Abstract

Disease is an abnormal condition in the body that causes body misalignment. There are various types of diseases that threaten humans, both parents and children. This disease can be caused by germs, bacteria, viruses, toxins, organ failure to function, and also by inherited/hereditary diseases. The difficulty of parents to find out the disease suffered by their children is one of the problems of parents today. So, we need a system to help with this predicament. The purpose of making this application is to provide information quickly and accurately in solving problems to help consult about diseases in toddlers aged 0-5 years. In addition, to find out ways to make programs that are expert systems using programming languages for artificial intelligence applications, namely PHP and Mysql, the certainty factor method is applied in web form. Using the certainty factor method is a decision-making strategy that starts from the section premise to conclusion. The result of system implementation is that the user chooses from the symptoms that already exist in the system based on the existing symptoms then processed, from the process the system provides information on diseases in children suffered by toddlers. From the results of testing this expert system has been able to diagnose diseases in children. After the diagnosis, the types of diseases and solutions will appear. Diagnosing disease in children by using this certainty factor is expected to make it easier to diagnose disease in children

Abstract

Along with the times, one of the environmental problems faced today is the waste problem. Every day humans will produce waste, both industrial waste and household waste in everyday life. Garbage will become an environmental problem because it can interfere with human health, cause bad smells and even air pollution. Poor waste management causes harmful and unhealthy environmental problems. Sometimes people are reluctant when they want to dispose of garbage by opening and closing the trash can so it is feared that they will get bacteria on their hands. The problem of environmental waste can arise from waste management that unites all types of organic and inorganic waste in the same place, making it difficult to recycle waste. Another problem is that sometimes the cleaners are negligent in emptying the full trash can, so it will cause a bad smell. Based on the above problems, it is necessary to make a smart trash bin which will later be able to sort out the types of organic and inorganic waste. The lid of the trash can will open automatically when someone wants to throw out the trash and it will close automatically when it's finished taking out the trash. With the waste sorting technology, it will automatically reduce environmental pollution by waste, and facilitate waste management so that it can be recycled again. To overcome the bins that are full for too long, if the trash is full, it will automatically notify the cleaners via Telegram messages. From the test results, it can be concluded that the ultrasonic sensor can detect if someone is approaching with a maximum distance of 50 cm so that the cover can be opened automatically for 7 seconds. The servo motor can rotate the waste sorter according to the type of organic or inorganic waste based on the detection results of the capacitive proximity sensor. The telegram message has been successfully sent if the garbage condition has been fully detected through the ultrasonic sensor. LCD can display the type of organic or inorganic waste accurately.

Abstract

Kebakaran hutan dan lahan di Riau merupakan bencana alam yang berulang setiap musim kemarau. Kondisi tanah di wilayah Riau merupakan jenis tanah gambut dengan luas total kurang lebih 4,04 juta hektar atau 56,1% dari luas lahan gambut di Sumatera, sehingga sangat rentan terhadap kebakaran. Salah satu solusi dalam penelitian ini adalah merancang sistem kebakaran dengan penerapan teknologi Internet of Things (IoT) untuk mengetahui lebih cepat tanda-tanda kebakaran hutan dan lahan. Dalam mendistribusikan data ke server, pengusul memanfaatkan cloud computing sebagai penyimpanan dan pendistribusian data. Partikel Argon (Photon) berguna untuk koneksi wifi yang kuat, selain itu juga diperlukan sensor IR Fire Detector sebagai perangkat yang mendeteksi kebakaran berteknologi tinggi dalam menentukan pola spektral yang dipancarkan oleh api. Di sisi lain, penerapan Sensor DHT22 digunakan sebagai pemantauan kualitas udara dan kelembaban dalam mengukur kualitas udara yang akan berguna pada saat kondisi udara yang disebabkan oleh kebakaran. Sedangkan untuk menentukan lokasi kebakaran hutan atau lahan, peneliti menggunakan modul GPS Neo 6m. Dalam mengukur kondisi kadar di udara diperlukan sensor MQ2, dan untuk mendeteksi kadar kelembapan air dalam tanah menggunakan Soil Moisture Sensor. Data yang dihasilkan dari detektor kebakaran yang terletak di titik kawasan hutan dan lahan akan disimpan dalam database lokal. Berdasarkan hasil penelitian yang telah dilakukan maka dapat disimpulkan bahwa alat pendeteksi kebakaran dengan menggunakan parameter api, suhu, asap, kelembaban udara, dan kelembaban tanah dapat bekerja dengan baik. Partikel Argon dapat menerima input dan membuat koneksi sehingga terhubung menggunakan konsep IoT ke web server sehingga pengguna dapat memantau kondisi lahan secara real time.

Abstract

Kebakaran hutan dan lahan di Riau merupakan bencana alam yang selalu berulang setiap memasuki musim kemarau. Kondisi tanah di daerah Riau merupakan tanah dengan jenis gambut dengan total luas lebih kurang 4,04 juta hektare atau 56,1% dari luas total lahan gambut di Sumatera sehingga sangat rentan terbakar. Salah satu Solusi dalam penelitian ini akan dirancang sebuah sistem untuk dapat mengetahui lebih cepat adanya tanda-tanda kebakaran hutan dan lahan. Sistem pendeteksi kebakaran hutan atau forest alert dengan menerapkan teknologi terkemuka Internet of Things (IoT) untuk mengetahui lebih cepat adanya tanda-tanda kebakaran hutan atau lahan. Penerapan teknologi Internet of Things (IoT) diperlukan dalam mengirimkan informasi kepada pemilik lahan dan pihak berwenang lainnya. Pada pembuatan alat pendeteksi dini kebakaran hutan di lahan gambut membutuhkan arduino uno sebagai tempat pemrograman. Sensor suhu DHT22 sebagai alat pendeteksi suhu dan kelembapan udara pada lahan dan sensor capacitive soil moisture sebagai alat pendeteksi kelembaban tanah sebagai alat input ke arduino. Dari ketiga data ini, dikirim ke server menggunakan modul Wi-Fi ESP8266. Dari hasil pengujian maka dapat disimpulkan sistem pendeteksi dini kebakaran dengan menggunakan sensor DHT22 dan capacitive soil menjadi sebuah sistem yang saling terhubung dan berjalan dengan baik. Proses data pada sensor DHT22 membaca nilai suhu dan kelembaban udara di sekitar sensor. Sedangkan proses data pada sensor capacitive soil membaca nilai kelembaban dalam tanah sekitar sensor. Website yang berfungsi untuk melakukan monitoring deteksi dini kebakaran berjalan dengan baik dan dapat menampilkan serta mengelolah data yang dikirimkan oleh sensor.

Abstract

Rekam medis harus dikelola dan dilindungi oleh seluruh petugas yang terkait sehingga terjaga keamanannya. Perlindungan tersebut meliputi perlindungan terhadap bahaya fisik, perlindungan terhadap bahaya biologis, dan perlindungan terhadap bahaya kimiawi. Tujuan penelitian ini adalah untuk mengetahui gambaran tentang Upaya Instalasi Rekam Medis dalam Menjaga Keamanan Rekam Medis di Rumah Sakit Pekanbaru Medical Center Tahun 2021. Metode penelitian yaitu menggunakan penelitian deskriptif dengan pendekatan kualitatif dilakukan dibagian ruang penyimpanan rekam medis di Rumah Sakit Pekanbaru Medical Center pada bulan Maret 2021 sampai dengan April 2021. Informan dalam penelitian berjumlah 4 orang. Teknik pengumpulan data dengan wawancara dan observasi. Pengolahan data dilakukan dengan teknik triangulasi, analisis data dengan metode kualitatif. Hasil penelitian yaitu keamanan rekam medis dari aspek fisik sudah cukup aman karena sesuai dengan standar, dilihat dari suhu dan kelembapan pada ruangan filling berkisar antara 29°C dengan kelembapan 60%, sinar matahari tidak memapar secara langsung pada rekam medis sehingga tidak akan mengakibatkan rekam medis menjadi usang, kemudian pada rekam medis maupun pada rak penyimpanan tidak terdapat debu yang menempel. Dari aspek biologis belum sepenuhnya aman karena untuk menghindari rekam medis dari serangan serangga, petugas tidak menggunakan kamfer(kapur barus) pada rak penyimpanan. Peneliti memang tidak menemukan keruskan yang diakibatkan oleh serangga, rayap. Kecoa dan sejenisnya, namun itu perlu untuk mengantisipasi hal-hal yang tidak diinginkan kemudian hari. Sedangkan dari aspek kimiawi juga belum cukup aman karena dilihat dari map rekam medis yang digunakan masih menggunakan map tipis yang berbahan karton, dan peneliti menemukan ada beberapa  map rekam medis yang sudah rusak atau sobek namun belum diganti dengan yang baru. Selain itu masih terdapat petugas yang melakukan aktivitas makan dan minum diruang penyimpanan. Kemudian belum dibuatnya SOP terkait keamanan rekam medis. Kesimpulan upaya instalasi rekam medis dalam menjaga keamanan rekam medis belum sepenuhnya aman. Saran untuk penelitian ini adalah  sebaiknya dilakukan pengukuran suhu dan kelembapan ruangan dengan memasang alat hygrotermometer, penggunaan roll o pack(lemari arsip dorong), kamfer (kapur barus) untuk mengantisipasi dari serangan serangga, jamur dan sejenisnya. Sebaiknya menggunakan map snechelter (map kertas tebal) yang tidak mudah robek. Bagi petugas sebaiknya tidak melakukan aktivitas makan dan minum diruangan filling. Dan dibuat SOP terkait keamanan rekam medis.

Abstract

A library visitor would want a quiet atmosphere without noise when in the library so that he can concentrate when reading a book. However, not all visitors come to the library to read books; some want to chat and use free Wi-Fi or other, so it disturbs the concentration of other visitors who read books. Therefore, it is necessary to have a tool to detect sound pressure or sound based on the sound level and the sound produced in a library based on the noise level limit in the library, namely 45-55 dB (desible). This tool is designed based on a microcontroller where the definition of a microcontroller is a complete microprocessor system contained in a microcontroller chip which is different from the multi-purpose microprocessor used in a PC because a microcontroller generally already includes the minimum system supporting components of a microprocessor, namely memory, and programming. This tool can help officers monitor the library room for noise that can interfere with the concentration and comfort of library visitors. Based on the results of testing, the overall system is as desired, including the noise detection tool can work in an integrated system, where when the sound sensor detects a noise that exceeds the sound limit, the buzzer will sound, the red led light turns on, the sound module issues a voice message pre-recorded and also the device can be controlled or monitored from the web application.

Abstract— PT. Asuransi Bangun Askrida has many rooms where each room has lighting in every room. The lighting uses a lot of lights using a switch in every lamp and. Of course it will take a lot of time to control the room lights if you still use the manual method. In addition, manual switch control cannot save electrical energy. We only need to use electricity when needed. But sometimes it is this small thing that is often neglected by the company or its employees. For example, the room lights, companies or employees sometimes neglect to turn off the room lights, even though they are not in the room and sometimes the room is locked by the manager who has important documents. Based on these problems, the researchers are interested in designing and building a room light control system at PT. Asuransi Bangun Askrida which allows to control these lights using a smartphone. With the existence of a light control system at PT. ASURANSI BANGUN ASKRIDA based on android, it can make it easier for security officers to control lights from an ideal distance. Room light control system that has been tested and is running well.

Abstract

Department of Communication studies UIN SUSKA Riau, Indonesia currently applies the selected of interest (concentration) to students aimed at directed stu-dents to more focus on certain courses based on their interests and academic abili-ties. The concentration that exist in the Department of Communication stuides are public relations, broadcasting and journalistic. Determination of concentration se-lection is carried out by the head of the department. However, to select the right concentration for students, Department have several problems in selection the concentration process. This is because students’ data and value of courses must be classified first, then by conducting an interview to determine the level of stu-dent interest. So that with this process requires a long time. For this reason, a system that can help the selection process of concentration is needed. In the datamining, there is a classification to allow users to group data based on their class. In this study classification will used the Modified K-Nearest Neighbor (MKNN) algorithm. In this study, the parameters used are the values of 6 courses namely introduction to public relations, introduction to journalism, the basics of broadcasting, news writing, mass communication and advertising and the interest of the students concerned. The test was carried out on a concentration classifica-tion system that had been built using confusion matrix. Confusion matrix results obtained are the highest accuracy in the 90% data training scenario and 10% data test with k = 2 and k = 3 values that is equal to 78.08%.

Abstract

The cause of the leak was caused by a hose that was no longer suitable for use in order to cause gas leakage that could have an effect on the LPG gas cylinder explosion. By making an alarm-and SMS-based LPG gas protection device with a MQ-6 sensor, users can see the leak in LPG gas. When this tool operates when a gas leak occurs, the MQ-6 has a leak in the LPG gas hose, so the alarm will sound. When active, the voice sends a command to Arduino to close the LPG gas valve. Then the alarm sends a command to the user via SMS to inform you that "gas leak has occurred" The implementation of this system is helpful so that users can easily see the gas leak so that they can take measures to combust on the gas stove. In this case, the desison tree algorithm will be used in which the internal node tester checks the attribute, each branch of the argument, and the study node class or class distribution leaf. After research, the results obtained are to generate a precision value of 90 per cent, a precision value of 100 per cent and an AUC value of 0.5 with a very good classification value (very good classification) on the PIR sensor and MQ-6. On the basis of these findings, it can be denied that the use of the yahoo sesison tree can be used in an acceptable and reliable manner.

Abstract

Kanker paru merupakan satu dari banyaknya penyebab kematian di dunia dengan persentase 11.6%, dengan tingkat kematian hingga 18,4%. Kanker paru merupakan salah satu penyakit yang mematikan karena kanker ini sulit dideteksi sebelum berubah menjadi penyakit yang serius dan saat ini belum ada metode skrining yang efektif untuk deteksi dini kanker paru. Pada penelitian ini dilakukan teknik klasifikasi yang merupakan suatu metode pengelompokkan data yang memiliki karakter yang sama ke dalam beberapa kelompok. Teknik klasifikasi yang diteliti membandingkan 2 algoritma yaitu, algoritma Decision Tree dan Support Vector Machine (SVM) untuk mengetahui algoritma yang memberikan hasil terbaik. Dalam penelitian ini akan dilakukan seleksi fitur menggunakan forward selection yang bertujuan untuk menaikkan nilai akurasi. Berdasarkan penelitian yang telah dilakukan dapatkan hasil dari algoritma SVM menggunakan feature selection mempunyai nilai akurasi yang lebih unggul yaitu 62,3% menggunakan splitting data 80:20.
