Abstract

Kantor Kepala Desa Sei Kamah I yang terletak di Kecamatan Sei Dadap Kabupaten Asahan yang beralamat dijalan Sei Kamah Baru Kecamatan Sei Dadap memiliki Kader Keluarga Berkualitas, Permasalahan yang terjadi pada para kader tersebut yaitu masih kurangnya ilmu pengetahuan tentang teknologi untuk mempromosikan usahanya kepada pelanggan. Hal ini menjadi sebuah kendala karena situasi pandemic covid 19 saat ini yang mengharuskan semua kalangan lebih kreatif lagi dalam membangun skill salah satunya dalam bidang desain grafis yang bermanfaat untuk mempromosikan usaha mereka melalui penggunaan desain grafis ini dapat menghasilkan poster, banner dan lain-lain. Dari hasil pelatihan yang telah kami lakukan kepada para kader KB di Kelurahan Sei Kamah I dirasakan sangat bermanfaat. Hal ini berdasarkan hasil dari pengetahuan para kader yang antusias dalam mengikuti kegiatan ini dan mendapatkan pengalaman serta ilmu yang bermanfaat.

Abstract

Smart Study Center is a computer course located in Kisaran City, Asahan Regency, North Sumatra Province. This computer-based course has promoted to various places, especially around Kisaran City. But sometimes there are obstacles in doing this, because it is not easy to determine the location of the promotion quickly and precisely. Promotion is the communication of information between sellers and potential buyers or others in the channel to influence attitudes and behavior. In addition, the application of information technology in the field of promotion can facilitate the management of information which, if processed properly, can produce new knowledge that is very useful in making future decisions. It takes research and consideration of many aspects which of course will take a lot of time. The majority of the Smart Study Center Kisaran students come from various public and private vocational high schools and high schools in Kisaran City and its surroundings. This is certainly one of the important factors to promote the acceptance of new students in an effort to increase the number of new students every year. With the application of data mining using the K-Means Clustering method on the acceptance of new students in the Smart Study Center Kisaran course by grouping research object items based on their similarity in nature, so that information will be obtained about which areas have high potential to bring in new students. K-Means Clustering can group large enough data quickly and accurately so that decision making in determining the location of the promotion in the next year can be done effectively and efficiently. The data attributes used in this study are the names of majors such as, TKJ, RPL, and Ms Office. The result of this system is the determination of the location of the promotion with 2 clusters i.e. feasible (C1) and unfit (C2)

Abstract

The Datuk Bandar District Office of Tanjungbalai City annually holds a performance competition between villages to determine the best village by the criteria that have been determined. Selection is carried out through administrative selection, presentation selection, and visit selection, concerning Permendagri number 13 of 2007 concerning guidelines for organizing village and village competitions. For administrative selection, there are already separate rules and systems used to calculate the score of the assessment results. Presentation selection is judged by the mastery of the material, the appearance of giving the material, and the timeliness of the presentation. As for the selection of airy visits, it is assessed from superior products and innovations. So far in the process of assessing the presentation selection and field visit selection at the village competition at the level of the Datuk Bandar District Office of Tanjungbalai City, the assessment team formed by the Tanjungbalai City Datuk Camat still has difficulty in determining the best village performance due to differences of opinion between the assessment team and each other in determining the winner. In addition, the calculation process is still done manually so the calculation results take a long time and the possibility of miscalculation occurs. The results of the village performance competition are considered not objective, it should be worthy of being the best village but not getting it. For this reason, the application of decision support systems is needed to help provide recommendations with more accurate, effective, and efficient results.The method used in this decision support system is MFEP, as an alternative solution for decision-makers to easily determine the village performance competition that deserves the title of the best village based on the weight value obtained in the assessment process. The results of this study, can help in the assessment system of the Village Performance Competition at the Datuk District Office of Tanjungbalai City Where the results of sirantau village as the village with the best performance with a value of 3,765, then sijambi village with a value of 3,471 and johor panti village with a value of 3,412.

Abstract

Pengabdian masyarakat adalah suatu kegiatan yang bertujuan membantu masyarakat tertentu dalam beberapa aktivitas tanpa mengharapkan imbalan dalam bentuk apapun. Secara umum program ini dirancang oleh berbagai universitas atau institut yang ada di Indonesia untuk memberikan kontribusi nyata bagi bangsa Indonesia, khususnya dalam mengembangkan kesejahteraan dan kemajuan bangsa Indonesia. Kegiatan Pengabdian Masyarakat merupakan salah satu bagian dari Tri Dharma Perguruan Tinggi. Kegiatan pengabdian kepada masyarakat dengan Judul “Pelatihan Desain Grafis Untuk Meningkatkan Kreatifitas Remaja Dalam Berwirausaha” bertujuan untuk memberikan pengetahuan kepada remaja Desa Mekar Sari tentang Desain Grafis untuk berwirausaha. Metode yang digunakan dalam kegiatan ini adalah Memberikan pelatihan langsung kepada warga dimana sebelumnya melaksanakan survei langsung ke lokasi dan juga mewawancarai Kepala Desa Mekar Sari.

Abstract

A Competition in various industries in Indonesia is getting tougher. Various companies are vying to be at the forefront of consumers' minds. One of the strategies implemented is the Customer Relationship Management (CRM) strategy. Electronic Customer Relationship Management (E-CRM) is part of a business strategy aimed at maintaining customer loyalty and satisfaction. Technological advances encourage companies to make breakthroughs, one of which is combining CRM business strategies with information technology. The purpose of this study is to overcome these problems, namely by building E-CRM combined with information technology, so that it is hoped that it can help monitor the product improvement process that customers complain about and find out what customers need. The problems that occur at Zahreen Store are, the sales process at Zahreen Store is still doing conventional sales, there are no facilities that help customers to get information, convey an assessment of the product and also experience difficulties in processing and storing customer data that has made transactions buy and sell. This study utilizes CRM features that aim to help the service system at Zahreen Store to attract new customers and retain old customers and expand the sales system. The research method used is a qualitative research method by conducting interviews and observations. This application is made using PHP as programming material and MySQL as database server.

Abstract

Abstract: Organic fertilizers are fertilizers consisting of living things, some of which come from the weathering of plant, animal and human remains. Organic fertilizers can be in solid or liquid form. At the Meranti Village Unit Cooperative (KUD) which is the place of business for selling organic fertilizer in Meranti District, Asahan Regency. In the absence of a system that regulates the problem of supplying organic fertilizers, there are still many shortcomings in providing information on organic fertilizers. For organic fertilizer inventory data, it still uses a manual recording system. Therefore, in overcoming this inventory problem, a strategy and system implementation using the EOQ (Economic Order Quantity) method is used. EOQ is a calculation in inventory management that aims to determine the most economical number of orders by minimizing the cost of ordering goods and the cost of storing goods. EOQ is also supported by the ROP (Reorder Point) method. In this ROP method, we can calculate when the company places an order for goods again. The purpose of this research is to make it easier for the KUD to be more effective and efficient in recording organic fertilizer supplies and minimize the error rate manually when registering. Keywords: Organic Fertilizer Inventory; EOQ Method; PHP and MYSQL.  Abstrak: Pupuk organik adalah pupuk yang terdiri dari makhluk hidup yang sebagian berasal dari pelapukan sisa-sisa tumbuhan, hewan dan manusia. Pupuk organik dapat berbentuk padat atau cair. Pada Koperasi Unit Desa (KUD) Meranti yang menjadi tempat usaha penjualan pupuk organik di Kecamatan Meranti Kabupaten Asahan. Dengan belum adanya sistem yang mengatur masalah persediaan pupuk organik, maka masih banyak kekurangan dalam penyediaan informasi pupuk organik. Untuk data persediaan pupuk organik masih menggunakan sistem pencatatan manual saja. Oleh karena itu, dalam mengatasi masalah persediaan ini digunakan strategi dan penerapan sistem menggunakan Metode EOQ (Economic Order Quantity). EOQ merupakan perhitungan dalam manajemen persediaan yang bertujuan untuk menentukan jumlah pemesanan yang paling ekonomis dengan meminimalkan biaya pemesanan barang dan biaya penyimpanan barang. EOQ juga didukung dengan metode ROP (Reorder Point). Dalam metode ROP ini, kita dapat menghitung kapan perusahaan melakukan pemesanan barang kembali. Tujuannya penelitian ini agar mempermudah pihak KUD untuk lebih efektif dan efisien dalam mendata persediaan pupuk organik serta meminimalisir tingkat kekeliruan secara manual saat mendata. Kata Kunci: Persediaan Pupuk Organik; Metode EOQ; PHP dan MYSQL.

Abstract

Abstract: Data Mining is a term used to describe the processes in each itemset to be able to find the results of each item. Analysis is used to determine the promotion of electronic products, namely the a priori algorithm association rules, therefore UD Surya Elektronik Shop for increasing sales results must have other strategies to be able to improve the sales system. One way is to determine the goods to be promoted to consumers. The collection of sales data that is owned can actually be processed using data mining to see customer buying patterns, with data mining for large data it will not be wasted and can be useful so that it can provide benefits to the company. In this study, the data processing uses the Apriori Algorithm, which is a data mining method that aims to find association patterns based on purchasing patterns made by consumers, so that it can be seen which items are often purchased simultaneously. Kata Kunci : Data Mining, Apriori Algorithms, Product Promotion  Abstrak: Data Mining adalah suatu istilah yang digunakan untuk menguraikan proses-proses di setiap itemset untuk dapat menemukan hasil setiap item-item nya, Analisa yang digunakan untuk menentukan promosi produk-produk elektronik yaitu dengan aturan asosiasi algoritma apriori, oleh karena itu Toko UD Surya Elektronik untuk meningkatkan hasil penjualan maka harus memiliki strategi lain untuk dapat meningkatkan sistem penjualannya. Salah satunya adalah dengan menentukan barang yang akan dipromosikan kepada konsumen. Kumpulan data penjualan yang dimiliki sebenarnya dapat diolah menggunakan data mining untuk melihat pola pembelian pelanggan, dengan data mining untuk data yang besar tidak akan terbuang begitu saja dan dapat bermanfaat sehingga dapat memberikan keuntungan kepada perusahaan. Pada penelitian ini, proses pengolahan data menggunakan Algoritma Apriori yang merupakan salah satu metode data mining yang bertujuan untuk mencari pola assosiasi berdasarkan pola pembelian yang dilakukan oleh konsumen, sehingga bisa diketahui item-item barang apa saja yang sering dibeli secara bersamaan. Kata Kunci : Data Mining, Algoritma Apriori, Promosi Produk.

Abstract

Abstract: In the world of education, a learning medium is needed, especially in an era that is all technological, it is hoped that students from TK Kemala Bhayangkari 08 Kisaran have a learning medium that is easier to understand and can be applied, for example by applying English learning using Android-based media, The system is designed using Adobe Flash CS6 and Action Script 3.0 Android Air Pugin for Adoobe Flash CS6 as a tool for making scripts on Android which aree displayed in the form of language and attractive images and sounds, so that children can easily learn basic English and better understand with the presence of images and sound. This application should be able to develop both emotional and spiritual intelligence of children and increase children’s insight in speaking English which was previously through independent learning or with other assistance for learning with Android-based English education, including images and sounds. Keywords: Android,  Learning Media, Picture Dictionary  Abstrak: Dalam dunia Pendidikan sangat dibutuhkan sebuah media belajar, apalagi di zaman yang sudah serba teknologi maka diharapkan murid dari TK Kemala Bhayangkari 08 Kisaran memiliki suatu media belajar yang lebih mudah  dipahami dan dapat diterapkan, adapun contohnya dengan mengaplikasi kan pembelajaran bahasa Inggris menggunakan media berbasis Android,  sistem yang dirancang menggunakan Adobe Flash CS6 dan Action Script 3.0 Android Air Pugin for Adobe Flash CS6 sebagai bahan bantu pembuatan script  pada Android yang ditampilkan dalam bentuk bahasa serta gambar yang menarik dan suara, agar anak lebih mudah dalam mempelajari bahasa Inggris dasar serta lebih memahami dengan adanya gambar dan suara. Aplikasi ini harusnya dapat mengembangkan kecerdasan baik emosional dan spiritual anak dan menambah wawasan anak dalam mengucapkan bahasa Inggris, yang tadinya dengan cara belajar mandiri atau dengan pendampingan lain untuk pembelajaran dengan edukasi bahasa Inggris yang berbasis Android disertakan gambar dan suara. Kata Kunci : Android, Kamus Bergambar, Media Pembelajaran

Abstract

Abstract: Australia chicken eggs are one of the animal foods that are consumed in addition to meat, fish and milk. Australian chicken eggs contain high nutrition, sustainable availability, and relatively higher prices compared to other eggs, making Australian chicken eggs in great demand by consumers. However, Australian chicken eggs are easily damaged and decreased in quality due to the entry of bacteria into the eggs. CV. Bintang Ternak selection of quality eggs is still done manually by employees, so there is a need for a new method in determining quality eggs. cv. Bintang Ternak has a sample of 90 Australian chicken eggs. The sample used is Australian chicken egg shell, in determining the quality of Australian chicken eggs can be seen from the condition of the egg shells. Planning in solving these problems will use the C4.5 algorithm method. With the application of the C4.5 algorithm method contained in the rapidminer5 application, there are several advantages to be gained, namely in making a simpler decision, shortening employee work, more flexibility in selecting class attributes, accuracy in predicting more effectively and efficiently and easy to understand with there are conclusions generated by the rapidminer5 application that can be seen from the decision tree or rules obtained using 90 samples of test data resulting in an accuracy of 90%. Keywords: Rapid Miner5;Algorithm C4.5;Determining the Best Quality of Australian Chicken Eggs. Abstract: Telur Ayam Autralia merupakan salah satu bahan makanan hewani yang dikonsumsi selain daging, ikan dan susu. Telur ayam australia mengandung gizi yang tinggi, ketersediaan yang berkelanjutan, dan harga yang relatif lebih dibandingkan dengan telur lainnya sehingga menjadikan telur ayam australia sangat diminati oleh para konsumen. Namun, telur ayam australia mudah mengalami kerusakan dan penurunan kualitas akibat masuknya bakteri kedalam telur. CV. Bintang Ternak pemilihan telur yang berkualitas masih dilakukan secara manual oleh karyawan, sehigga perlu adanya metode terbaru dalam penentuan telur yang berkualitas. Cv. Bintang Ternak memiliki sampel telur ayam australia 90 butir. Sampel yang digunakan yaitu kulit telur ayam australia, dalam menentukan kualitas telur ayam australia dapat dilihat dari kondisi kulit telurnya. Perencanaan dalam penyelesaian permasalahan tersebut akan menggunakan metode algoritma C4.5. Dengan adanya penerapan metode algoritma C4.5 yang terdapat pada aplikasi rapidminer5 maka ada beberapa keuntungan yang didapat diperoleh yaitu dalam mengambil suatu keputusan lebih sederhana, mempersingkat pekerja karyawan, lebih fleksibel dalam pemilihan atribut kelas, keakuratan dalam memprediksi lebih efektif dan efisien dan mudah dipahami dengan adanya kesimpulan yang dihasilkan oleh aplikasi rapidminer5 yang dapat dilihat dari pohon keputusan atau rule yang diperoleh dengan menggunakan 90 sampel data uji memghasilkan akurasi sebesar 90%. Kata kunci:RapidMiner5;Algoritma C4.5;Menentukan Kualitas Telur Ayam Australia Terbaik.

Abstract

Abstarct: Typhoid fever is an acute infectious disease that occurs in the human digestive tract (especially the small intestine) caused by salmonella tyhpi, in different phases the bacteria can spread to the bloodstream and even to the human bones. So with this disease detection needs to be done since. This research builds an expert system to diagnose typhoid fever with a backward chaining method with an inference process so that it can be used to produce disease diagnoses based on perceived symptoms and provide appropriate solutions. Keywords : Expert System, Backward Chaining, Thypoid Fever  Abstrak: Demam Tifoid adalah penyakit infeksi akut yang terjadi pada saluran perncernaan manusia (terutama usus halus) yang disebabkan oleh bakteri salmonella tyhpi, pada fase berbeda bakteri dapat menyebar ke aliran darah bahkan ke tulang manusia. Maka dengan ini perlu pendeteksian penyakit sejak ini. Penelitian ini membangun sistem pakar untuk mendiagnosis penyakit demam tifoid dengan metode backward chaining dengan proses inferensi agar dapat digunakan untuk menghasilkan diagnosa penyakit berdasarkan gejala yang dirasakan serta memberikan solusi yang tepat. Kata kunci: Sistem Pakar, Backward Chaining, Demam Tifoid..
