Abstract

This study aims to determine the factors that play a role in the successful implementation of Government Regulation Number 71 of 2010 concerning Accrual Based Government Accounting Standards. This type of research is a quantitative research with a regression analysis method to the factors of regulation, HR, commitment, supporting tools, and relevant training which are thought to influence the successful implementation of Government Regulation No.71 of 2010 concerning Accrual Based Government Accounting Standards. The research population is the regional financial manager in 33 Regional Apparatus Organizations/Regional Apparatus Work Units within the Mataram City Government, namely the Head of the OPD/SKPD and/or Financial Administration Officials, Treasurers and Planning Staff. The research sample is selected by using the purposive sampling method with 91 respondents out of 99 respondents who are given questionnaires. The results showed that partially the quality of human resources and training have a significant relationship, while regulations, commitments, and supporting instruments do not have a significant relationship to the success of the local government in implementing PP71/2010. And based on simultaneous analysis shows that there is an influence of the relationship between regulations, human resources, commitments, supporting tools, and training on the success of local governments in the implementation of PP71/2010.

Abstract

This study aims to analyze the factors that influence student decisions in choosing lectures at the Mataram University of Technology (UTM). This research was conducted during September to March, namely on first semester students of the odd semester class of 2021/2022 at the Mataram University of Technology. This study is a causal associative research which means that the dependent variable is influenced by the independent variable, data collection is carried out using an instrument/questionnaire for 36 new students using the sampling method using Non-Probability Sampling. Analysis of the data used is multiple linear regression analysis and hypothesis testing using the Statistical Product and Solution (SPSS) for Windows program.The results also show that 1) Study Program variables, Accreditation Status, Tuition Fees, Promotion, Lecturer Quality, Campus Facilities, Campus Locations, Lecturer Quantity, Physical Evidence, Alumni, Image, Family and Reference Groups have a significant influence as factors that influence consumers choose to study at UTM, 2) Study Program Variable Factors have the most dominant influence on students choosing to study at UTM.

Abstract

The aim of the study is to analyze credit markets and social capital based on theoretical and practical perspectives. The study method used is descriptive. The result of study showed that theoretically, asymmetric information problem can’t be solved by bank, therefore collateral is needed as a requirement for credit landing. Others, the collateral has an implication to bad performance of borrower business activities, thus high credit default occures. Embedded of social capital in group can solved the asymmetric information problem and highly credit default.  Therefore, collateral is not needed again in developing link between group and bank. Existing of social capital is not only in group, but also in cooperative institutions. Practically, low level of credit default in cooperative institution sample related with embedded of social capital in the cooperative institution.

Abstract

Penelitian ini berkaitan dengan Sistem Manajemen Lingkungan dan Sosial (ESMS) dalam  Proyek Kemakmuran Hijau yang dilaksanakan oleh PSPSDM di Pulau Lombok. Dalam penelitian ini digunakan metode campuran, yakni kuantitatif dan kualitatif. Dari hasil penelitian ini diperoleh bahwa dari 8 standar Kinerja IFC proyek yang dilaksanakan oleh PSPSDM terdapat 6 Standar Kinerja IFC yang terpicu (trigger), yaitu IFC PS1, PS2, PS3, PS4, PS5, dan PS7dan 2 (dua) Standar Kinerja IFC yang tidak terpicu, yaitu IFC PS6 dan PS8 yang ditampilkan dalam matrisk ESPD. Dalam pada itu, matriks ESPD juga dimuat alasan yang menjelaskan mengapa 6 Standar Kinerja IFC tersebut terpicu termasuk signifikan potensi risiko atau dampak kegiatan terkait 6 standar kinerja IFC terrsebut

Abstract

Penelitian    ini  bertujuan    untuk   menyediakan    bukti    empiris   tentang pengaruh  pengaruh likuiditas terhadap  risiko likuiditas, struktur modal dan profitabilitas  bank. Populasi  yang  menjadi  obyek  penelitian   ini  adalah  bank-bank konvensional  yang  ada di   Indonesia    yang   menerbitkan    laporan    keuangan pada    tahun   2000-2005.   Metode pen gambilan   sampel  adalah  adalah  dengan metode  purposive  sampling. Pengumpulan  data dilakukan  dengan  pooling  data (time series  dan  cross-sectional). Sampel  akhir  penelitian berjumlah  377 bank- tahun. Teknik  analisis  data dalam penelitian  ini menggunakan  regresi berganda dengan bantuan program  SPSS. Untuk menguji hipotesis  digunakan  tiga model persamaan.Hasil  penelitian   menunjukk an   bahwa   likuiditas   mempunyai    pengaruh yang  negatif terhadap risiko liku iditas,  struktur  modal  dan profitabilitas.  Selain itu, Non Performing Loans juga   memp unyai   pengaruh    yang   negatif   terhadap profitabilitas.  Bank    yang   melakuk an investasi pada  aset likuid  non-cash akan mengurangi  risiko likuiditasnya  karena memuunnya Yolume kredit. Ketika bank memiliki  aset likuid  non-cash   yang besar, maka bank  semakin liquid dan bank dapat  beroperasi  hanya  dengan  memiliki  modal  inti  yang rendah. Ketika  bank memiliki   aset  likuid   non-cash  yang  besar, maka   bank   semakin  likuid  tetapi pendapatan  bank semakin    rendah.   Agar    bank    memperoleh   manfaat    dari investasinya      berupa      pendapatan,  likuiditas,    dan      diversifikasi       untuk mengurangi   risikonya,  maka  bank   harus  menentukan besamya  investasi pada aset likuid noncash.  Kata-kata  kunci:  Manajemen  likuiditas, Struktur Modal,  NonxPerforming  Loans dan Profitabilitas

Abstract

Penelitian ini berkaitan dengan pentingnya pemberdayaan masyarakat sebagai salah satu komponen dalam manajemen penanggulangan kemiskinan. Dalam penelitian ini digunakan metode campuran, yakni kuantitatif dan kualitatif. Dari hasil penelitian ini diperoleh bahwa jenis program pemberdayaan masyarakat meliputi PNPM Perkotaan, PNPM Perdesaaan dan PNPM PISEW. Disisi lain, ada tiga strategi pemberdayaan yang dapat diimplementasikan yaitu  peningkatan kapasitas warga masyarakat miskin, koordinasi dan sinergi dengan berbagai pihak, terkait, pemutakhiran data kemiskinan setiap tahun

Abstract

The purpose of this study was to determine the effect of the Village Head's Transformational Leadership on Organizational Citizenship Behavior (OCB) through Organizational Climate and Job Satisfaction of Village Officials in East Lombok Regency. The steps used to analyze the data are Confirmatory Factor Analysis, Multiple Regression Analysis and Path Analysis. The results showed that Transformational Leadership has a positive but not significant effect on Job Satisfaction, Transformational Leadership has a positive and significant effect on Work Climate, Transformational Leadership has a positive and significant effect on OCB, Work Climate has a positive and significant effect on OCB, Work Climate has a positive and significant effect on Job Satisfaction. Behavior and Job Satisfaction have a positive and significant influence on Organizational Citizenship Behavior (OCB). has a positive but not significant effect on OCB and job satisfaction has a positive and significant effect on OCB.

Abstract

In the context of fiscal decentralization, regions are required to increase independence. The purpose of this study was to analyze the ratio of regional independence and potential local revenue (PAD) in East Lombok Regency. The method used in this study is a mixed method, namely quantitative and qualitative. From the research results it was found that the East Lombok Regional Independence Ratio value in the 2018-2022 period ranged from 11.321 percent to 14.737 percent or was in the range of 0-25%; meaning that it belongs to the category of very low financial ability with an instructive relationship pattern. Meanwhile, various PAD that have the potential to be developed for increasing PAD towards regional independence, namely regional taxes, regional levies, regional wealth management results, and other income.

Abstract

This study aims to determine the effect of work ability, work motivation and work environment on the performance of PT Enviromate Technology International employees in the Lombok CNG Plant Development project. This type of research is a quantitative research with a cross-sectional research design. This study used a sample of 30 respondents. Sampling used a saturated sample, where the entire population was sampled. The test tool used is a questionnaire. From the results of this test, it can be concluded that work ability has a significant effect on employee performance with a significant t value of 0,033. Work motivation  also  has  a  significant  effect  on  employee  performance  with  a significant t value of 0,000. The work environment also has a significant effect on employee performance with a significant t value of 0,000.
