Abstract

Olahraga sendiri merupakan suatu kegiatan yang dilakukan semua orang dengan kemampuan yang dimiliki. Olahraga sendiri sangat populer partisipasinya pada ajang nasional maupun international, maka dari itu untuk mencetak atlet yang profesional harus bisa membuat suatu program latihan yang sesuai dengan cabang olahraganya untuk menunjang prestasi atlet secara maksimal. Kehidupan yang moderen sekarang ini, orang membutuhkan pelatihan (olahraga) untuk menjaga kondisi fisik (kebugaran jasmani). Jenis penelitian ini yang akan dilakukan adalah kuantitatif dengan metode eksperimen karena mencari hubungan sebab akibat antara dua variabel. Berdasarkan metode eksperimen tersebut, maka digunakan rancangan pre test-post test desain group. Penelitian ini menggunakan sampel pembinaan prestasi Tenis Lapangan Mahasiswa Universitas PGRI Adi Buana Surabaya yang dibagi dalam 1 kelompok yang berjumlah 30 mahasiswa dengan jenis kelamin laki-laki dengan memberikan latihan ladder drill speed run dengan menggunakan uji analisis Paired sample T test. Berdasarkan hasil penelitian bahwa tingkat signifikansi variabel diperoleh sig<0.05 dengan demikian terdapat pengaruh yang signifikan latihan ladder drill speed run terhadap kecepatan. Kemampuan masing-masing individu setelah diberikan treatment ladder drill speed run dapat meningkatkan kecepatan olahragawan. Sports itself is an activity carried out by everyone with their abilities. Sports itself is very popular participation in national and international events, therefore for professional athletes must be able to create training programs in accordance with the branch of sports to support athlete performance to the fullest. In today's modern life, people need training (sports) for physical needs (physical fitness). This type of research that will be conducted is quantitative research methods because it is looking for a causal relationship between variables. Based on the experimental method, a pre-post test design group design was used. This study uses a sample of the Coaching Achievement of Student Tennis Fields at PGRI Adi Buana University Surabaya, which was divided into 1 group that received 30 students with male sex by providing training speed ladder exercises using the Paired sample T test analysis test. Based on the results of the study which showed a significance level obtained sig <0.05 thus given a significant effect on the ladder drill speed running exercise on speed. The ability of each individual after being given a speed drill ladder treatment can increase the speed of an athlete.

Abstract

Sports coaching is a very important factor for advancing the world of sports. Without properly systemized scouting, the achievement stage will not be maximally achieved. This research aims to identify the sports talents of students at Wonorejo I/312 Primary School Surabaya and the dominant sports among the students. This quantitative research employed exploratory descriptive method. The research population included ten 6th grade students. Data obtained using 10 test types from Sport Search Aussie Sport Australia were identified and analysed. Based on the ranks, the results revealed the following sports talents: Diving, Gymnastics, Weightlifting, Indoor Cricket, and Powerlifting, which can potentially be developed.
