Abstract

This study aims to determine the response of several varieties of long bean plants (Vigna sinensis L.) to the administration of rabbit manure doses. This research was conducted in Subak Pagutan, West Denpasar District, Denpasar City. The height of the place is at 75 m above sea level and the average temperature of 27-32 0C was carried out on April 8 to June 25, 2018. The design used in this study was a Randomized Block Design (RBD) consisting of 2 factors, namely: The dosage treatment of Rabbit Manure consists of 3 levels, namely: D0 (0 tons ha-1), D1 (5 ton/ha), D2 (10 ton/ha), and D3 (15 tons/ha). Variety treatment consists of 3 levels, namely: V1 (Pertiwi Varieties), V2 (Tavi Parade Varieties), and V3 (Patria BM Varieties). In the treatment of rabbit manure dose of 5 tons / ha (D1) gave the highest yield on the fresh weight of pods per plant that is 693.35 g, an increase of 28.71% when compared with the lowest fresh weight of harvested pods, namely the treatment of rabbit manure dose of 15 tons/ha (D3) which is 538.66 g. The highest fresh weight of pods per plant obtained in the treatment of Pertiwi (V1) 708.21 g was not significantly different from the treatment of Pertiwi (V2) 636.95 g and significantly different from the treatment of Patria BM (V3) 494.21 g. An increase of 43.30%, 29.48% when compared with the lowest in the treatment of Patria BM (V3) varieties, namely 494.21 g

Abstract

This research was conducted on 20 March to 15 June 2018. Aiming to find out the response of plant melon (Cucumis melo L). The design used in this study was a Randomized Block Design (RBD) which consists of two factors. IE: pruning Treatment consists of three levels, namely: P1 (trimming 1 week after planting), P2 (trimming 2 weeks after planting), P3 (the 3 trimming after planting). Treatment interval of the giving of the rabbit urine consists of 4 levels, namely: U0 (unannounced), U2 (3 days), and U3 (6 days). U4 (9 days). Thus there are 12 treatment combinations and each treatment was repeated three times so that there are 36 pot experiment. esearch results indicate that the interaction between treatment and trimming the interval of granting influential rabbit urine not real against all variables were observed. P3 gives the amount of pruning treatment of branches per plant increased with branch 16.25 highest 25% when compared to the number of branch lowest branch at the time of 13.00 i.e. pruning of P1. Pruning treatment gives the highest total solids solution P1 15.58 ͦ brix with increased 10.73% compared with lowerst total solids solution i.e. 14.07 ͦ brix at the time the pruning of P3. While on the treatment interval rabbit urine U2 the highest value in the variable weight of fresh fruit per plant that is 984.87 (g) and lowest at the treatment the U3 with the value of the different g 883.33 unreal with U1 and U0 treatment each value that is 943.78 g and 889.39 g.

Abstract

Abstract This study aims to determine the effect of treatment of fertilization time and dosage of nitrogen to the growth and yield of peanut plants. This experiment is a two-factor experiment with incomplete randomized block design. The first factor is the time (S) of fertilizer consisting of three levels: During planting (S0), 15 days after planting (S1), 30 days after planting (S2), The second factor is the dosage of Nitrogen (N) fertilizer consisting of three levels: 25 kg/ha (N1), 50 kg/ha (N2). The results showed that treatment of fertilization time and a dose of nitrogen showed no significant effect on plant height, maximum leaf number, leaf area index, the total pod containing, total void pod, total pod number, oven dry weight of oven plants, and harvesting index. The interaction of nitrogen dose with a time of fertilization gave a very real effect to most observed variables except for maximum plant height, maximum leaf number, leaf area, harvest index that is not significant. The high dry weight of seed oven per plant was obtained at the fertilizer interaction treatment at 15 days after planting and the dose of nitrogen 25 kg/ha was 30.33 g and or increased by 152.75% and when compared with the control of 12.00 g. From a result of regression analysis got an optimum dose of nitrogen fertilizer that is 34.15 kg/ha with the dry weight of oven seeds per plant maximum 26.73 g. Keywords: Fertilization time, nitrogen dosage, peanut result
