Abstract

Artikel ini mengkonstruksi pembingkaian pemberitaan Polri pada media online untuk melegitimasi penyelenggaraan kekuasaan secara konstitusional. Penelusuran dibatasi hanya pada 35 publikasi selama 2018-2019, menggunakan metodologi kualitatif studi kepustakaan dan dokumenter dengan paradigma konstruktivis, teori media massa dan kajian teori framing model Gamson dan Modigliani. Penelitian berfokus pada tema kunci model pemberitaan/wacana yang kerap disuguhkan media online lokal berbahasa Indonesia, dan tantangan yang direspon kehumasan Polri menghadapi pemilu era demokrasi digital. Ada ada 7 tema sentral yaitu netralitas TNI dan Polri; strategi; antisipasi Polri; partisipasi masyarakat; titik kerawanan terkait masalah hoaks, SARA, politik identitas, black campaign); kinerja dan publikasi; dan peningkatan kepercayaan masyarakat. Bersama TNI, Polri perlu ingin menjaga soliditas dan netralitas menghadapi permasalahan sosial dan politik dengan melibatkan partisipasi masyarakat agar titik-titik kerawanan di daerah pemilihan dapat diatasi, termasuk tantangannya ke depan. Transparansi kinerja dan publikasi Polri yang baik dapat meningkatkan kepercayaan masyarakat terhadap Polri.

Abstract

Planning and communication strategies are one of the keys in increasing adaptability in an institution or organization, including Islamic boarding schools. The purpose of this study is to determine the planning and communication strategies in increasing the adaptability of human resources and competitiveness of the Madinatul Qur'an Islamic boarding school in Depok. Through qualitative descriptive method, the results of planning and communication strategies are obtained according to the stages.  The planning stage is to formulate the scientific, capacity and character building.  The strategy formulation stage produces an aggressive strategy, involving HR target as partners with various stimuly, refresher strategy through social service practices, growth strategy through the development of intellectual, religious, humanist and adaptive character; defensive strategies through interdisciplinary and transdisciplinary training. Furthermore, the stages of personal competence, through improving communication, managerial and business skills, control stages that focus on the uniqueness of tahfidz, the supervision stage, in the form of optimizing the role of HR and the evaluation stage, in order to encourage the sensitivity of HR to technological developments. Lastly is the communication strategy stage. The graduates of Ma'had Aly will be facilitated with a bachelor degree In order to fulfill the stakeholders’ demand.

Abstract

In quantitative research, verification is a common method used to check whether a method is correct by verifying or without corrections from what has been carried out elsewhere, by taking similar problems in life. The quantitative approach leads to a scientific approach to managerial and economic decision making. This approach consists of problem formulation, finding solutions, testing solutions, analyzing results and implementation of the results in achieving such as measure (calculation).This study aims to verify the role model of the business communication corridor. Analysis will address this question:how much influence a dimension of a strategy consisting of two independent variables, product and price of the Olympic brand furniture has on the dimensions of purchasing behavior as the dependent variable at the outlet at Carrefour MT Haryono, Jl Raya MT Haryono, South Jakarta.This research will apply business communication strategy theory (pricing strategy, product strategy, consumer behavior, purchasing decision and social category in order to represent discipline of social science).For methodology, this research uses a verification study analysis with a positivistic paradigm. Data are referred to population of 450; 82 samples, while in the implementation and research, only 30 respondents were used as samples.This study has resulted an important conclusion about the dimension of price strategy conducted by Olympic brand in that specific outlet. The furniture prices here are actually not cheap and rather close to the expensive in category (it is measured 2,25 at mean scale dimension). It shows the opinion of buyers who think the prices of furniture has a tendency to be expensive.In the dimension of product strategy, it is clear  that the products  and strategies of Olympic furnitures are particularly targetted the household of urban middle class Indonesian. It can be verified from looking at the quality standard of products which are either not too good or too bad, at least from the eyes of the buyers.The research also finds that the decision to buy an Olympic product is determined by a number of specific indicators, namely: the quality, the price, kind of products and place where products are sold.  It has been validated through this research that Olympic furniture products are mostly bought by ordinary buyers. They buy the products spontaneously at the Olympic outlet at Carefour. They are not those regular or typical inexperienced buyers.

Abstract

Abstrak: Masyarakat RW.06 Kelurahan Ciganjur pada dasarnya sudah mengelola, merawat serta dan memelihara lingkungan. Namun upaya tersebut belum optimal dalam pengelolaan sampah rumah tangga. Tujuan pengabdian kepada masyarakat ini adalah untuk lebih meningkatkan pemahaman penanggulangan sampah rumah tangga bagi warga ibu rumaha tanggal anggota dasawisma RW.06 dengan mencontoh model bank sampah “Berseri”. Kegiatan pengabdian dilakukan dengan metode penyuluhan dan pelatihan pemilahan sampah yang terdiri atas kegiatan perencanaan, pelaksanan dan monitoring dan evaluasi. Hasil pengabdian menunjukkan bahwa terjadi peningkatan pemahaman masyarakat mitra pada kegiatan pengelolaan lingkungan sebesar 80 persen. Masyarakat juga bersedia memilah sampah rumah tangganya dan memiliki tabungan sampah secara personal dan komunal. Seluruh mitra peserta kegiatan ini juga 100 persen bersedia memiliki buku tabungan sampah. Kedua hal tersebut, menjadi salah satu perwujudan partisipasi masyarakat terhadap penciptaan wilayah yang asri dan lestari di Jakarta Selatan.Abstract: The RW.06 Ciganjur region community has managed, cared for, and maintained their environment. However, these efforts have not been optimal in managing household waste. The community service aims to enhance the understanding of household waste management for housewives of the RW.06 residents who are a member of dasawisma. The program activity was adopting the "Berseri" waste bank model. The activities were counseling methods and waste sorting training, which contained three main activities. The activities were planned, actuating then monitored and evaluated. The results showed that there was an increase in the partner's understanding of environmental management activities by 80 percent. They were also willing to sort their household waste and held personal and communal waste savings. All partners participating in this activity were also 100 percent willing to have a waste savings book. These two things are one of the manifestations of community participation in the creation of a scenic and sustainable area in South Jakarta.

Abstract

The main problem of this research is, how to know the hidden meaning of photo essay from social and psychological aspects. The purpose of this research itself is to find out the hidden meanings in the essay photo, apart from what is visible. This study uses a qualitative descriptive method, which is a method that aims to provide as accurate a picture as possible of the characteristics of an individual, the characteristics of a group or individual society as well as to find out and examine the characteristics of interest. With the data analysis technique, namely the semiotic analysis model used by Roland Barthes (1990), namely, analyzing the sign. In this model, the main idea is focused on the two-stage significance (two order signification). Data collection was obtained through literature study accompanied by interviews with a photography. The results of this study indicate that in the photo essay there is a hidden meaning from a social and psychological perspective.

Abstract

Kebutuhan manusia dari tahun berganti tahun terus bertambah. Perabot rumah merupakan salah satu kebutuhan rumah tangga yang patut dipikirkan dimasa depan khususnya bagi kaum urban di perkotaan yang hubungannya sangat erat dengan pola gaya hidup modern. Gaya modern atau modernisasi lahir di perkotaan karena adanya tuntutan hidup yang serba sederhana dan praktis. Perabot bergaya modern umumnya terkesan dingin dan tak berjiwa akibat desain dan bahan yang lebih banyak menitikberatkan pada fungsi dan efisiensi. Segala sesuatu ditampilkan polos dan sederhana, tidak rumit agar lebih mudah dalam perawatan. Untuk menghilangkan kesan kaku , dingin dan tak berjiwa perlu siasat atau kiat-kiat khusus agar suasana perabot menjadi lebih hangat dan menarik yaitu melalui permainan dan penambahan wujud bentuk (visual arts) yang tetap mendasarkan diri pada fungsi utama perabot ( forms follow function). Tak hanya itu, yang patut diperhatikan kembali dalam mendesain perabot mebel aspek pertimbangannya tidak semata berfungsi dengan baik namun aman dan nyaman bagi si pemakainya, selain itu mampu memiliki daya tarik tersendiri bagi orang yang memandang dengan pendekatan nilai-nilai estetis keindahannya".

Abstract

The world of information technology coming in 4.0 era, that why any company should be used internet networking for communicated the people whom they serve. Open access models will descripe reformation in organizational birocracy in Indonesia especially for goverment reputation. Further research in this area may include netters reaction and attitude for government organization reputation. the Theoretical study in this research was uses and gratification theories and behavioral psychological. The metodological research uses positivistic paradigm and quantitative model. Sampel this research 92 respondens which all student in a campus in Jakarta. Finding research talk about there are low impact for information from Government’s website with attitude hanging netters for government reputation. Netters always look a website just in updating reporting informations. Beside it’s attitude netters for issues acquistion in medium level so website management must be make attractive for performance information.

Abstract

The research aims to determine the Dompet Dhuafa Foundation's CSR strategy in building brand differentiation through the establishment of the Smart Ekselensia Republika school. It also concerns the dynamics of the Dompet Dhuafa Foundation's business paradigm which focuses on CSR programs to form brand differentiation. This type of research is case study with a qualitative descriptive method. It aims to describe the establishment of a school accompanied by an explanation of the process of occurrence, development and changes in various aspects of the dynamics of its CSR. Thus, there are peculiarities of cases which the researcher describes descriptively based on dynamic and contextual chronology. The results showed that the Dompet Dhuafa Foundation's CSR strategy in building brand differentiation is based on social awareness, that business contributions are social benefits; economic awareness, that the maximum profit from business is the maximum benefit in increasing charity in society; and legal awareness, that justice efforts that have been criticized by the pudblic can be maximally fulfilled because the efforts being carried out have a segment of the dhuafa. Differentiation is an achievement that combines the shared value business context in the three intelligences. Intellectual intelligence is proven in the provision of education, emotional intelligence by building social service businesses for the poor, as well as spiritual intelligence with the principles of trust, worship and Islam. So, business differentiation is a business that presents God in its operations.
