Abstract

SIMAMA adalah Penerimaan Mahasiswa Baru Melalui Seleksi Bersama Poltekkes Kemenkes se Indonesia. Tujuan penelitian ini untuk menggambarkan pelaksanaan penerimaan mahasiswa baru melalui seleksi bersama oleh Poltekkes Kemenkes Palu pada masa pandemi COVID-19. Jenis penelitian deskriptif, menggunakan data sekunder SIMAMA dan wawancara panitia sipensimaru Poltekkes Kemenkes Palu tanggal 18 April 2020. Data meliputi wilayah asal, asal sekolah, jenis kelamin, prodi pilihan, jumlah pendaftar, peserta Portofolio dan kuota yang tersedia. Data disajikan dalam bentuk persentase dan grafik batang. Hasil penelitian pertanggal 18 April 2020 menunjukkan bahwa pendaftar yang berasal dari Provinsi Sulawesi Tengah sebesar 96,3%. Lulusan SMA sebesar 79,8%, SMK sebesar 19,9%. Pendaftar perempuan sebanyak 87,5%. Program studi tertinggi yang menjadi pilihan pertama pendaftar adalah DIII Keperawatan Toli-toli sebesar 93,4%, menyusul Sarjana Terapan Kebidanan 67,0% dan Sarjana Terapan Keperawatan + Ners sebesar 63,8%. Kuota 377 orang akan diisi oleh 609 orang peserta (1:2). Persaingan yang paling ketat pada prodi D-III Keperawatan Palu dengan perbandingannya 1:12. Peserta ujian portofolio sebanyak 609 orang dari 1.031 orang pendaftar (59,7%). Kesimpulan; Pendaftar SIMAMA Poltekkes Kemenkes Palu dari Sulawesi Tengah 96,3%. SMA 79,8%, SMK 19,9%. Perempuan 87,5%. Pilihan pertama pendaftar adalah DIII Keperawatan Toli-toli sebesar 93,4%. Kuota 377 orang akan diisi oleh 609 orang peserta (1:2) paling ketat pada prodi D-III Keperawatan Palu (1:12). Peserta ujian portofolio sebanyak 609 orang dari 1.031 orang pendaftar (59,7%). Dengan informasi SIMAMA ini, Poltekkes Kemenkes Palu akan menyesuaikan pola promosi, penyediaan fasilitas dan sistem pembelajaran yang lebih baik

Abstract

Makanan enteral rumah sakit kaya akan komposisi makro dan mikronutrien sehingga berisiko menjadi sumber pertumbuhan mikroba, langkah preventif uji kualitas mikrobiologi dilakukan untuk menjamin kualitasnya. Tujuan penelitian ini untuk menilai kualitas mikrobiologi makanan enteral rumah sakit Undata Palu dan model pengendalian sanitasinya. Metode observasi pada air dan makanan enteral rumah sakit serta perilaku penjamah makanan. Penelitian dilaksanakan di RS. Undata Palu pada tanggal 4 Juli-31 Oktober 2017. Sampel sebanyak 2 pack perjenis makanan enteral per rumah sakit dengan teknik consecutive sampling. Uji Mikrobiologi di Balai POM Palu meliputi uji angka Lempeng Total, Enterobacteriaceae, Salmonella dan Staphylococcus aureus. Hasil Penelitian menunjukkan tidak terdapat mikroba patogen seperti Escherichia coli, Enterobacteriaceae, Salmonella dan Staphylococcus aureus pada sampel makanan enteral dan air di rumah sakit Undata Palu. Disarankan agar pengendalian sanitasi makanan enteral; pada persiapan, pengolahan, pewadahan dan pendistribusian. Titik kendali kritis yang harus dikendalikan pada proses produksi yaitu pada tahap pengolahan dan kontaminasi fisik seperti rambut, biologi salmonella, shigella, e.coli dan kontaminasi silang alat dan penjamah.

Abstract

Coronavirus 2019 (COVID-19) is currently a global pandemic. Public awareness about washing hands is important in preventing the spread of COVID-19. The purpose of this study was to determine the relationship between increased water sources, basic water services, improved sanitation facilities, basic hand washing facilities, soap and water availability with COVID-19 transmission in 44 countries. Using Demographic and Health Survey Data in 44 countries including data on populations living in households using improved water sources, basic water services, improved sanitation facilities, hand washing practices, basic hand washing facilities with soap and water availability, ownership of electricity, television, cellphones , and households consisting of only those aged> 65 years. Data is downloaded in the form of Excel. The COVID-19 case was reported by the Johns Hopkins University Center for Science and Systems Engineering (CSSE) on April 28, 2020 in 44 countries. DHS program data from 44 countries that are relevant to the CSSE Johns Hopkins University data are carried out linear regression tests and alternatives (spearman test) using SPSS 22. Relationships between variables by looking at the correlation coefficient and p value for each variable. The results of the study are presented in tabular form. Results: Increased water sources, basic water services, improved sanitation facilities, basic hand washing facilities, soap and water available in relation to COVID-19 transmission, with each correlation coefficient of 0.421, 0.506, 0.374, 0.243 and 0.399.

Abstract

The background of the problem in this study is PT. Bank Syariah Mandiri KC. Sibolga does not only have customers who are Muslim but PT Bank Syariah Mandiri KC. Sibolga has non-Muslim customers who account for almost half of the total customers who are motivated to make transactions at the bank. This shows that PT Bank Syariah Mandiri KC. Sibolga is well received by the non-Muslim community in the city of Sibolga. Discussion of research related to the field of Islamic banking. Islamic banks are financial institutions that encourage and invite the public to participate in various products based on sharia principles. While motivation is a set or collection of behaviors that provide a basis for a person to act in a way that is directed towards certain specific goals. The research method used is qualitative research using a descriptive approach. The types of data used are primary data sources and secondary data sources. Taknik followed the data with observation, interviews and documentation. Based on the results of the research conducted, researchers saw that in general the non-Muslim community was motivated by the services provided by PT. Bank Syariah Mandiri KC. Sibolga. motivation of the non-Muslim community to become customers at PT. Bank Syariah Mandiri KC. Sibolga's location is very affordable, a promotion conducted by PT. Bank Syariah Mandiri KC. Sibolga is very suitable with socializing in the market and at school. In addition there are also those who change because of the rules of the Ministry of Religion office that roam as customers at PT. Bank Syariah Mandiri KC. Sibolga.
