consuming pharmacological drugs but in a non-pharmacological way, namely by using reflexology techniques.

Abstract

The background is that breast milk is the best food for a baby in the first 6 months of life. All nutritional needs such as protein, carbohydrates, fats, vitamins, and minerals are well met from breast milk. There are various factors that can increase the production of breast milk, one of which is by increasing the intake of lactogogum contained in papaya butah. Lacktogogum sitesis is not widely known and relatively expensive so it is necessary to find alternative drugs. Papaya fruit is a fruit that contains lactogogum known as tropical fruit, papaya fruit or Carica papaya is also one type of fruit that has nutritional content and is rich in health benefits. The purpose of this study is to find out the effect of green papaya fruit consumption on increasing breast milk production in breastfeeding mothers. The research method used is the Pre Experiment method with the design of one group pre test and post test design without the use of comparison groups (controls). The results of the study can be seen that the production of breast milk before the consumption of papaya vegetables the average frequency of breastfeeding is 8.7 times and after consuming papaya fruit vegetables increased to 12.95 times with a value of t count = 7,701 greater than the value of t table = 1.74 (t count > t table) with Sig 0.000. Because Sig < 0.05, it means that the average milk production before and after papaya consumption is different. The conclusion is that there is an effect on the consumption of green papaya fruit vegetables on the increase in breast milk production in nursing mothers in Caile Health Center.
