The results study indicate that the learning process in class VII-A semester 2 of SMP Negeri 2 Fanayama is increasing. This increase was seen in the processing observation sheets student the activities through the process of cycle I, namely the average percentage of observations student the activity 71,39% and the percentage experiencing an increase in cycle II, which was 76,6%. 77,43% experienced an increase in the process through the second cycle obtained by an average of 82,82% which explained that learning outcomes students class VII-A semester II of SMP Negeri 2 Fanayama 2018/2019 Academic Year the discussion lines and angles there was an increase. This increase is seen the processing the results of learning test process through the first cycle obtained an average percentage success 73,82% and the percentage of incompleteness of 26,18%; processing results the second cycle learning process test obtained average with success percentage of 75,87% and with percentage of incompleteness of 24,13% thus results learning process of have reached the graduation target.

Titik fokus penelitian ialah metode fisika Gasing dan atensi. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui efektifitas metode fisika Gasing dan atensi ditinjau dari hasil belajar siswa di kelas VII SMP Gita Kirtti 2 Jakarta. Metode penelitian yang digunakan ialah metode eksperimen dengan analisis varians (Anava) dua arah. Sampel yang digunakan ialah siswa kelas 8 sebanyak 40 orang yang tersebar di kelas 8-B dan 8-D. Data penelitian yang digunakan untuk menguji hipotesis berasal dari hasil angket atensi dan tes hasil belajar IPA pada pokok materi Besaran dan Pengukuran. Dari hasil penelitian diperoleh kesimpulan bahwa 1) tidak terdapat pengaruh metode fisika gasing terhadap belajar IPA, 2) tidak terdapat pengaruh atensi terhadap hasil belajar IPA dan 3) tidak terdapat pengaruh interaksi metode dan atensi terhadap hasil belajar IPA.

The research aims to describe the connection skills and understanding of students' mathematical concepts, especially in cube and block material. The study took a qualitative approach and used descriptive research. The findings of this research show some of the students still have difficulty understanding the concept of cube and block material. The students are still confused in choosing what procedures (formulas) to use in solving test questions, and the students still have difficulty applying the concept of cubes and blocks in working on problems. Furthermore, for the mathematical connection ability, students did not understand the relationship between the concept of cubes and blocks. This is because students do not understand the test questions and have mastered the previous prerequisite material that relevant to the questions. The students' accuracy in doing arithmetic operations often makes calculation errors. The conclusion is the students' ability to connect and understand mathematical concepts is still low.

Tujuan penelitian ini adalah untuk mengetahui seberapa besar pengaruh motivasi kerja Guru IPA dan disiplin dengan prestasi kerja guru di SMP Nimarwati Lagundri. Metode penelitian yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah metode survey dengan analisis korelasional. Sedangkan data dan informasi di lapangan dijaring dengan bantuan kuesioner. Penelitian ini berdasarkan pada koefisien determinasi diperoleh sebesar 0,595 sedangkan thitung sebesar 6,959. Variabel bebas motivasi kerja (X1) dan disiplin (X2) baik secara masing-masing maupun bersama-sama memberikan kontribusi yang signifikan terhadap variabel terikat prestasi kerja (Y). kontribusi masing-masing variabel bebas terhadap variabel terikat ada : a) Variabel disiplin sebesar 59,5%. b) Variabel motivasi kerja guru IPA sebesar 50,3%, Kontribusi kedua variabel bebas secara bersama-sama terhadap variabel terikat adalah 69,2%. Dengan diketahuinya sumbangan variabel motivasi kerja (X1) dan disiplin (X2) sebesar 69,2% terhadap prestasi kerja guru, maka dapat diambil kesimpulan bahwa 30,8% prestasi kerja guru disebabkan oleh faktor-faktor lain.

The purpose of this study was to determine the improvement of the science learning outcomes of physics at the Gateway Team learning process. The research method used was classroom action research (CAR) with a qualitative approach. Based on the results of the study found that the completeness of student learning in the first cycle of 55.17% still did not reach the target. In the second cycle, there was an increase with 100% student completeness which means that it had reached the target. Based on observations of teacher activities and student activities, obtained an increase in learning. To observe teacher activity increased from 72.12% in the first cycle to 94.23% in the second cycle. And for the observation of student activity increased from 72.73% in the first cycle to 90.91% in the second cycle. Then the research can be concluded that the application of Team Gateway learning strategies can improve student learning outcomes because it is very useful to support student creativity in analyzing problems to improve student learning outcomes. Researchers suggest teachers should use the Gateway Team learning strategy because students interact with one another to strengthen the knowledge they have acquired and also require students to work together in groups to solve problems in the material so that student learning outcomes are better and teachers are advised to use index cards and learning resources in the form of textbooks that are support student activities.

This research motivated by the problem academic talent, especially in science-physics subjects, because many students do not achieve minimum mastery in science-physics subjects. Research sub-focus 1) The performance of science-physics teachers at the BNKP Telukdalam Christian Private Junior High School. 2) The academic talent of the seventh grade physics subject. The type of research used is qualitative research with a phenomenological approach. The results showed that 1) The performance of the science-physics teachers was good, where the Guidance and Counseling teachers carried out their duties well according to the function of Guidance and Counseling services. 2) Grade VII students have IPA-Physics academic talent, where students try to solve difficult problems by asking the IPA-Physics subject teacher, and looking for reference sources on the internet that have the same IPA-physics questions. The conclusion of the research on the role of science-physics teachers in developing students' science academic talent by providing knowledge about talent, teachers providing insight into knowledge about their talents, it can open up students' views about their talents more broadly.

Abstrak: Tujuan dalam penelitian ini adalah untuk mengetahui peningkatan hasil pembelajaran kooperatif make a match pada aplikasi jarak dan perpindahan. Metode penelitian yang digunakan adalah quasi experimental design. Populasi dan sampel Penelitian adalah kelas X. Hasil penelitian diperoleh rata-rata nilai siswa kelas eksperimen tes awal diperoleh 61,25 dan pada tes akhir 71,25 sedangkan pada kelas kontrol tes awal diperoleh 60 dan pada tes akhir 68,46. Melalui pengujian hipotesis thitung=6,804>ttabel=1,672 yang artinya hipotesis diterima. Kesimpulan dari hasil penelitian ini adalah pembelajaran make a match dapat meningkatkan kreativitas belajar siswa, menghindari kejenuhan siswa dalam mengikuti proses belajar mengajar, dapat memupuk kerja sama siswa dalam menjawab pertanyaan dengan mencocokkan kartu yang ada di tangan mereka, proses pembelajaran lebih menarik dan nampak sebagian besar siswa lebih antusias mengikuti proses pembelajaran dan keaktifan siswa tampak sekali pada saat siswa mencari pasangan kartunya masing-masing. Peneliti memberi saran yaitu hendaknya guru menggunakan pembelajaran kooperatif make a match karena dapat meningkatkan pemahaman siswa melalui proses belajar mengajar khususnya pada aplikasi jarak dan perpindahan. Kata Kunci: Peningkatan hasil; pembelajaran make a match; jarak dan perpindahan Abstract:  The purpose of this study was to determine the increase the results of cooperative learning make a match on distance and displacement applications. The research method used quasi experimental design. The population and sample of study were class X. The results the study obtained an average score students in initial test experimental class obtained 61.25 and in the final test 71.25 while in the initial test control class obtained 60 and the final test 68.46. Through testing the hypothesis t = 6.804> t table = 1.672 which means the hypothesis is accepted. The conclusion from the results of this study is that learning to make a match can increase student learning creativity, avoiding the saturation students in following the teaching and learning process, can foster student cooperation in answering questions by matching the cards in their hands, the learning process is more interesting and seems to be most students are more enthusiastic about following the learning process and student activity most apparent when students look for their respective card pairs. Researchers give advice that teachers should use make a match cooperative learning because it can improve student understanding through teaching and learning processes, especially the application of distance and displacement. Keywords:  Increased yields; learning to make a match; distance and displacement

Metode penelitian ini adalah metode quasi eksperimen yang bersifat kuantitatif yaitu kelas eksperimen digunakan model Creative Problem Solving sedangkan dikelas kontrol digunakan metode konvensional. Hasil penelitian yang diperoleh bahwa dikelas eksperimen dengan melakukan pretest diperoleh rata-rata hasil belajar 62,65 dan postest diperoleh rata-rata hasil belajar 84,61. Sedangkan dikelas kontrol pada pretest diperoleh rata-rata hasil belajar 64,54 dan postest diperoleh rata-rata hasil belajar 73,70 yang artinya model Creative Problem Solving lebih berpengaruh pada hasil belajar. Kesimpulan penelitian berdasarkan perhitungan uji hipotesis diketahui thitung = 5,216 lebih besar dari ttabel = 1,667 dengan signifikan 5%. Karna thitung ttabel maka Ha diterima dan Ho ditolak yang artinya “ada pengaruh model pembelajaran Creative Problem Solving terhadap hasil belajar kognitif siswa”.

The purpose of this research to find out the improvement students' science learning achievement in the Learning Cycle learning model on energy material and its changes. This type of research is quantitative research with experimental methods. Based on the research results obtained: (1) the average value on the initial test in the experimental class was 70 while the average value of the initial test in the control class was 69.86. (2) The average value of the final test in the experimental class was 84.22, while the average value of the final test in the control class was 73.39. (3) Based on the calculation of the hypothesis test obtained thitung = 3,746> ttable = 1,667. This shows the value of t> t table. Because the value of t> t table then Ha is accepted and Ho rejected at significant level of 5%. So it can be concluded that the increase in science learning achievement of students in the Learning Cycle learning model has positive effect on student achievement in energy material and its changes in Class VI of Lagundri Country. Researcher's suggestion: It is expected that every science subject teacher applies the Learning Cycle learning model to improve student learning achievement.

This study aims to introduce what types of medicinal plants can be used by families in the community, how to mix and process plants that can be used as family medicine, and people's perceptions about family medicinal plants. This research is a type of qualitative research with a descriptive approach with a total of 10 respondents. Data collection by carrying out activities of observation, interviews, documentation. Data analysis techniques through three stages, namely data reduction, data presentation, and drawing conclusions/verification. Based on the results of the discussion it can be concluded that there are 23 plant species that can be utilized by the community of Botohilisiambo Village as a Family Medicinal Plant, how to mix family medicinal plants varies greatly, depending on the type of plant and disease, Botohilisilambo villagers have a good perception of family medicinal plants.
