Abstract

Salah satu keterampilan penting yang termasuk dalam pengetahuan yang harus dimiliki peserta didik pada abad 21 adalah keterampilan literasi sains. Penelitian yang meneliti profil kompetensi Abad 21 siswa akan dapat menjadi dasar untuk pembuatan kebijakan dalam pendidikan serta dasar lebih lanjut. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengukur keterampilan literasi sains siswa di salah satu SMA Negeri di Surakarta. Metode penelitian adalah survei. Populasi dalam penelitian adalah seluruh siswa di salah satu SMA Negeri di Surakarta dengan jumlah 890 siswa. Teknik sampling menggunakan stratified random sampling sebesar 10% sehingga sampel penelitian adalah 90 siswa. Literasi sains diukur dengan menggunakan soal pilihan ganda PISA dengan pengembangan Moore & Foy (1997) tentang kemampuan dan sikap terhadap literasi sains. Analisis dilakukan dengan deskriptif kuantitatif. Hasil penelitian yang diperoleh adalah didapatkan kemampuan literasi sains di sebuah SMA Negeri di Surakarta adalah 55% dan tergolong dalam kategori rendah. Perlunya mengintegrasikan keterampilan literasi sains dalam pembelajaran agar siswa mampu menyelesaikan masalah dengan konsep-konsep sains dan memanfaatkan teknologi yang ada. One of the important skills included in the knowledge that must be possessed by students in the 21st century is scientific literacy skill. Research examining the 21st Century competency profile of students will be the basis for policy making in education as well as further foundation. This study aimed to measure students' scientific literacy skill in one of State High Schools in Surakarta. The study method was survey. Population in the study was all students in one of State High Schools in Surakarta with 890 students.The sampling technique used stratified random sampling of 10% so that the study sample was 90 students. Science literacy was measured by using PISA multiple choice questions with the development of Moore & Foy (1997) about abilities and attitudes towards scientific literacy. The analysis was carried out with quantitative descriptive. The obtained result of the study was that scientific literacy skill in one of State High Schools in Surakarta was 55% and classified as low. The need to integrate scientific literacy skill in learning so students are able to solve problems with science concepts and utilize existing technology.

Abstract

This research is motivated by the Kepenuhan Hilir Village which is determined as one of the best villages in terms of village financial management through the The village financial system   Application from 10 selected villages in Rokan Hulu Regency. However, in its implementation there are still some obstacles that cause the disruption of the process of making administrative documents and reports in the Village of Fullness of Downstream so that it is feared that these achievements can slowly decline and be left behind by other villages that are more aggressive in solving the The village financial system   application problem. So that the formulation of the problem in this study is, how the Village Financial Governance through the Village Financial System (The village financial system) in the Kepenuhan Hilir Village Kepenuhan Subdistrict Rokan Hulu District in 2017 and what are the factors inhibiting the Village Financial Governance through the Village Financial System (The village financial system) in the Kepenuhan Hilir Village In addition, this study aims to determine the Village Financial Management through the Village Financial System (The village financial system) in the Kepenuhan Hilir Village Kepenuhan Subdistrict Rokan Hulu District in 2017 and to find out the inhibiting factors of Village Financial Governance through the village financial system in Kepenuhan Hilir Village Kepenuhan Subdistrict Rokan Hulu District in 2017. The method used in this study was qualitative with a descriptive approach. The type of data in this study are primary data and secondary data. Data collection techniques in this study were interviews and documentation. The data analysis technique used is descriptive qualitative.                The results of this study indicate that the Village Financial Governance through the Village Financial System (The village financial system) in the Kepenuhan Hilir Village Kepenuhan Subdistrict Rokan Hulu District in 2017 is carried out with five stages, namely: (1) Village Financial Planning Stage (2) Village Financial Implementation Stage (3) Village Financial Administration Stage (4) Village Financial Reporting Stage (5) Village Financial Accountability Stage. In addition, the Village of the Fullness of the Hilir in conducting village management also applies four principles, namely: the principle of transparent, accountable, participatory, orderly and budgetary discipline. Abstract

Pendidikan karakter pemikiran buya hamka adalah sebagai sarana yang dapat menunjang dan menimbulkan serta menjadi dasar bagi kemajuan dan kejayaan hidup manusia dalam berbagai keilmuan. Masalah yang fundamental dalam pelaksanaan pendidikan. Dasar pendidikan itulah yang akan menentukan corak, isi, dan hasil dari pendidikan. Peningkatan mutu pendidikan suatu kebutuhan bangsa yang berkeyakinan bahwa pendidikan yang bermutu akan dapat menunjang pembangunan disegala bidang. Karakter yang kuat, berani, dan tidak mudah menyerah akan sangat membantu siapapun dan menjalani hidup.
